Based on also a first time customer discount and my job amount, the price was very fair.
I change out of water valves inside my home and had called them Guys for a faucet setup. Ernie Escobar came and was very good in describing what I need to do and was very friendly. He was very thorough in the way he kept work area clean and nice and reluctantly did his job.

Great Men Plumbing is a reliable and no nonsense plumbing service which we used at our home. We had a leaking tankless water heater and called up several plumbing companies which were unable to diagnose the issue and finally we discovered GGP. They could get the entire unit replaced in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. In addition, GGP values its customers and is honest. In our area, hard water is Adam consulted with us about getting filters installed and a huge issue. He was not pushy however said to call him up when we were prepared because before visiting filters, we wanted to attempt descaling. Among those magnetic descalers were lost after installing the filters. Adam were happy to purchase new magnets! A+ service and communications! We know were to phone for our next support!

Don't bother calling this man, he doesn't return emails or telephone calls. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a return call after leaving two messages and sending an emailaddress.

Do not bother calling these men. They just do not reply. I tried to get connected for an problem for 2 days no reply, although with voicemails and numerous calls. Very unprofessional. Better to search for someone who actually cares about your issues. Superior Plumbing is recommended by me. They are knowledgeable, considerate, and prompt in responses.

Adam and his team did a great job, my spouse and I've used him before doing small repairs. But when it came to doing the full-scale movement and replacement of the hot water heater. He had been our very first call, the work was done on budget, in time, and also our expectations were exceeded by also the quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone my friends or family.

My Takagi tankless water heater stopped working. Mindful of the problem, Andy provided good/better/best approaches that were different at different price points and talked through my options. He offered guidance to help me decide the best route and he showed up including all the components for the fix.

I believe I have written one other review apart from this one, as they're absolutely magnificent however, these men deserve much kudos! We worked together with Adam, and he was super down to earth, helpful, accommodating and flexible! Whenever possible we will surely use this company, and ask for Adam, our plumbing needs in the future for all!

We had had Adam three separate times today for three separate tasks. Our hot water heater has been replaced by him beneath and the plumbing leading to it once we had a busted pipe situation. The valves have been replaced by him beneath both master bath sinks, and Adam added valve shuts off to make it much easier for us to changed the water filleted for your house water filtration system. On all 3 tasks Adam was outstanding! His work was excellent, he is tidy, as other reviewers have mentioned he'll explain as little or much as you need, he is honest and quite forthcoming, his prices are fair and he is a super nice guy. We will call him again without hesitation!

Our Takagi tankless water heater, installed will not produce hot water and would not begin. Following a identification that was brief, he decided that it was that the ignitor not worked properly. The touch cleaned up and the device worked again, producing steaming hot water.

The slop sinks within our basement overflowed. We called them 8am and Ray C. was here by noon. He cleaned up and obtained all the work done! He was explained everything he was doing and why. It was quality work!

We were having issues with our Takagi Tankless Water Heater. So that we hired him adam was educated about Takagi. He did a fantastic job getting the repair done at a reasonable price.

Adam and his staff set up a gas line for the refrigerator for the stove as well as water line. Their pricing has been right inline. Nice men that are efficient in their work and professional. I was worried the gas line could look ugly, but the way that they ran it below the stove and in the garage was fantastic. You hardly notice it. Highly recommend!!

I had been having problems with water heater shutting off continuously. After having plumbing companies perform their repairs and come out I continued to have troubles. I finally called Good Guys Pipes and they have the name for their business. Adam, the owner operator, was like a physician diagnosing a disease. He thought things out methodically and gave me several alternatives. I of course had to make the decision but based on the thoroughness of Adam in assessing the issues that I chose to purchase a new water heater and predicated on Adam's experience with several brands. He and a worker removed the water heater and installed the new one and so were meticulous. With is that you can't go wrong.

We had a 8 year-old Takagi tankless water heater go out on us (hard water buildup). Fantastic luck finding a business to service Takagi (the Takagi website isn't present, the majority of the plumbers I called on this list didn't even call me back or did not service Takagi). After reading Yelp review on Adam (and how he helped another Yelper with his Takagi water heater), I called Adam. I needed to leave 3 messages before he phoned me back (captured him at a busy period ). That being said he participated, he did what. He showed up at the time that he said (not a 2-4 hour window). I coordinated all through phone whilst and haven't met him in person. He was honest and gave it to me directly. He might have repaired it and saved me some $ but he gave me his opinion as to why he would recommend replacing and a soliton for your hard water problem (filter). I indicate you be persistent if he doesn't call back and would recommend him highly.

So glad I tried men plumbing that was great Adam took care as promptly as possible, he left the process is bearable for customer in a situation, follow them up and also to call GE. Highly professional. Will definitely hire them again.
