He advised if this doesn't help, he will come out. It did not really help clear the plumbing, so we called Reza As soon as the City arrived and he arrived within 2 hours. He resolved the issue fast and even gave a discount his quoted price. He was professional, courteous (took shoes off at house) and quite thorough! Highly recommend!

Speedy response during the day after different areas, even through yelp had closed. Set up an appointment for the following day, and arrived and sorted it. Can not recommend enough!

The caulking didn't work part of the pipe but he managed to give us a repair that night, so we've got water and came back another day to complete the permanent repair. He came to the rescue.
