Everybody involved showed that they were concerned about how their work affected me and did everything they could to diminish the effect. They have been friendly and informative about what exactly was happening. There were several issues which were not under their hands (the water main cracked during the night) and Steve jumped through hoops to acquire the water company out to fix so that they might complete the work. They made sure once I came home from work I was never without water.
I would hire them again.
What a plumbing experience. The county hired cordia to fix the water main lateral moving in the street to the shut-off that was underground, so I hired them to replace the 80 year old pipe.

I would strongly advise you to try another plumber instead of Cordia.
Horrible experience both following the plumber's trip with the plumber and with the office. The plumber did not fix the problem, which I understand. There were reasons. On the other hand, the plumber made the problem worse. We called a plumber to get the machine.

This man did an wonderful job of fixing a sewer line. After three distinct plumbers came out that did not sort it (among which awakened my cellar floor without any reason!!) Ed is the man to repair your work, came out following sewer backed up in cellar and specialist He fixed the issue and we're back up and functioning. Highly recommend this guy big thank you

Was referred to the company by a different contractor. Twice I scheduled a meeting and stayed home from work. . .and both times I was awakened.
He was presumed to follow up with a quote when someone did appear. That never happened.
I don't have any clue how their job is because I won't ever use this provider. They completely wasted my time.

We'd our dishwasher is installed by Joe. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The procedure seemed smooth and quick. Because I don't want a nightmare, I'm delighted to have the dish washer installed by a license plumber!

I had two sewer inspections, I requested Cordia also be our 3rd and to critique the inspections. The were on time for the review but did not look at the other videos, did not focus on the issue area that was clearly marked with a flag, but had no issue charging us total price, $150 for performing the bare standard review, not doing what I asked, and they had been wrong on the state of the line. Avoid them.

I have been utilizing Cordia Plumbing for around 15 decades both for repair and remodeling and have always received prompt high excellent service. They are not the cheapest plumbers around St. Louis (nor are they the very expensive) but they're better. You get what you pay for!

Ed arrived to address a sewer backup. Told us he would be back on Monday. I predicted after hours on Friday night to report as we had sewage in the basement, the backup was urgent. A plumber told us he would make sure Ed will be back on Monday. Called Judy, the receptionistto ensure we would be viewed. Were told that they would attempt to"squeeze" us . This was the first sign of a problem. No call. We'd been witout a shower/toilet because Friday now. Tuesday, I spoke to inspect the status of our issue. Was told Ed and Steve would talk over it and she'd call me back. She then told me they would be in the house in the day (Tue). I said, for example, one, noon or what? She said yes. I took off work to be home . When nobody was there with 1, I called to check on the status. She said she paged the pipes and they did not respond and she'd call me back. When I did not hear back by 1:30 from her, I called her to cancel the job order; I had discovered a different plumber. Working with this business was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend their services.
