And I'm having them return to repair a leaky outdoor faucet and to get a quotation on a water heater.

Our laundry area faucet that dropped a weeks ago was also fixed by rocky. Without it falling off and I could not flip the handle of the faucet.
The washers/stems had to be eliminated. . .and were more than likely ORIGINAL to the house and hadn't ever been removed/replaced!
Our vintage shower (with vintage pipes and fittings ) in our 1940s house was leaking for months and my husband refused to become involved in'old house' pipes.... So BP obtained the call.
The job was done correctly, quickly and also the cost reasonable. Our shower works like a charm with all the vintage fixtures that are original back.
I was given a business card and bill after the job has been done.
Rocky took the parts to some plumbing shop and got everything he needed and came back with all the correct parts and bits that the FIRST TIME.

Rocky was prompt and came by and got right to work. He got off the grips and stalks of our fixtures. . The tile in the shower could not be replaced. And I was fearful of a astronomical bill with someone forcing old metal to respond quickly to some wrench (or even wacking the tile in the shower).

Unfortunately the owner, Mo, has retired, so I had been a little hesitant about his son, Rocky, who's taken over the business of his dad. Rocky had come in his adolescent years with his dad, and well, he was definitely a teenager...
Rocky did a job for me recently, and I found out that he is every bit as polite, knowledgeable, competent, honest, small... Well, I really can not think of some more positive adjectives at this time. Young guy who knows who will not overcharge you and what he is doing.

I wanted someone to expand empty and water lines in two areas, I had sheet. A guy I had lined quoted $150 but had an accident and kept so I found BP and gave them a telephone as the work was delaying. Moe delivered his guy out within one hour. Massive lesson receive a quote

His guy was there for 4 hours which included time he needed to run to the store. His guy was helped with some additional miscellaneous items and a great guy, with me not thinking about the rate I paid. Overall bill... $500.
So they charge $125 an hour and you pay for the time to allow them to run errands to have supplies they operate from... or else you are spending even more than that. Keep in mindthis was not a plumbing emergency at 2am... that was mid-day through the week plus a fairly straightforward job.

As I looked for my own paperwork That is a review. Mo came out and did a fantastic job charging a reasonable fee. We actually had tree roots growing into a toilet in a rarely-used toilet, and he successfully dealt with finding the place to dig in in order to put in a and with this. Called Moe and he was the one that advised me to find the parts from GE warranty with no free estimate waste of time things. Then I've Moe's son Rocky and Junior came and fixed the water heater thermocouple part at 9pm (after their extended day) with great pleasure. Price is reasonable. Thumbs up.

BP plumbing came to my house and professionally replaced my kitchen faucet that had been damaged from San Jose hard water. They also mended my faucet in my half tub. I had another plumbing company look at precisely the half bath faucet and they explained that this kind of faucet can not be mended and could be replaced. Without having to replace the faucet, Rocky and moe mended it. They did it in a fraction of the prior plumber's estimate. An expert plumber is worth his weight in gold! That is what BP plumbing is; fair, expert plumbers! They will be my plumbers that are sole so long as they are running a business. They are strongly recommended by me.

BP Plumbing came out to replace our water heater. They have been prompt, courteous, and washed up. I recommend for jobs.

This guy is fantastic! He came to set up a water heater and did a great job. Because they were old, some pipes were replaced by him for us. He took his time and knew what he do. Really educated and educated us we had to know. I refer him and would use him again! Only downside is they are based in San Jose and don't know how far they would go, but occasionally he has tasks in the bay! They're awesome!

Moe was called by me in BP Plumbing and they were fantastic. Stuck to the price they quoted. Our fittings were justified so new parts were purchased by me by mail from producer. They figured out how to put it back together and place in the parts that are new. It was just like a mystery, but they didn't stop trying. Whenever I need work, I'll call them. So happy I found great plumbers.

I arrived home to my kitchen lighting fixture pouring water out . My neighbor recommended Moe and I called. I wasn't disappointed. He assessed the situation showed up on time and began work. In no time the water flow throughout my ceiling was gone. Moe was quite educated and I felt very at ease. And of course his prices were reasonable. When I should ever want his services 23, I've found me an excellent plumber also might never hesitate to call him.
