DBL Construction

I am happy to be DBL Construction's first inspection. Dave Limbocker was the general contractor for a medium-size house remodel that involved lots of effort and time (they all do). We hired him with four contractors due to his apparent commitment to quality and his price. Dave stuck to it for several weeks before we were eventually able to begin the job, although it took forever to get design drawings by the city. And as with all remodels, there was a significant bump in the street as a result of insufficient work done by contractors before we owned the house. Dave quickly moved to repair the issue, and everything was finished by him with high quality standards. We would recommend Dave for jobs.

I hired Dave Limbocker and DBL construction at my home to get dry rot fix issue and a identification. The job involved a close full replacement of a corner intersection of three walls, including work on the roof and foundation. Assessing three other estimates, I picked Dave because he was the just one to be realistic and honest with me about what he knew and did not know from his inspection, and exactly what it had been possible for him to find in the practice of opening up the wall. He lined subcontractors on an efficient schedule returned my calls at time, and always gave polite caution creating noise when entering or making significant decisions. His team was considerate, and was even willing to prevent work more than to answer questions and provide guidance on home improvement issues. I would hire them again without a thought because I'm very sure that I would get a top excellent job although DBL was clearly not the least costly choice. Highly suggested.
