Flooded Toilet - Water Main LeakWe came home to a garage that was flooded last night from an out-of-town family trip. We had a flow that turned out to be a puncture in the 1" copper water main running by the shutoff valve away from the house to the water heater in the garage. It was just how the builder used clamps to secure the water main in the garage ceiling and maybe some recent earthquake motion. We predicted Platinum Plumbing Services on recommendations from two of our neighbors and Carlos Castaneda and his helper Silvestor had us back in business in one hour and a half from when they came that day. They did great job, quickly for a fair price.

Needed to switch off the water because of a problem with a hose Bibb. Someone working in our area had just finished a job and they rerouted him to our house. Within 20 minutes of the telephone that our problem was repaired and water turned back on. Thank you currently Platinum!

My water heater began leaking and I called and Platinum had an opening within in hour. Wes did a fantastic job. He bettered the previous set up to your water heater.

I told him over the telephone that there were a couple of little issues but once they got here they had been here to fix my plumbing issues. I kept adding a small thing here and a little thing . Honestly I felt like a total pain in the buttocks client and both Wes and Steve were professional and patient and I felt as though they needed to fix the issues. Not just put on something and run out to the call.
I'm grateful that these small things are now checked off my"to do" list.
I had a plumber at my home by 1030 and called at 8 am. Steve and Wes were very accommodating. I had a bunch of things that I didnt want to do. We started in the garage. Fixed that issue. Went to the kitchen sink. Fixed that issue. Went to front shower. Fixed that issue. Went to the bathroom and fixed that issue.

We were impressed with the service from this firm. Carlos was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Our plumbing issue was solved in a timely manner. I liked that Carlos explained on prevent this from occurring again.

Shane went over and beyond to telephone the techs to determine if it can be made by one out and was fantastic. Very thankful they could come out late in the afternoon to come and replace the water heater. Josh and Both techs silvester came into the home these two were knowledgeable and quite nice. I want to share how AMAZING I think Platinum Plumbing is. I found out that I had a slab escape last week. Shane and carlos arrived at my home to diagnose my issue. They have been ON clean cut, and quite nice. They were not bothered by my inquiries, and had answers that were educated. Shane and carlos came back another day with Sylvester and Albert to start my repair. And were ON TIME! Until they left, the four men made sure that they kept my home as you possibly can, they swept up. I can't thank Platinum Plumbing enough. You have gained a customer for life.

Our plumber Scott was amazing! We had a leak in our shower enclosure and wanted a fast fix while we make plans for a bathroom remodel. He was so professional and knowledgeable. We will be calling to replace the valve and of our the plumbing requirements.

I called about 7:30am to get my 2 toilets made and mended an appointment for 330pm. I inquired if Steve could get here early, but he could not make that promise.
I called 10 areas before Platinum plus they had the BEST pricing. Other firms didn't call back or didn't even bother to answer.
Steve stated he is on his way and called at 11:30 am and he will be here by 12! He obtained here and mended both bathroom flappers/valves since it was leaking.

So refreshing to work with such a high standard of excellence business. Our plumber Albert was courteous, professional and easy going. He explained what he was going to perform and each step on the way. The quality of his work was superb and the work area was kept incredibly clean. He is definitely management material. I also found that the staff in the workplace to be rather favorable and very effecient. I highly suggest this plumber although I have used quality plumbers!

My music teacher refered to Platinum Pipes me. We'd sink faucets and shower with rust stains on the sink. A man eliminated the rust stains, adjusted both scenarios and came out. He wen beyond and over what was demanded.
A few months later, we had a kitchen pipe leak and someone from Platinum P came out and said I had a new garbage disposal. As soon as I got the device, they arrived , replaced the device and also did a minor repair. They did more that necessary.

They are cost quote was comparable to other pipes but Carlos gave choices to reduce prices and didn't. Best part is they finished the job on time and well!

We hired to replace our home's old iron drain pipes and they exceeded our expectations. Carlos was our plumber and he was good - he cleaned up after work, clarified everything before and throughout the job, answered questions, and constantly gave us choices to save cash. There was one scheduling issue with the office of Platinum but they notified us which only result in a delay.

Once more, Platinum Street is a life saver. I had a bathroom valve that is leaking and they saved our home. A quick replacement of a toilet along with the shutoff valve fill valve and we're back in business! This company is the best and I would not hesitate to refer them.

Long overdue review. I have used Platinum Plumbing services for a few decades back when I was handling my Family Business and now here at my residence. Since hiring Platinum Plumbing services, they have fixed a leaky faucet, installed a wash out in my main sewer line and snaked it out if it was clogged and much more lately, install a new sewer line to replace my sewer line in the 1950's which has been giving problems. While installing new sewer line, as which was quite old also it had been discovered that my water main had a leak and needed to be replaced. Platinum Plumbing a week after set up a brand new aluminum water line to replace and set up my brand new sewer line. All this work was performed reasonable cost, in a timely manner and within my time schedule and dates. Each time I have requested Carlos and he is nice, answers my questions and worries and can be down to earth so a huge Thank You for Carlos for constantly coming through. Carlos suggested on purchasing the components which were required to save money, which is always great once you have large costly jobs which have to get carried out and I needed his advice. And there is a two year warranty. I recommend you contemplate Platinum Plumbing if you will need plumbing and if you do, ask for Carlos you'll be dissapointed.

After calling at least seven plumbers at 2am I got to Platinum Plumbers. They replied immediately and had the true plumber (Scott) return my call within 5 minutes. He phoned me back inside a second 5 minutes and asked me to send him some pictures of my problem. Quoted me and gave me an ETA of coming time. Then texted me to let me know he was on his way and came right when he stated he'd. Got directly to work and finished the job in about an hour. Charged me precisely what he quoted and away he went. It was a fantastic thing to see. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs emergency support or just a easy fix it job.
