We had a leak from our pipe along with a bum rig until we bought the house, that the uncle of someone put in. It had been pouring water anywhere as soon as the AC conducted, probably from being obstructed. Anyways they'd Nate outside the morning, repaired up it and I called Rite Way, gave directions about how to get and clean it if that problem should arise and he took away his service charge to us! Our device is hooked up the Rite manner (pun intended). Not only that, but they have a year warranty on all the parts and he'd have come back no cost, later he left, if some thing leaked. This is the company we'll be going with for our AC and possibly plumbing issues that we know about them.
I was advised I'd receive a call from Brandon after submitting review. I did and he explained the pricing process and apologized for not getting back to me personally and for the item being over what their pricing strategy would indicate. I am writing this to get a buddy who isn't computer savvy or able to write this review to themselves. I determined it was my duty to tell you about a company who takes advantage of seniors that were . My buddy called this place to flip her cooler on finally in July when she can manage it because that's. The did not alter her float as she told them must be done each year, they left the cooler pads onto the roof after I was pissed, and once I had to go up and put a new float on two weeks! So sick of these lazy ass firm's ripping girls off! Pads onto the roof is for total losers. 9

I had the exact same experience as a former reviewer. After making a tune-up appointment to get a week out, I waited till 4:30pm on the afternoon of just to have a call saying they couldn't service me that afternoon. They said the next available appointment was a week off.
The worst service ever! Called on a Tuesday and made a appointment for this Friday to get a song up. They could not tell me exactly what time on Friday, but said they'd call in the afternoon to tell me a time. I sit and await a call after clearing to get them. At 9:30 or so that I call themonly to be told they are making their calls and that I need to wait. We have to call them again and are told it must be after 1, so there are 2 customers before me. We proceed to lunch only to be given a call at 1 telling us we are not important enough to get into now. Whatsoever. Appointment will not be till next Friday because they want to make more money doing a diagnostic call which could be cancelled. So even though my air conditioner isn't working properly and probably only needs a tune up, and that I purchased the unit there, they can't be bothered. Will NEVER go there again.
I've used Plumbing, Rite Way Cooling & for 9 years, BUT NO LONGER. I had them install 2 units within my house and had a service contract. When they came last Spring to scrutinize my hot water heater (a part of the service contract) they identified that a problem. I asked they send an estimate to replace the tank to me. NEVER HEARD A WORD.
Now, the Saturday before the Monday that I blocked out to them I received a call. They can't make it . Can I please block out another day to await their presence?
They must have too much business to take care of their client!
Can anyone recommend because I'm DONE with Rite Way, an HVAC company that cares about their clients. Must be new management there!
Now it's time for the furnace review. The problem was they require that you block out an whole day for the service appointment with no clue about what time of day they'll show. Not on the morning of the appointment. That's ARROGANCE.
Service scheduling is a real issue. Call ahead and agree to organize with. They attempt to call 30 min in advance but if I'm waiting all day for a check up they ought to be able to give a suitable time like early, middle or end. This way the client is able to plan. For the price of products and their services I would think client service would be a priority particularly with of the reviews I'm seeing.
Asked cleaning and called paid on the phone per request cost for service. They come out quote cleans and supply over 1100 for repairs. Stay clear.
Rite Way, we're currently dividing and I don't have any heartache! People beware, if you think the fix or part is a lot of, you are correct. Just don't take action the Rite Way.
We have employed Rite Way for ten decades before they had been Rite Way. Recently had a water flow on the unit. The heating pump had gone bad. The tech that was professional quoted a cost of $663!!!! To get a pump. Something just wasn't"Rite". With the cost that I was given by Rite Way 15 pumps could be bought by me!!
I called for an estimate last week this Monday and also the technicians arrived on time. They explained that their supervisor was in a meeting but would send an estimate by that day. Three days after, I haven't got a telephone call or an email. A woman replied who sounded annoyed that I'd called, when I called the office. She told me and put me on hold somebody would call me back afterwards.
Considering just how much this renovation is expected to price, you would think the company would be more concerned about maintaining a client.

Update: A swift 30 minutes later I called to follow up a technician returns my phone call. On Monday, they figured it to be a $4,000 repair. He explained the owner. I wonder should I wait yet another week, maybe we can round up it ? Fantastic riddance, I'll go elsewhere.
Rite Way has been my go-to heating and cooling service and equipment business for many years and I find them reasonably priced - but educated, responsive and friendly. Tech Ron Miles recognized operations in the quickest time possible and a failed AC device this week. I could not be happier.
Whem will drawback star rating be accessible? Very unsatisfactory service from Riteway Cooling & Heating. We scheduled an air conditioning service call for $79.00. This was likely to be the total amount. After paying $180.00 to get the exact same service and no more info on why our A/C does not do the job. The first tech came whenever he felt like it (causing us to miss work) only to report that somebody else needed to do the job. The service tech did work that we didn't authorize, nor were we made aware it was needed after waiting several hours. That's what the costs was, is what was told to us. We were unhappy with and this particular service call that we were only suggested to purchase a new unit. We recommend using their services, dependent on our encounter that is negative.
Rite Way is. I've had them come from the last two decades and they fixed what was wrong, which was the engine, at a very reasonable price. His son and john Golkowski happen to be very straight forward with me, and I've come to trust them. Joseph and peter Barber were nice, friendly and did a fantastic job getting up my A/C and running again. The weather was 109 and it was 92 in my house. I just want to thank everybody at RiteWay for helping me out in such a quick and manner.
Rite Way is a customer service oriented company. We received an estimate but were unable to purchase because our roof needed to be replaced. Karen checking on me to check in and see if we want any professional services for our AC unit and has been calling and she tells me. I asked about Duct cleaning and recently talked with her. We scheduled an appointment and I was pleased to be greeted by Ladislao. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk with about the air compressor cleaning. He has been very patient in answering questions in addition to listening to my own concerns and explained the processes. Ladislao did a great job on our vents and was kind enough to show me before and after. I felt very pleased with the support and Ladislao took the opportunity to be sure I had all my questions answered in the conclusion. The vents all seem great and I couldn't be more happy! When the time comes for a different support we will call them . Highly recommend!
Not a fantastic experience. Prices appeared high. Furnace had yet another thousand dollar+ problem within two weeks of fix that is costly. Not so simple to get appointment within a time period --necessary for people. Quote on new furnace significantly higher than another company and we're surprised there was zero followup (though it made our choice to change much simpler ).
