I have been working from South Bay Remodel for over two decades and I intend on working for many more with him. He is fair, which is really hard to find in a builder and does quality work. To be honest, I keep looking to do just so he can come back. Enjoy him!!
I have been using Sean as sub-contractor for tile, sheetrock, trim, and cabinets for years now, and have had nothing but excellent results. Sean understands his company, and he is fine to work with as well.
Sean had a fantastic painter handel the painting of our own kitchen, and did fantastic work in fixing our repair work that is stuco in our Kitchen.
Sean was recommended to us. He was supposed to do just the pipes for its faucet/sink, but he agreed to do some patching of this wall as well after we chose at the last minute to get some work done. While he was performing the pipes, he asked him if there was a way to substitute the base of the cupboard under the sink, which had warped badly due to a water damage several months before. He told us that it would be hard to replace it since it turned out to be a structural part of the cupboard. His answer was to install a board so it was flat, then caulk it around. It was so well-done we show it to our clients together with our countertops! After all the work he did, we were blown away by how the charge was. And despite several trips to our home to execute many tasks, he did charge us till he was finished with everything. In addition to being sean is a polite, courteous, and good-humored man.
