I am grateful for my referral into Cleveland Plumbing. Were okay when our plumbing issue occurred I was dreading a call for help as my prior experiences with plumbing companies and worried. Of course my expectations were surpassed by Cleveland Plumbing! I managed to schedule appointment at the time after I got off work that was hours. I must admit that looking at him repairing things around my bathrooms was a little nerve wracking because together with of the things that he did I wondered, How much is that going to cost me? And I was blown away. Vance not only did not bill me for the rushed house trip and after hours appointment however his small preventative repairs were part of the package. My total bill was exactly what had been quoted over the telephone at the call to set an appointment. I am grateful for you guys and your willingness.

Cleveland Plumbing stored our organization a boatload of cash. Another vendor tried to sell us on the need for a lot of work until a toilet could bolt down, he said had to be done. We're looking at greater than $1000.00 in questionably required repairs. Cleveland came and did just what was required for less than $200.00. Very much appreciated!
Vance is a guy who provides guidance that is honest. He provided good leadership to ensure that I found while he was not a fit for my job. Will use later on for pipes requirements.

Cleveland came out, asked permission to cut open up the wall to inspect for leaks. I had been given the choice to take out the drywall myselfto spend less. The place was directly under the laundry water supply and drain. Cleveland found the problem to be the water valves and performed a thorough inspection. 2 quality 1/4 flip shutoff valves were installed by them. The plumbers of cleveland were clean, friendly, fast and professional.
Cleveland Plumbing was contacted following damp drywall was found while having flooring installed in our laundry area.
I'd give this business 0 stars if I could. Save yourselves. I wish someone could have forewarned me. I paid to repair a leaky pipe. Their answer caused my water softener beads to drain in my sprinkler system.
Had to pay another plumber to clean out the debris in my sprinkler heads. When I explained this to Cleveland Plumbing they never came back to help me. Iam thinking any plumber could have been better than this one and 'm now $1800 from the hole.

We experienced a clogged lineup drain back in November. Vance and his crew were among the plumbers who may come out at a pinch. And they helped clear a VERY STUBBORN root which intruded our main line.
Vance and his crew also took the opportunity to describe choices that were future and was prepared to work with us. I strongly recommend their services bailed from a plumbing crisis!
Over the past weekend (2 months following install) we found a very strong gas smell in our garage. I text Vance on Sunday and that he personally came out and corrected the fittings solved the issue. Fantastic and friendly service!
Our water heater gave up on us a couple months ago. I reached out to a few different plumbing firms and all them were mad full of appointments. Vance was able to squeeze me in precisely the day despite having a complete schedule ! Were efficient, professional & friendly at their job! They billed the average rate- as I had obtained a few other quotations.

Jim explained the procedure and took care of us and completed the task timely and he's a fantastic guy. He answered some basic questions that I gave and had through answers and never attempted to"sell" anything, just I want to know that they might help later on.
Cody & Dylan were so friendly & did an awesome job. My line from the street to my house had been broken without having to dig up my yard and they exchanged it. Amazing to watch. I even videod it on my mobile phone. Thanks guys!!!!

Was really impressed when Vance answered on a Sunday morning and worked with me to take care of our bathtub faucet. In under a half an hour, Joshua provided and arrived professional service, and fast, friendly. Highly suggest Cleveland Plumbing to perform the job! A good plumbing company that is open 24/7 is tough to discover!

Made the mistake of calling one of the mega-plumbing firms with the odor great plumbers. Was told that it would require tearing my kitchen and $2300 apart to fix my dilemma. Searched found Cleveland and Yelp for a company that is local. Requested for support (through Yelp) and got a response very fast. Vance had the problem solved for dollars and in under a half an hour and came out to take a look. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient. Super impressed and will definitely be calling them.
These guys are professional, reputable and super nice. I had them come out today to give a quote on some work to me. Josh was punctually, super professional and nice. The communication was great from Vance in the office. It ended up we did not need anything right now as my husband is going to attempt and repair our issue as it sounds relatively simple and I wasn't charged by them, that I appreciated. If my husband can't fix it I will go to them and'm for sure calling them to fix it.
