I have had work within my house for plumbing items and for AC items. All technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Cost was acceptable in both plumbing and AC work.

After my AC downstairs went outside at the 100 + temps, I had a technician come out on 6/29. He told me that my mill was inoperable and left me with a quote for a brand new device. I'd replaced my upstairs with Cool Breeze about 6 decades back so called them first. I thought that this was really strange so chose to call around.
Yesterday I have another tech with Temperature Control Inc inform me! He got the device up and running and washed off the coils (free of cost !) And recommended some simple maintenance. The device is old but it is not dead yet. We'll replace it at some point but it is not an emergency.
Like I did, do not let the urgency of air conditioning cost you thousands.
Bottom line the Cool Breeze man was either incompetent or dishonest. Either way he did not do his job and abandoned our family (including a 6 month old baby) from the warmth and charged us for it. I simply called them to ask a refund and they refused.

We have American Home Shield (AHS) as a home warranty company, but this review will concentrate on cool breeze comfort solutions. You need to understand that the regional businesses they deal and the home warranty provider with are not the same people, although the AHS facet was a little bit of a nightmare. I feel that clients displace their grievances onto the regional contractors in the home warranty company and get frustrated. If you've got a home warranty, the process will be much slower and more hard for all parties since you have added a party to the discussions involved.
Also, in case anybody is wondering about my opinion on home guarantees, I believe that it makes the process a lot more difficult. However, my wife is the only one and I am once again a pupil. There is no way we could have afforded the job that cool breeze has done for us, however since we have this home guarantee, we were able to get the majority of the cost. Yes, it's a headache from time to time, but contemplating the dollars and cents.
I will make this story. While handling AHS was a little bit of a challenge, everybody at Cool Breeze was amazing. Our technician Jay realized our compressor was not working, but in addition, he climbed into our attic to make sure there was not a leak and even changed out our air filter. The principal contact at Cool Breeze's office was Jennifer. She seems get things and she is awesome! She was adapting professional, and helpful throughout the process. Our last technician, Justin, who set up our new AC unit (the compressors ordered through AHS failed 3 times, twice was the wrong part, the third time was a faulty compressor), is a very hard worker! Our AC was installed by him yesterday and ran into some issues, however you can tell that Justin likes to make sure that everything is ideal and takes pride in his job! Justin stayed after the sun went down LONG. I moved out there with a flashlight to assist him see and that he described everything he was doing and his thought process. I like learning from people who have skills and knowledge that I do not, and Justin was good while still staying at completing his job focused at teaching me a lot of the basics. So far, our AC is functioning flawlessly and I wanted to thank everybody in Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions for all their hard work throughout the month!

The tech came at the promised time period, james. He diagnosed the issue with our 7 month old heating and a/c system quickly and professionally. Cool Breeze has provided excellent support. Thank you.

My HVAC unit was replaced by cool Breeze and did a job that was perfect and professional. Additionally they've been doing this unit's double inspection since. I always appreciate and am an Attorney in Tucson.

What a dreadful experience! Unprofessional and Terrible! My 78 year old mother had this business set up an entire new HVAC system many years ago. They have changed ownership a few times I believe. She enrolled the system which extended the warranty. That they were never great but fair when she has used them for maintenance over the years. Last week has been a nightmare for her coping with them. They wouldn't honor the warranty the maker said was legitimate. She contacted the producer who apologized for the service she had obtained and they stated it was not the first time they heard that about breeze. They referred her once we see how they manage things, And I will update this review. When dealing with my mom they have been nothing but respectful and professional. The owner Alan, of Cool Breeze called my mum back after realizing the mistake of his company and offered to carry out the support to the tune of $1700 for labor because he reluctantly admitted the parts were covered under the warranty. I would discourage anyone from using this business.

They cancelled their appointment twice - after one hour to also the second time and also three hour window . A month later and I still have not gotten support.

Our air purifier quit heating. We have hold of American Home Shield via email and paid our $75.00 deductible online per their instructions. They delegated Coolbreeze for its repair in Tucson. The tech came out the following day. We had one in 105 degree heat without A/C! The tech said it additional 2 pounds and was low. We paid $65.00 per lb as American Home Shield just cover $10.00 each ib for its freon. It stopped heating the following day. We called Coolbreeze direct and told them they hadn't fixed the issue. They said they would schedule a tech out the following day in between 1-4 pm. Another night without A/C! He got here about 5:00! He added more freon as it was low again. He discovered the shrader valve, in which the freon is added by you, leaked after adding freon. He didn't have a new valve nor any instruments to install it. He said he'd need to possess the replacement is approved by American Home Shield. No word from anyone so we called they and American Home Shield said it would be Monday before they could approve the request! The following 3 nights in this warmth and no one cares! Now it's Monday and still no call from anyone. I phoned Cool Breeze to see if they came out. Megan said you are not on our program! I said has American Home Shield approved the repair. She said I don't have anything. I asked her if they could be called by her. She said I don't have enough time to sit on the telephone for 2 hours using AHS! They said last Friday, the repair had been approved. She placed me and called Cool Breeze. Cool Breeze said they didn't want to complete the support call although I don't understand what was said. So the case was reassigned by AHS . They will be outside now. I told Cool Breeze Their Service was unprofessional and I went to file a complaint. Megan said go and wrapped up! Follow up: Surrounding Heating Systems came out and fixed the issue created by CoolBreeze! Ambient Air needed to totally refill the freon, since the Shrader valve had started without the proper instrument.

When it comes to customer support these men suck ass. They're complete scam artist. They were only here and installed a brand new A/C unit, which functions worse than the old one they removed. It can't cool my house, and blows out 7 degrees warmer than my old unit. Run, if you're thinking about using these losers and locate a competent firm.

Cool breeze is a great company that is locally owned! From the first day of utilizing them (3 years) I've had prompt,professional and cost effective experiences. They call me to schedule the 2 test up visits. Upon the window of time, they give you a call. It's an clean, easy and thorough job once the technician arrives into if he leaves. He sent out three technicians to my home asap to add another vent in that room. They discovered that something was put inside the vent to lesson the amount of cool air flow into the space. All fixed without a charge because they really didn't need to do anything but remove an item (i.e. no fee for the service call). I have and will continue to recommend this company to family friends and customers. Once again it's good to use a company that is locally owned!

Since breaker was tripped checked was. I used $49 advertising from angieslist.com. Sounded fine; frank did the required work and was professional. I might use them again. I've had problems with other people who wanted prior to compiling of refrigerant, to do a whole lot of testing and bill me but did not have that issue with this particular vendor.
