Connell plumbing responded to my call . I spoke to the owner who took the opportunity to provide a a whole lot of advice and a referral while they did not provide the service I needed. Came across as fair and educated and would request service later on from them.
James was seen by me out of Connell Plumbing in the Real Value a few Years Back. I was having trouble sealing a toilet and he explained into the seal when a toilet is set by him that he uses. I thought that was good of him to allow me to take action myself. I got one of his cards and once I needed a water heater James was in my house the following day. My plumbing is. He was able to get things working with a great deal of further work (and cost ). I strongly recommend Connell Plumbing for all of your plumbing requirements. Honest, professional, and local.
I am able to urge Connell Plumbing . We had an issue using our catch basin which they diagnosed. We decided to have the catch basin removed, and they advocated an superb plumbing contractor (Morning, Noon and Nighttime ) because this project was beyond a normal plumbing job. If we have a need for a plumber, Connell will be our choice.

Now the last straw is we need our sump pump cleaned out and a new pump replaced. I explained the issue. First I was first given a quote on a price of $,600.00. Wayne kept insisting that it was our sewer back up system which was causing the issue. Perma Seal already checked out and it's working just fine. I told Wayne that but he explained it isn't the reason. I'm not STUPID. I ran the water in the sink and I found the way the pump (he offered us) isn't functioning at all. And my Sump Pump pit is full of mud. When I told him all of a sudden he stated he dose not wash sump out, this
Pumps or replace the other pump (that I got out of when my basement flooded before my adjusting the issue ).
I will get a different plumber and NEVER USE CONNELL PLUMBING AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT!!!
We have used him . And was joyful But lately he has been no help at all. As soon as I believed a pipe was leaking kind my dish water, his assistant came over told me that it wasn't the pipe. He explained that it was the casket and that my dish washer was older and it needed to be substituted. He refused to fix it. Guess what it needed was a rubber casket. We have it is fixed by another individual. And leaks or no problems because this was this year.
I had a minor issue with my sump pump plus they were able to come out and fix it within a hour. They also gave me some advice on a issue I had been having.
I do some of the job myself, then call Wayne to repair my breakage.
Here is the place. I've had utilized them at commercial building and my home for jobs that people owned. He has always given a reasonable price for the quantity of work he does to me. He uses quality components that are higher so the repairs should last.
Connell Plumbing provided excellent aid when she wanted a new water heater. He made the process smooth and fast and provided us a great price. The pluming experience we had so far. Wayne is highly recommended by me.
Wayne Connell has been my plumber for the last 5 years. Tonya P. which was an amazing find and I totally concur! His spouse James and wayne come to stick out my sewer line and are constantly available every time I have had any plumbing problem. Along with being very and fantastic pipes reasonably priced, they are just always both so pleasant to do business with. I expect they are in business in the region for as long as I live here because I would not want to call anybody else!
I've used Wayne through the years. He does the majority of the work himself and manages the job from start to finish. We have had him replace layout toilets, pole sewers, re-pipe, and taps. The work is done and the prices are fair. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again. Fantastic work at a good cost.

The very best!! My greatest recommendation for a Plumber there is. I have used several plumbers and have worked with lots of in the region .Wayne is the up front honest individual/ plumber that you'll find. You will guess dealing with Connell Plumbing as far as service price or satisfaction.
Did we end up using their services? So I can not talk to the work's quality, no, we didn't. They wanted $6000 of course that's before complications and to perform the job. FYI- he offered us $1600 to the work and we had yet another plumber give a quotation to us.
The pipe has"SCH 40" printed directly on the other side.
When I asked about the water I was told that my water lines will need to be 3/4" and I had used 1/2" in certain areas. The guys from Connell informed me that while the 1/2" wouldn't have an effect on performance it was easy not up to code. I contested the guys on their point as 1) I had specifically asked the village inspector exactly what dimensions aluminium to utilize BEFORE I installed it and 2.) The inspector had come by and had no quams with my own aluminum pipe's diameter. After a pause one of those service guys responded"Well, it is dependent upon the particular situation" but when I pushed him to inform me that situation required the remedy he was prescribing he informed me that it specifically pertained to the installation of a whirlpool bathtub.... We don't have and could be viewed as our normal, which , typical tub is in place.
They arrived on time which I appreciated but that has been the only place that they scored positive things with me. Both guys who came out were boisterous, loud, rude and talked all over each other - that was very confusing to sort through to figure out what they were actually saying. One of the guys stepped into a brand-new bathtub with his work boots... really? You couldn't have pointed out the aluminum work from beyond the tub? However, I digress.
Sadly although I'm a home owner and did a whole gut of toilet plumbing I didn't get it all perfect. As soon as the Village inspector came by he was very kind and gave me a list of things that needed to be reworked to bring the plumbing up to code. At some point I decided I'd rather hire a plumber who can do the job. That is when I predicted Connell.
Verdict - at least get another opinion or pass on these guys. I was appalled by the dishonesty.
