Cupertino Plumbing showroom is fantastic! There's a choice of plumbing products.
Cupertino Plumbing gave us outstanding service. They replaced our house waste disposal program that was complete. The work was done in a timely and effective manner. The coordinator for the project was delightful to use. He kept us informed of programs, and we felt the work was done thoroughly.
My plumbers of choice. I always use them for my plumbing needs. never let me down. They replaced the drainage piping under my house. Lately they were used by me for installing. They did a wonderful job and were efficient and clean. Would highly recommend. They might not supply the estimate that is cheapest, but they are professional.
Glad to be a client!
I spoke to determine if could get a quick estimate. Via telephone. Of texting Frank a picture In 5 minutes we got a call from him to talk about the job& time. Somehow Frank found & opening in the program today, & Mario to do the job. 2 hours later we had a new water heater at fair price!
My husband took off the day (a Friday) to await a estimator from Home Depot to provide us a quote to replace our leaking 16 year-old water heater. Underwhelmed by the cost/paperwork/ procedure, I phoned Cupertino to get a quote. They did our hob 4 decades back --we were happy we phoned them !!
Called Cupertino Plumbing to substitute my kitchen faucet. I was quoted $168 a hour and figured 1- 1/2 to install the faucet. Figured Components are labour around 270 and; 260-320.
The service person picked up the part n the way above. He had another person. After 2 hours I was billed $840 for labour and $450 for the faucet you can buy on the internet for 328.
Why 3 stars, now you understand.
Requested 1.5 hours for a 30 mins of job! Totally rip-off! Be careful to select these men!
Work and attention to detail. The massive underground water flow that was due to yet another company repaired and was quickly found. The employees were respectful, courteous and professional. They did a really great job on replacing all my gas and water lines. I substituted a water heater and a toilet and they did a great job. Fantastic turnaround, very efficient. I recommend Cupertino Plumbing.
Cupertino Plumbing fixed our problem and were super useful! Our road had water running in front of most of our neighbors' houses is dry! We had a water leak from a OLD pipe. They replaced it and had the license inspection done. They were professional, communicated a great deal and were moderately priced. Cupertino Plumbing is going to be the firm for any plumbing requirements, we call. They were good!
The storms in bay region caused flooding in my basement and had to find the sump pumps repaired. Angel from Cupertino plumbing was very professional in handling the occupation and understanding my needs. He delivered Eric and staff who were very knowledgeable about the job. They fixed everything as promised in a timely fashion and went ahead. Not only that when there was a job unfinished they came back and fixed it so I don't have to hunt other pipes down and explain the situation again. They had great recommendations for electricians to handle that part. I think I am trustworthy and satisfied since they were a 1 shop stop for my needs at a reasonable price.
He didnt have a response when I asked him how come the error code is still the same.
Originally they said they'd offer a refund to me As soon as I called them asking for a refund, but its been many days and no refund without any word from the company.
Without fixing my own water heater, they left.
When my tenant got back home he sais the water heater was broken with the exact same error code.
Steer clear of this organization and they're a complete ripoff.
Too poor yelp does not allow us to give 0 stars.
He called me 3 hours later and the water heater has been fixed by him and it would be 500.
I called the following day, the company and the plumber arrived back. He opened the unit up and said the unit has a leak.
The tankless water heater of my property stopped working and I predicted this firm. They sent a plumber by Ron's name. Since I was not in the home Ron said he will call me and allow me to know exactly what the issue is.
Avoid THIS RIPOFF OF a Business
Like I had a fire under my sink I predicted on recommendation of a friend. My friend said Cupertino Plumbing would be able to tell me if it was pipes issue or an electric issue. It started off as I reside in a gated condo complex. A major entry is with a call box, so the plumber claims that he does not understand how to get in and calls my cell. I let him call me. It can't be found by him. I come downstairs along with my two year old, locate him (two feet in the gate). He comes up, I explain what occurred, he says the trash disposal is currently leaking and appears. He suggests getting a new one. I say fine and he goes to buy one. He doesn't ask me which one I want (I wanted another version ). He comes back and I have to return and catch him. It is installed by him , it tells me that I tightens it have another pipe and a leak and charged me 530. . He says it's because I reside in a condo complex and it took additional time for him to get in and out of this complex and that he needed to go buy the garbage disposal. Many neighbors have replaced theirs. The garbage disposal is $168 and that I might have experienced Amazon (more expensive than what plumbers and handymen cost ) install for $180. . If my garbage disposal caught fire he could not tell me, did not depart the box, directions or receipt to your new one. That was astronomical, although I know my cost may be a bit higher as he looked at it for two minutes. I believe he took advantage I was a woman. At the time I was frustrated because of the fire and maintaining my son out of the way, I did not request anything.
Isaac did a great job of repairing the problem, opening the wall, and locating the leak. He was careful to keep my place tidy. His cuts into the wall were neat so the repair of the gutters will be easy (I chose to do this myself). Isaac didn't fool around, he began working and simply got to the job. I like to watch what's happening and ask questions. Isaac was happy to clarify exactly what he observed and to tell me why he had been doing things. I'll use them again - but I trust I do not need to.
Very good service! Came here following report about an hour, fix quickly and check other things not working flawlessly! Great support!
I called to get a new sink, faucet, and disposal installed following a kitchen remodel and another having a kitchen for many weeks due to countertop installation. Even got the parts we need and got right to work and and frank came and provided an estimate and didn't have. Great support. Added incentive. . .he gave me some recommendations for some other sellers I desperately needed that worked out also! Knowing the pipes is is done is well with the cost. Don't go cheap. . .you'll cover later in repairs.
I had a lousy water heater which flow water inside the tank. Water flow to the tray from leak in addition to the interior though the top port dripping down from the side. So this wasn't from the hot and cold water joints at the connectors. This heater was only 3 years old. I contact the maker and it was under warranty. I find Cupertino Plumbing under the manufacture recorded qualify installer. They delivered a person stop by to confirm it was a heater failure. , he right away program my exchange appointment. Fantastic support and responsive.
Don't hesitate to recommend to friends and loved ones!
This review is long overdue. Shortly summer after moving into our new house in Willow Glen , we needed to do a repipe project. As this superb house was constructed in 1946 and still had galvanized plumbing. We did our due diligence and chosen Cupertino Plumbing because of the years of experience, use of high excellent plumbing products along with the lifetime gaurantee they offer to futher stand from the work they do.
Additionally, Frank Cardia did a superb job meeting with us for the first time to go over. He provide us with a list of references that helped in confirming that this company was the ideal match for us.
From begin to finish, his crew took special care to clean up at the end of every day and tackle any queries we had that arose since they do the job and was very respectful of our house. Robert & Eric were outstanding to shepherd this job from begin to finish!
We needed to make a water link. Cupertino Plumbing delivered out Jose. Jose know immediately how it create a new relationship. The involved cutting a hole in the wall behind the refrigerator and installing pipes. Of the job was completed by jose in 90 minutes. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Anytime I want a plumber Jose is the man.
They did not quantify where they placed the sewer line from the bathrooms. We've got a bathroom. Because they did not place a shower 14, A wall had to be eliminated. Now we need to replace bathrooms in only 9 years because of the plumbing problems in the two - THOUSANDS of dollars.
They redid gas utilities and all the water - undersized the tankless water heater - in less we had to replace and redo the gasoline line. And replace the water heater.
The issue was they were in the time from the kitchen and bathroom remodeling company and walked away in their arrangement, leaving an unfinished job to me. When they delivered the taps and toilets they delivered what they wanted not what I purchased and paid for, but we were stuck with a mess.
They did a repipe in my house I hired them in a property that was preceding to do sewage occupation and a re pipe. On the more recent one a dreadful job they did a superb job, on my home. Since moving to the house 9 years ago repairing 16, I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars.
However, the final straw was they never hooked up our tub. That bathroom always smelled like sand after it was used, I could never understand. Well, when we adjusted the gas line which was noticed. And laid in the dirt below the house and the tub was draining under the house for 9 years! It's a great thing we have loamy soil in our area.
On the second day, they changed to the copper lines and the water was off for a half a day. They analyzed the lines by running the water and flushing, after completing the switch over. After the piping was done and analyzed, the drywall repair man came to spot. This comprised drill holes drywall cutouts, and mesh screens. Because he had been running late, he appeared to be under time pressure, but he kept cool and dealt with every single issue we pointed out rather than coming back. This was certainly appreciated.
Two people began laying out the copper pipes and came, but did not switch over the water method. This is normal procedure that the water needs to be shut off. Because the space beneath one of the baths was quite tight, they didn't have enough space to route an alternate pipe. Thus shut the water off for one hour and they had to take an pipe out. Not overly troublesome, they allow us know ahead of time and it had been back in within one hour. They also let us know what work they would be doing through the day, especially if it was a reroute.
This review is all about water repiping, not any other service.
We noticed a leak into the home, that was part of the job that was repiping at the link from the water supply. The only way to prevent it from leaking was to switch off the water to the home. We called them and they were able to repair it the morning after. Ever since that time, we've had no other water pipe issues.
For some reason, only half of the place was repiped to aluminum, whereas the other half was still metal. We predicted Frank (the owner), and he came by to provide a free quote on how much it'd cost to replace the remaining pipes. We went ahead, and he told us it'd be a job and scheduled it.
On arrival the couplings Bill brought were small. He took a piece of this pipe and made to the components store. spent an hour trying to find the next set of components to operate on coming, but each time we turned the water on they leaked. Eventually he decided they were the incorrect components. Bill wanted to visit his supplier although I offered to go back the place I got the coupling, which had been the appropriate part, and find another coupling.
Bill billed me for just 3.5 hours. I phoned Frank (the proprietor ) and said that 1) this was not a correct poly matching fix, 2) 3.5 hours seemed excessive for something that had he had the appropriate fitting would have just take 30 - 60 minutes. His reply (after speaking to Bill) was that Bill had 5.5 hours into the job and that 3.5 was I had been billed for so I have already been compensated and that my flow is not decreased that far and Bill has 30 years experience and knows what he is doing.
Everyone was friendly and considerate, but I didn't not get what I asked for or desired. Overcharged and dissatisfied with the job.
This left me with a restriction in my pipe in which the pipe dimension is reduced by the barbed inserts. I could tell I had diminished flow the moment my outside faucet turned .
Bottom line is that he did not understand how to correctly fix the poly pipe and did not make that fix correctly, he simply"got our water back on" that he thought was most significant. I might have made the fix the way he did it. I have fixed lots of hoses.
We hit the water line into the house when placing in drainage pipes. It's a flexible polypropylene pipe. I asked if they had been comfortable with repairs and phoned several plumbing firms. The person I spoke to said he'd send out Bill who'd be able to correctly fix my poly pipe. I had gone earlier in the afternoon into some recommended source store and got the appropriate fitting for that tube, but the gap was too large and it had two of these. I told whoever I spoke to at Cupertino plumbing precisely what they would bring the components the supply store had informed me sold me.
