Called Rayne Plumbing past Fri. due to what we discovered was a bathroom leak that caused a flooding and water leaking through my ceiling. They arrived right away - I think my technician/plumber's name was Adrian (?) . I cannot remember, but it wasn't Jesus. He was relatively new to the company as he'd just moved back into the Bay Area. He opened up and was fair and really helpful with his or her consultation although he was a little quiet originally. They are fairly priced and I'd absolutely call them again.

I phoned and was told that because they had it entered on their ending on the subsequent day that I was wrong. No apologies.
I told them I wasn't available the following day and as you could see from my screenshot, they came. No guilt, no apologies.
Be certain you're okay with no shows and approaches that are cold to the value of your own time if you employ this business.
We scheduled an appointment to get our water heater looked at with the CO detector going off. This was a crisis situation.
I pulled on favors to be accessible at home. It had been hard to do this and I'm still trying to recuperate from it.

First appointment made for Monday. Nobody came. Second appointment made for Tuesday, plumber came but had no spare components (toilet manage and seal) but stated he'd get the components and return on Wednesday (he never came), so Thursday (no one came), so Friday....they have the components but no plumber so want us to wait until next Monday. Are you kidding me? They do not phone you to cancel. You sit at the 4 hour window waiting day after day then have to phone them to determine the most recent excuse. Avoid them if you are not a contract.

Jesus cleared a clog from a shower and came out. Very fast and professional. Cheerful and knowledgable. A particular recommendation.

Jesus was wonderful! Came through quick on a Saturday, clarified and showed us the matter. Also gave us advice about how to prevent it from happening and what we can do to much more long term problem solving. Not too pricey. Overall a super cool guy and a great experience!

Jesus was awesome. He came out within an hour of my phone, early Sunday morning Father's Day, to fix a clogged shower which turned out to be a. Talked me through each step of the process, immediately got us back into normal, and identified the location of the blockage! It had been the best experience I have had with a plumber. Highly recommend Jesus at Rayne Plumbing.

We called Rayne Plumbing & Sewer to B ) Shower handle was hard to turn. Found out later that new wash and gasket had never been placed in the repair occupation
A) repair a flow for the sprayer which was attached to our kitchen faucet
We were so displeased that we called another plumber to redo their job that is poor out. We didn't like the notion of getting them come out.
Very disappointed.

D) fix toilet to better flush
Left a mess on the bathroom and kitchen floor. It was hard to clean up the scuff marks.
B) repair bathtub which was leaking
A) After two weeks we had a under the kitchen sink
To top it off we're not given a receipt for warranty for the work.

My name is Linda and I'm a Property Manager for rentals in Santa Clara. I telephone Rayne Plumbing often for my tenant problems. I just wanted to mention that the plumber Jesus Rosario went over and above for me a great job with a challenging situation. I can't recommend if you have any type of plumbing issues telephone Rayne Plumbing and request Jesus!!!!

Service, they showed up within a couple hours of when we predicted. Jesus taught me the way to repair the issue myself next time it comes up, which I really appreciated. Great service, would recommend!

Jesus was able to diagnose the problem with our hot water valve. He explained his procedure and revealed us the parts that were corroded . Fast and friendly support.

2. I phoned again on Monday, they shipped another tech and asked as it wasn't on at the time if it had light and the tech looked at my pump. I stated I did not understand since the light is out but I do understand the emergency pump has been turned on and that I think that the normal pump has difficulty. Then he did 1 test to find out at the time, it seems working somehow, so that he left decision that there isn't anything wrong with the pump and whether the pump is working. I kept on asking him the emergency pump has been turned on and my pump is making weird noise and am still quite skeptical. He said possibly the tank is dirty. I must clean up the tank. He spent about 20 mins and left home after he was paid by me for nothing done $175.
At this point, I am rather unhappy about my experience with this provider. I am talking to some other company for fixing or replacing my pump. It is a waste of 1275.
4. I told them and phoned pipes the whole story and asked them if they can send somebody back. I told them that I spend and it needs to be done the first-time visit. When they can deduct the price of $175 that the first-time price since they didn't perform their job, I asked them, they refused me.
I am rather disappointed about my experience with Rayne.
1. I named the company for urgent visit (it was weekend) about a month ago since I heard one of my own pumps because of my ejector tank creating weird sound. The emergency pump has been turned on when tank is complete. The tech they sent never seen my house, I phoned him and never left it and he said he would come.
3. For cleaning my tank up I named the A1 tank company. The sales supervisor discovered the tank was only beyond my home in the floor under my possessions and came. I was mistaken before the tank was inside the home. I invested another $1100 for cleaning up my tank which was not much work to clean. The pump IS NOT WORKING, although the tank guy verified that the motive isn't the tank and tested the pump!

After a pipe in the garage ruptured we had an emergency. Jesus R. reacted to the call, immediately assessed the situation, and mended it (temporarily pending complete job repair). Jesus experience and quick thinking saved our weekend! Thank you Rayne to your great support!

Rayne plumbing is excellent! They constantly adapt us when we've emergencies and Jesus is fantastic. He certainly knows what he's doing and will get it repaired the very first time!

Rayne was consistently fair and helpful and was the oncall at our complicated. Fast forward a few years and we had a plumbing issue at our new place. Jesus and professionally -- those guys know their stuff, give useful advice, and solved our issue quickly and Tony did a wonderful job. 10/10 would call Rayne .

Fantastic help from Jesus Rosaria of Rayne Plumbing. He guaranteed the replacement of faucet/handles for bathroom sink was completed to my satisfaction regardless of the fact that the parts of the replacement faucet/handles did not line up with the initial plumbing parts. He verified the treatment of the shower control was to my satisfaction and made an adjustment at my request. It feels good to have work completed.

63 was materials. The remainder was labour. This can be usurious in my opinion. I don't mind paying for time. They stated they couldn't purchase the supplies they had where the flow was till the understood and just how much they needed to get. I don't understand why it's that pipes wouldn't be carried by a plumbing company . They know what the job is they are currently working on. It doesn't take 4 individual hours to purchase pipe and that's exactly what we had been charged for. This can be 1/3 of our bill. I haven't seen or heard this by any other company I hired.
PG&E came and they needed to reconnect all of the appliances to the gas line. Carlos stated PG&E didn't like them to do this. The PG&E guy said he hadn't heard that.
I'm just giving one star for my review. They did do a Great job but I have numerous problems I can not give a review
The next morning Carlos and another person (do not remember his name) showed up and quickly got to work hooking up a compressor and looking for the leak. They found it fairly quickly. Then they had to go purchase pipe to fix the leak. They had been gone for 2 hours and we were charged for 4 hours of work that they weren't performing on the house. There's an OSH throughout the street along with a Home Depot 5 minutes off. When they came back they tested the line again and replaced the section of pipe. They said I should phone PG&E and see if they could come while the plumbers were there so if anymore problems arose they could fix it straight away. Regrettably PG&E couldn't give an specific time to me. So after speaking with my husband the plumbers chose their lunch and then decided to leave. We were already up to $1700 in labour charges at this time.
I came home and smelled gas. They came out and PG&E is called by me and confirmed that I had a gas leak and told me that I had to call a plumber to come discover it and fix it. I called another company and they didn't look like that they wanted the job. I then called they and Rayne had been asking me when I needed them to come over. Carlos came over within one hour and checked the house and disconnected all of the appliances and capped the lines. He explained that he and the other plumber could arrive in the early hours and strain test the line where the flow was to determine. Told me that the labour rate was 174 an hour, when I called the person on the phone. Carlos explained that it had been $174 an hour per person. He said that when he left, he was charging for an hour.
The flow was fixed by them and were in doing it clean. But their charging policies are incorrect and usurious. I won't call them again and won't be recommending them.

Not only could I advocate Rayne Plumbing to your friend but I'd strongly suggest them to relatives (no matter what it is you are stuck together with your relatives so this says a lot), and also to buddies with companies or rental properties. I find their pricing honest and the service great. I'll use them !

We had a lease and it needed a water purifier song up due to the fact the softener wasn't used by our tenant of 5 years. They came and fixed that but in addition to our surprise helped us out.
Miles with Rayne North Valley was wonderful. Friendly and went out of the way for us. We're quite pleased with the work and totally happy they highly recommend them and did.

The puddle that wouldn't dry up after the rain turned out to be a water main. Rayne Plumbing came out right away to scrutinize. Travel time isn't charged by them.
The water pipe bent in search and then cracked the seals.
The work was completed in a manner that the roots can't push or lift the pipes using corner pieces and metal stents only a plumber can explain.
I had been impressed by the speedy response and follow through, as well as the professional and polite way. Our worry was turned into gratification.
