Drain Control

. .the pipe needed to be hydro flushed. (thats when the plumber uses a special machine that blows high pressure water through the pipe congestion because anything is in there is hard as a stone. .
Our kitchen sink was clogging up and we all did whatever im our plumbing power to get the drains functioning again. We snaked inside, snaked out, snaked in the roofing pipe. . .everything . . .and still sink backing up (well really my unc did all of the work. .cause I was at work myself-but he maintained updating me). I replaced components and took aside the Ptrap. . .nothing?!
so i looked on yelp. Nobody can come on short notice. Anyways, I call this guy and he says he can come out to my house. I told em I needed a plumber coming over and called my family.
This a business guy who had to work for a business ventured by itself.

And fast! And low cost:)

Kim V. replied my request for quotation and we scheduled a time to emerge. He is responsive and replies. The following morning, he began washing machine drain lines and checking the bathtub and arrived on time. He wished to see the problems. I respect that. No price over an up-sell when he comes out and the phone.
This review is for honesty and his professionalism.
He said I may get a bigger problem but he would attempt to snake the bathtub for $150. It turns out the snaking did not work and it might require pipe replacement that's a project that is much bigger. He had been honest and suggested I try a few other drain cleaning businesses to determine if I could avoid the replacement project that is bigger.
In the long run, he wouldn't take any payment since he wasn't able to snake it.

Mr. Kim is! Yesterday evening I had a last minute clog and he arrived first and gave me a estimate for the job on my house! I would highly recommend Mr. Kim for almost any draining demands. I will be using him again! Such a life saver and his cost was very reasonable! Thank you Mr. Kim!!!

2. If you ever want to have an good and honest person to work with, you MUST read this review.
Kim, the owner in addition to the plumber of Drain Control came (Again, not the pipes company I originally contacted). He took one look at the clean out and he start shaking his head (see below). Then within 30 minutes, the took care of my issue that was clogged. Precision, efficacy and fantastic price.
2. When Kim saw out the clean, he know there's another issue. The wash out was brief throughout snaking, the water spilled to the kitchen from between the kitchen wall and came out. So he explained to me how to fix it. So I asked him when he can fix it for mehe said he can and told me just how much (which was reasonable price) but insteadhe instructed me how to do it, what components to buy. I don't even have the instrument, although he was told by me. He GAVE me one of the pliers... he explained, keep it and use it to replace it. That is one guy, who job would be to purge my drain and after that, he spend the time explain to me how to fix it, what to buy and GAVE me his instrument???? I don't know the pliers cost but I think he may not make money. And that rated pipes company did mention that issue.
Due to his faith, he would like to help people kim explained to me, he revel in the process supporting others and charges very reasonable rate. You will hear people tell you all day long about some of this narrative, but witnessing it first hand just flat out amazing.
A plumber was contacted by me on Yelp and request service. This plumber turned out, visit you and said no issue, it was a plumber by another company, who came out all the way from San Jose. Turned out did not have time asked Kim to come out. They are relatives but have their own organization.
1. I don't know this guy, in fact, I did not locate him on yelp.
1. Kim explained to me why there's clogging with my 8 years old residence that was new. The plumber who constructed the home was very poorly trained and used the incorrect materials... which I know he is right due to additional issues we have, and that is the reason why we have a lot of flushing problem. I have hired a really highly rated company from Yelp with almost 700 4.5 stars testimonials who came out twice and unclogged my drain although not once explain to me what happened but just stated you have gunk.

Drain Control came out over an hour of my call. They hydro-jetted my Drain line for a very reasonable price. They cleared the lineup along with a huge quantity of water which was immobilized, came gushing out.
I'd blocked my Drain and water was backing up under the home. I used various rooter companies. Their metal snakes aren't long enough to clean out my system from front to back. These firms offered to utilize a hydro-jetter that's more successful and longer. However, were prohibitive.
Can't say enough about his own brother and Kim. Very helpful, really.

I would, if I could give 6 stars to these guys. Kim came out to look at what we thought was a drain. He told us what he actually thought the issue was instead of trying to up sell his solutions and investigated. I appreciated his honesty and integrity and will definitely recommend him for any drain.

The response time is quick which was great. The service guy John was smiling and friendly. Ifelt some easiness with John and'm always skeptical to allow anybody. The work was done it was under the estimated price.

Called them, and despite an start they got me a quotation and came out over 90 minutes of the call. He got the issue fixed with price and a wait and was. Would use again.

Kim is honest. I thought so I want to replace copper my main tube was cast iron. But he told me that it copper so there is no need. If you want an honest quote, proceed with him. I am planning to replace mine with a pipe or replace the flow area like he proposed.

Kim made fast work of a fix. Was a water leak from a joint before the shut-off to your house. And an elbow was comprised by the configuration of the pipe in the area, therefore positioning replacement fittings appeared hopeless. It ends up that the meter shut-off was a poor seal, therefore water kept trickling from the cut pipe, which might make a sweat joint hopeless!
But his experience and the right tool the occupation (he had these in-line crimp connectors) he managed to replace the leaky department, and using a new valve, in virtually no time. While waiting for the city to substitute 28, for the wrong person, this job might have been a tragedy leaving the house without water for days. Money well spent. And he's a nice and interesting man as well...

He is an honest man and didn't charge us more for the work. In the end, he supplied us a HD quality movie together with a report that was written. 10/10 would certainly recommend him to all my friends and loved ones.
I do not usually write review if Yelp makes it, but Kim does deserve a 10 celebrity. I ordered him to perform a sewer lateral movie inspections for a home that I am likely to buy. Thanks to him, we found that underneath a beautifully remodeled home has been a"shit show" quite literally. The main sewer is obstructed and desperately requires a replacement.

Drain Control was great to use. We had an emergency plumbing issue and Kim reacted fast and came out to assist us. Our difficulty was treated by him within half an hour and was really professional! Will happily hire him!

I had a sink . Requested quote from Drain Control along with some other pipes services (mentioning I wanted snake from the roof because that was I did and the one thing was employed in the past). Kim was the only one who responded with solution and cost. The rest of the services push me to schedule with them without giving any information that is helpful.
Another great thing from Kim is that you get 1 year warranty that I never got from different services.
At my door Kim stood in a few hours. It took him 30 minutes into hydro jet + power snake from the roof to have the work done. It was there was a lot of dirt from the gut (we never allow food garbage in the drain). I feel the hydro jet actually helped with the grease.

Didn't even respond when I messaged via a telephone call. Left several message. He's gotten too occupied.

I predicted Drain Control since my water meter is turning after the valve is shut off so I know that there is leak in my plumbing. I was squeezed by kim in for same day free inspection and showed up in time. He dug around my meter to confirm there is no leaks then and round a bit close to my main, irrigation valve he reasoned my escapes are between my chief as well as my meter. Due to my landscape structure (with lots of concrete), he suggested I contact trenchless companies for the job. He even wrote down two or three companies he knows are very affordable and reliable. Other companies would attempt to drive me to have the job but Kim said that since the flow is minimal, I should take time to ask around for quotation. I could contact him if I have any plumbing problem and love his work ethic.

They may not be the cheapest, but I think it's just and worth to pay to get support that is great!
Drain Control is the go to company if you want your home sewer cleaned. Kim does the work himself also is the owner. He was instant, explained what he was planning to do, and completed the work and left the work place clean.

We had a crisis job performed on our outside water supply and we predicted a few businesses. Drain Control was the first to answer and got in an hour - which was great because our landscaper was relying to finish our project on time.

Kim came with coordinated quality gear, identified the issue, dealt with a couple access curve balls afterward Hydro-Jetted kitchen lateral and my residental laundry and 80% of my line. All for 20% below the going rate (price ) for a Hydro-Jet service.
Overview: Couldn't be more happy.
The poor (kind of): Originally had a bit of communication problem and trouble with confirmation of coming time. It might have been due to technology problems, or maybe on contact, I grabbed him between occupations. Whatever it was, we got it solved and he was on the job within three hours.
