javier came on time and after several attempts and no success that he called his field supervisor Matthew Stymest.
We have grandchildren who were here during all of this with us as well as an autistic son and that I did feel quite helpless but thanks to Matthew and Javier as well as Pepper all is great at the house Madrigal.
People today say bad things happen in threes. That is correct. 3 weeks ago our refrigerator went out. Friday the clutch went out on our vehicle. There burst a pipe under our water heater last evening. I called Benjamin Franklin right away since they installed our water heater in 2017.

We're customers for life!!!
After review of the situation we had been stuck between a rock and no water, but there is a really happy ending to my story.
Iwill continue to sing their own praises and've written reviews for Benjamin Franklin.
Sophia and john Madrigal.
Thanks again,

Update to my previous inspection. I've been a customer for several years and depended on Benjamin for most of my plumbing solutions. I had one experience over the 3 years of registration. Ops Manager personally reached out personally to apologize After I had this experience Bob Bachmann. I had been on the brink after speaking with me, of not working with this company again, I believe I'm valuable for their business. I've had this business replace my main under water heater house pipe, overflow and 2 bathrooms. Long story short... they really do care about their clients.

Purchased maintenance contract including Ben Franklin plumbing and Mr. Sparky, but extremely tough to contact. Way over-charged for outside plumbing issues also. Beware.
Far overpriced. Fee to replace broken toilet faucet $783. My regular plumber estimated $370... After the fact.

Had a leak. They came out and Wyane quoted me $1k to substitute my aluminum de snare drain with abs drain and p trap. The problem was I had to replace was. I value honesty above all else once I need Plumber, and because of the actions I'll NEVER CALL them

We had a major gap between gate valve and our meter . They waived the quote fee and had a field supervisor (Matthew) here in 2 hours. Their team was here the following morning and did an exceptional job. They carefully trenched and eliminated landscaping to save plants. Our home is 52 years old therefore we needed to upgrade components. Even the supervisor inspector (who increased under our house) said they did an outstanding job. They may be a little more costly than other businesses they have the talent and expertise. Due to the whole team Pablo!

I'm thrilled about Benjamin Franklin.
Efren and said they could put in a new pipe without any plastic removal and Steven from Benjamin Franklin looked at the job. In an hour. And they did, at roughly a third of this cost the plumber.
Benjamin Franklin saved me a whole lot of money and time . The first plumber that came out explained how near-to-impossible the job was quoted me nearly $4k to put in a new p-trap in the upstairs shower... Not including needing to tear out the shower tile (possibly it all, and possibly needing to repaint the shower in its entirety), and needing to knock out the tiles in the downstairs toilet too. I'm guessing the tile/shower redo would have set the entire cost.

I simply had BFP outside to set up a hot water dispenser. They did an outstanding job. Tim L was on time, VERY Profession, knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed with his job. They get my 5 stars, if he's an example of their entire customer support staff.

Very inadequate administration and client service...
It looks like they are running a business that is more in a shady side than a business.
I recommend that you request a supervisor's direct number or Mail if you believe you might need to get back to them...
I called four times asking an explanation by his manager or the tech with no avail.
In January I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to correct the pipe that was leaking in my property. The tech gave me a hand-written invoice showing about $900.00 worth of fix that was not clear to me.

I phoned them yesterday, 6/24/19 because I thought I had been having problems using the Purronics Water Treatment System they had installed 2 years ago. It utilizing potassium and ran regular. Mathew Stymest figured out and came out that the water treatment program was OK however the water line between house and the meter leaked which was faking the water treatment system from. He discovered that we had a flapper in the hallway bath. He will dictate the replacement flapper for us. Mathew did a great job. If I want a plumbing service, they will always receive a call from me.

He was very threatening and arrogant as well. He did not want to do what the appt was set to do? He stated we do not do the job for free blah blah and started arguing when I asked him that his office has waived the charges for review as its job.
Thank god I didn't go with those guys.
DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money with those guys. There costs was almost double to that which a typical company would bill for the same job ( I discovered later after I got another quote).
I explained to him that the appointment was then and to allow him to come and assess the lineup personally look at the situation before giving any cost just like this to me. He said he'll charge $79 to come out. That's his gas charge.
Then you're welcome to go with them if you have lot of money to throw. Once I have to spend close to $5000,,, I'll look around, and I would love to use my money wisely and have a few quotes.
Do not go on those guys BBB rating and all that. I'm sure some Franchisees are nice but these man was way out of line.
I would not recommend this company I made an appointment checked out as it keeps backing up. I had a quotation for any repairs or replacement. I had been given a 4 hour window. The Tech (James) calls me over the phone and tells me it will probably be $8900 to replace the whole lineup and that is our cost. I'll come over, if you agree to this then.
I told this man that I will give a review he was not threatening. . .he said go ahead...I do not care...!!!

I'm not a YELP person... but, James in Benjamin Franklin Plumbing needs a shout out... As a Realtor I'm always looking for the best service vendors I can locate. I will use this plumber for all my pipes requirements On Time! Courteous! Went outside to help me out with an emergency pipes requirement. I highly urge James/Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

I feel this is pure scam. For altering 3 faucets, I received a quote that has been 3 times the next most expensive quote. I do not think it ought to take approximately $899. The worst part is that they charged me $89 to come and give this quote that is sweet to me. So, I was to pay them $89 and say. I said no. But wanted to discuss it to avoid others. Got a various licensed plumber to come and receive the job done in a third of this quote.

Hector, the emergency plumber that came out to repair our toilets that are blocked was professional. He later presented a quote to substitute our sewer line. No additional plumber came with such fantastic tools to execute a precise quote. Hector was an engineer, salesman, and project manager. The group that did the work were good since professionals who were helpful and very personable. Inspections and all licenses were managed by Ben Franklin as well. I am glad to get this problem . Also, the front yard was restored to perfect state when they had been completed, so digging wasn't noticeable. Front office telephone service has managed.
I was looking for a sewar fix for our home in Palo Alto for several years imagining that our tall palm tree was straight over the sewer line facing yard.

I had a sewer line backup and got it inspected by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They looked at it and explained that roots have ruined the old clay sewer lateral and it needs to be replaced in the house till the property line beside side walk and I have just two put in two clean workouts one near the home and next one near the house line beside sidewalk.I repeatedly asked about the component of sewer lateral from the clean outside beside side walk to city main sewer connection and has been told that Fremont city is responsible for keeping that part and they would clean it out in case there is a backup from there.

After 3 days Matt contacted and stated that city shifted the rules all of a sudden and informed that homeowner must now keep the component of sewer lateral from sidewalk to sewer mains (Truly!!! , its hard to believe they don't know the rules of the job they perform at client side and need customer to endure due to their lack of understanding ) .When I requested them to fix their screwup they gave me a quotation of 18000 dollars to resolve the component of sewer lateral which joins from cleanout near side walk to the city mains. This seemed a unreasonable high amount to me so I checked with different pipes local to Fremont and got a quote of 1/4the of what they are demanding.
Unless you have tons of cash to squander In my personal experience DO NOT HIRE them.
This company also have placed me in a tough spot and does not understand the rules of Fremont city.
After the project was completed I had a sewage backup again and again on calling Benjamin Franklin (Matt and Chris) I was told that I have to telephone the city.I told them that USD explained in Fremont city the part for sewer lateral from sidewalk to sewer main is dwelling owners responsibility and they originally did not agree and kept on arguing.I was stuck for 2 days without using the restrooms after spending 11K about the sewer replacement and cleanout installation.

Ask for Manuel Mendoza! He came outside and mended our kitchen pipes than it did until we moved to our house, and our sink functions better. He fixed the problem professional, listened to the issue, and came out!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU although I like your commercial. My water heater went out on me and that I remembered that Benjamin Franklin repairs or will replace your water heater. BFP gave me a quote of over 3K to substitute the water heater install pull permits and new lines, fixtures, earthquake straps and came out. Checked Angie's record and had yet another plumber come out. I'd like to the water heater needed a coupler. I had that individual do the work plus I saved a bit of money. You've been warned!!

Tues-Thursday: Cold showers, boiling water showering in the gym and giving children bucket baths. You know, actual Silicon Valley lifestyle. I called Thursday to see what was up. The woman on the line explained that she will schedule something for the following day, Friday, to get it installed. I believed. Eventually, some water.
I was mad. In this era, you can access anything from anywhere in the world within 48 hours. Hell, I had been prepared to pay on earth. But no, Friday or Monday. Whatever, fine.
Let me be clear. Our technician was competent, very responsive and great. But for the remaining part of the company, while nice and trying to be helpful, fall short. Allow Me to explain:
Everyone else has to be hauled right down and yelled at. This is nonsense. 10 days to correct a water heater component. Oh yeah, they were going to bill me $680 for the installment even though the part was under warranty. You know, something which took 15 min. I'm not sure the economics of this, but as a client, anything could basically charge when the service was dreadful.
Look, I enjoy those guys--I believe they the organization is totally unorganized, although the techs do a fantastic job and when in a pinch, didn't do me .
My water heater--about 4 years old--began not warming water (i.e., the purpose of the water heater). The light onto the apparatus was blinking six times, which, based on my 1st grader (and supported by me) meant the"burner has to be replaced." So I called Benjamin Franklin this past 15, since they'd set up a brand new thermo coupler. I advised the individual that the light indicates the burner is not working. He responded,"it is probably the therm coupler." As indicated by the blinking light." He was adamant:"They're all the same thing, it is probably the thermo coupler." I rolled my eyes (which he could not watch ) but was happy that he said he would send a technician the next morning (Sunday).
Monday (note, 10 days because water heater stopped working): Chris predicted in the morning he's going to the office to check on part. He called back a bit later to say it had been in (today, not to be a skeptic--but I'll be--how can a part magically appear Monday morning if nobody could find it over the weekend? Unless they're getting 10 AM delivery on Monday, there's no chance that thing came on Monday. Especially because he called me to allow me to know he'll be at my house within an hour. Sounds shady). Anyway, to his credit Chris was over in a jiffy, got the burner repaired in 15 min and I had a shower a hour.
Sunday: I was happy and Chris came. Why would you say thermo coupler?" Imagine my annoyance that is acute. I let him know that the guy on the phone said it had been the thermo coupler even when I insisted because I could read it was the burner. He said if it is available, he'll check about the part and try to install it Tuesday or Monday. Got it. A few days of cold showers. I'll manage--even when I had a child at home. S-- happens.
Sunday: Chris stated no component in yet and called. What's wrong with you people? To his credit, he apologized on behalf of the company and I told him that although it wasn't his fault at all, the company needs to get that which you know what collectively. That is beyond ridiculous. I'm blocking out instances for individuals to encounter, moving things around, intending on showers (yes, intending to take showers in 2017!) . He said He'd call back
Friday: I'm thinking he is on his way over and Chris called me. Nope. He called to let me understand the part is not in yet. And he hadn't spoken with anyone at HQ. I was furious. What's wrong with communications in this place? How hard is it for the left hand to speak to the right hand?
Saturday: I called BFP again and the woman insisted the part was and she will schedule something for Sunday morning. I believed, fantastic shower tomorrow! For living in 2017 so thankful!

We've utilized Benjamin Franklin Plumbing earlier, so we did not hesitate to give them a call when we had a plumber nowadays. Manuel Cortez-Mendoza was our support tech. Manny provided exceptional customer support, and gave us a professional installation of our trash disposal. He really went out of the way to ensure we were happy with the outcome, and represented that the company. We highly suggest Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone searching for a credible and professional company as they've proven to us over and above that they know what they are doing and have the client's needs at the forefront.

I am so happy we known as Benjamin Franklin. Danny was considerate, patient, efficient and professional. We phoned him to put our bathroom together after our new flooring were installed. A weird pipe was discovered at the house, while the floors were done that afternoon to have a peek at it and offer guidance how best to deal with it and he came. He didn't attempt to upsell us into doing and was educated. Since we weren't certain when the flooring would be completed, we needed to keep him waiting to be called. He made quick arrangements to come into our house when we got the bathroom put together quickly and professionally with attention to detail and did call. He stuck to the quote and we'd no surprises.
I will for sure be asking for him for all our plumbing needs and hate dealing with workers but I was very comfortable and trusting of Danny.
