We were dreading that; there is a bathroom overflown't anything one wants to think about - let alone cope with it! Kindness and his demeanor was of relaxation and relief! Antonio was sooner than he had anticipated (we had been"squeezed" in between occupations on a really busy Monday morning!) Then. . .ZOOM, he got straight to business and all within an hour! It seems to me this gentleman has a goal of trying to find the business done within this hour so the money ticker does not roll over to the next hour clients! Clog Kings was very responsive to my petition. They program time to come correct my two bathrooms, since it had been emergent. Andrew was very professional and fast. He didn't waste any time taking care of the problem and getting to work. I found their price to very reasonable and could use them again!

My only suggestion is to include at least mention that the 3.5% credit card charge when providing the quote. I know that it's not a lot of money, however a heads-up is justified.
Called Clog Kings later hours for a minute restoration. They came out very first thing the next morning, and fixed the issue for my satisfaction. The tech and I conveyed by telephone and text message, because I wasn't able to be there throughout the fix, sending photos back and forth. Payment was done over the phone. In no way a price-gouge, although the price was quoted as a result of additional time demanded. If and when I want a plumber I would call them without hesitation.

It was his final call on a Friday at 6pm... he could have only did my fix and left... but he was kind enough to ask if there was something else because we paid for an hour service telephone. I Wanted Clog Kings after hours Once a DIY project turned into a I need a STAT. They were here within an hour! Mark Adams was professional quick, polite, and got the work done fast. My shower was fixed by him and it worked better than it did before it broke. I have used them before and have always been pleased and satisfied with professionalism and their work. These guys were fantastic. Even if problems arose that were not expected, they remained within a fair quote that was far of what others could have been under that. They cleared a clog, installed acid and a clean-out washed outside pipes that we have sufficient drainage . Professional group of individuals. I plan on using them for any future demands.

Clog Kings knowledge and customer service can not be beaten! James was educated me and exceptionally knowledgeable. It was refreshing to actually understand what the problem was how he was planning to repair it. The significance of the service is outstanding. I would not use any other pipes company and have known James/Clog Kings to family members and friends.

Once the phone number did not work my review reflected my dissatisfaction. The supervisor contacted me and assured me they had been in business and provided a sensible quote (when compared with what I had obtained ). No sure why I got a"non working number" when I predicted. I ended up making this situation tolerable using a couple chemical drain cleaners. We will see how it goes, if needed, I would call these guys back.
