My tech's name was Kevin M. Kevin is an expert that's technically outstanding, diligent, cares about his work, did an unbelievable and very tough job in less than 5 hours AND to our TOTAL SATISFACTION. I would hire CP of both AZ and Kevin for any and all pipes projects. A +++++ expertise.

Scheduled an initial quote for work required. I had been given a three hour window where the tech would appear. With about half an hour of time remaining in the window supplied I received a call the technician would arrive at about 30 to 45 minutes; shortly afterwards, I received another call from Custom Plumbings main office advising the tech was on a project and unable to make it within the established time frame. Then no additional communication from the office. I really do need to give the tech credit, Andreas, who did call me to ask if I wanted them to come outside and to apologize; I declined.
Technicians are subject to a scheduling section also it impacts the ultimate outcome of job satisfaction and their work, Custom Plumbing you should consider this.
TERRIBLE communication from the scheduling section! Will consider to get a job because they can not figure out how to correctly utilize their associates.

**Dishonest Company** Main lineup drainage apparent was suppose to be 69. He immediately tried to bill 123 when the technician came. The job was supposed to include a camera inspection, which they did- . Nothing can be viewed. However, the technician, Keith, was convinced, without any evidence at and also a 5' trench required to be dug and pipe. This $69 drain clean turned into a $2500.00 project - site unseen. After I said I had been getting another opinion, Keith the technician, forwarded a jet cleaning offer for around $700.00. Obviously an effort to get anything they can, I denied. Did I mention that the passed out tattooed guy in Keith's work van's passenger seat. I hired another plumber that cleared the mainline in seconds for $149.00 and said a camera in an uncleared lineup is useless and that Custom Plumbing was trying to rip me off.

Well DO NOT Think their"House of the$69 drain"They came in$245 charge to take off toilet. 1 day later toilet was not fixed and they will not guarantee their work. Wanted to charge another$245. When they use the snake they say. Not a good company at all. Beware.

Brad called me and assured me they would not cash the test unless they could resolve the matter.
I called Custom Plumbing to help with a main line drain difficulty. The individual I talked to, Brad, told me unless they fixed the issue that I would not be billed.
Fast forward a week laterthey cash the check. I called them and was told that Brad is the office manager and can be unavailable. He hasn't returned my calls and I don't have any information on why they billed me when they promised they would not.
The tech was not able to fix this, came out, and wanted that I still give the test to him although it was not resolved.
I am am VERY dissatisfied.

I contacted Custom Plumbing of Arizona,LLC lately to unclog a bathroom for me, and to my surprise was quoted an upcharge in the quantity which was advertised and quoted by the secretary when I called to set up the appt. Plumber worked roughly 15 min on bathroom, of resolving the matter of unclogging the toilet with no luck. To loosen up bile at the line, in which he left to cleanup for me. Never presented a camera out the problem. Suggested that when I wanted to have the bathroom taken off to attempt to unclog from rear end, charge could increase an additional $239.00, with no quarantee it would operate,along with initial service charge of $125.00. Or I could buy a bathroom through their company and installed at roughly $600.00. When I declined further service,plumber said"good luck with that one" I paid $125.00 for crappy service, using a crappy enterprise. No stars given!!!!

Contacted Angieslist.com looking for a plumber to come out and fix two outside hose bibs in which the hoses were removed and that I couldn't remove them. Custom Plumbing of Arizona came out and called me. They substituted the hose bibs and solved the leaking. Price was $275 for 2 hose bib replacements and that I had to throw out the old hoses myself. Would've given five stars but I thought the price was a bit high. Their workplace folks are specialist and the worker was polite.

I called Custom Plumbing, after not being able to connect with a different company. Surprisingly, they had a opening that day and quite a wonderful man - Rye - was to my home in a little after 7 pm, an hour after I intially called. Got some things to do and I will call them.

So went Home Advisors I needed a plumber. Customized Plumbing contacted me shortly after. Set up an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate. We agreed on 2:00 - 5:00. I was told that a tech would call me when they were on their way. When I didn't get a call I contacted their office and talked to a girl there. She look to know who I was and knew that I was scheduled for that day and confirmed the time. She told me that she'd be with the tech and they must be running late. They never called me and never showed. They not followed up with me and it's been a week. Very unsatisfactory.

Had a sewer line backup early day. Tried calling some of the firms that provided 24 hour support. Tried Angies List and Custom came up so gave this a shot. Custom called within a couple of minutes and advised that evening Nash to show up. Nash kept me informed about his progress also showed up when expected. Nash was friendly and let me know what to expect. Cleared the drain and recommended that I get a camera down the line to determine what the problem was. Scheduled for Jason to run a camera at the line. Jason also kept me apprised if when he would be at the home. Explained what had to be done to fix he problem and gave an estimate. Have to save cash to repair the issue, but now have no reason not to utilize Custom again. The estimate was lower than what a few of my neighbors paid for work so appears sensible.

I gave 4 stars according to helpfulness alone! Remember , I haven't used this business, but I have talked to Billy and he is very useful. I'd recommend him based on helpfulness alone! He's truly a fine, honest man that helped me out! Thank you Billy!
UPDATE 3: so I called the office and it's 715. Denise gave the phone number of Nate to me and Nate said they could come out. After calling Denise back to inform her Nate Subsequently I was told by Jason. . ONE THAT MIGHT KEEP THEIR WORD AND NOT GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. AND IF THERES AN OWNER READING THIS. THOUGH IM SURE YOU WONT BECAUSE NO ONE SEEMS TO CALL US BACK. 1 STAR!!!
UPDATE 2: It is 7pm and still no telephone, or indication of a plumber at the home. REALLY!? Like, seriously, this is the way you do business? Sad. Lost one more star. Down to 2 now.
UPDATE: I changed my critique since I was told that a rooter and camera could be at my home between 2-5 pm. It is now 6:20 and I never got a telephone. So I just called the office, they are closed. I got in touch with a after hours person and she called the plumber to determine where he was, he just finished up using another customer. So there I was 5:40 and I was told he would be here in about 30 minutes. It is now 6:20 (such as I mentioned ) and still no plumber.
Not just that, Stevie assured me the rooter, snake and camera review could be done the same day. However, I was told by the following hours person since the man who does the camera function normally takes his call that the camera would have to be a individual day. So the following hours woman said she would call the guy and see whether he do it now and would come out with all the rooter man. Well, that was 5:45 and it is not, 6:25 and still no call again about whether or not he was going to come to conduct the camera following the auger was completed. Oh, and still no man here in order to conduct the snake, auger. I wish that one company wouldn't just be honest, but maintain their word as well. I think not. That is my critique is currently at 3 and now was at four celebrities. I will upgrade it in case anything else changes but it's just going down. They have got a whole lot to make up for so much better. And I get that a task may take longer than anticipated, but do not guarantee something if you can not keep it. Right? Whatever you Yelpers out there, just understand, Billy, that does wash plumbing work, i.e. sinks and bathtubs is useful. You may read about him below. He severely ought to be the face of the business for his helpfulness. Everyone else sounds like they want to toy with you. It'll change, not as it is still and 6:30 no telephone or person showing up. Oh and one last thing, stevie said, the auger man would coordinate with the camera man to come out. Who will you trust? Billy although no one, for he was the person who gave me FREE honest advice which was the reason I wished to go for this corporation. That is changing.

This firm has the strangest receptionist! Since they never made it to my house I have no idea if those are plumbers. First call went like this: they desired to come out to my home to caulk my bathroom (a 5 Min project ). I said no problem, I just have to leave at 4:45. She puts me without telling me, and just like 10 seconds later she says that the plumber said he wouldn't be able to have it completed by 4:15. I said that's cool, I told you 4:45. She puts me on hold without telling me. 10 seconds later she claims sorry, they can't do it by 4:15! Hah! When I inform her that she must have misheard me at this point she seems a little mad. She says let's try. I come home from work. They call me following my landlord called them and the SAME WOMAN (Denise) says cheerfully that she'd love to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I tell her that but what happened? I ask after 15 seconds of waiting she pops up and if she's there, hello, etc., and wait in silence for a few seconds! Hahaha! She texted me afterwards with a response which didn't address why she hung me up or it wasn't made by the plumber out .

I'd them out to have a look at my water heater and make sure it passes. Jerry the section manager was at my home when he said and got the work. I called later hours and the company's Owner took my phone. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else these days. A firm who wants to create relationships and care about their clients.
I am using them for our new house to put in three vanities in addition to 3 bathrooms. The Owner Vince recommended a place for us to go and look before purchasing and is performing all the installs for a price. If your can be owned and searching for an excellent business I highly suggest that Custom is given a call by you.
I've had Custom out for a number of fixes and each time their technician has been courteous, and quite proficient at the task. They've tuned my AC units up, replace Air handler capacitors, fix leaking sinks, set up other fixes and a fresh water and cooling.

Called Custom to our plumbing problem and their telephone man (approximately 12:00am) was quite helpful and kind. Our technician was Michael. He was amazing. I never write reviews, but this deserved you. That he did a great job and it was 2:00 am and cold, took his time explaining things to me, and it was cheap. Can not believe it. Thank you, guys. Time for a hot shower.
Had our downstairs bathroom randomly overflowing with disgusting water every time we would utilize our upstairs shower (purchased home about a year ago, so we're still new to this material ). It got quite awful so after not being able to shower for a couple days we leased shopvac and a snake and must work. Well, we could not correct the problem ourselves but could not wait any more on aid.

I have to call out Jorge because of his friendly demeanor, and over all work ethic. Jorge was here to get multiple days working on substituting a mainline feeding baths and my kitchen. Starting on Christmas Eve. Yeah, that is right.
Over the span of several days of repairs,'' he put in a number of hours and was the only one here. Did he look put off that he set his finest professional, and face forwards throughout it all and he needed to do. He enjoys his job and it shows. Don't get me wrong, there were a few other individuals here at times together, but one can not help but to detect Jorge's mindset and character, all in the easiest manner possible. We had a water leak on a Saturday and we predicted all. We were told by pipes companies that were different it would be a day or 2 before they came out. Custom made pipes will come out over a couple of them calling them of hours. Was it was fixed by them and that we had a family member only happened to stop by. So I'd like to say thank you for custom pipes for I Will Certainly call them again and coming out next time I want a plumbing Support

I did some research and called around, discovering some facts. Bottom line the parts they suggested came to over $100. Wow this must be a job to make up the gap in labour. I had someone come and perform the work and they simply left having taken approx 45 mins to do everything.
So test around and I chose to say thanks but no thanks our AC was working but not optimally. BTW their suggested maintenance went to top $1500!
We called these guys out and had a problem with our AC. After a short while the tech came back in and explained there was a part that needed changing. Then they started to up-sell me telling me there were additional items that needs to be replaced,"capacitors" apparently. OK perhaps they had been needed but lets address the main issue. They then continued with the sell trying for me to take an yearly maintenance contract ($290) so I would save yourself cash! I would get a discount on my 15, When I signed up there and then. BTW we have two units and they suggested we do both to spare time... To add insult to injury once I looked at their quote they gave no reduction at all for the 2nd unit, come on guys you are here already right!
Unless you enjoy spending lots and lots and lots of cash, don't use these guys!
P.S.. The Capacitor scam. These guys suggested I have two capacitors per unit replaced at approx yes thats $200 each. In case you've got an issue with an AC capacitor check out the parts cost and be sure to call around. I found people charging don't get caught outside.

Nice and it's fine that they can come out day after hours for no additional charge. We had an underground water leak at an apartment complex and also our regular plumber was busy but you really can tell when someone doesn't wish to do a big job because the first estimate was at least $2000 and within a few minutes the quotation went up to between $5000 and $6,000. . It moved down to $3000 to $ 4,000, then when we did it during the daytime and not following hours. We would have paid $2000 to get it done. So it was somewhat disappointing that they really tried to take advantage of the situation. We opted to wait till also our regular plumber and now did it for $895. Thank you but no thank you.

Occam's Razor.
I decided to ask my yard maintenance man, who has and how to repair it. A man that is Latino. He said he would dig up all the dirt, see what's leaking and massaging the ground there..and then see what has to be carried out. He discovered a water line for an drip irrigation system no longer in use leaked at the compression fitting. He replaced that, made sure the leaking had ceased, replaced the stones, gravel and ground landscaping for 800 bucks.
I was experiencing a leak underground under the landscaping in my area. Tempe stated it wasn't their meter so I called these guys to come help me understand what it was. The challenge is my water runs beneath a dyed concrete patio out front then under 8 feet of dirt. These guys went to'it's the water primary' and gave me a bid of $2522 to dig it all up, cutting the concrete to replace the whole main. I would then need to find if at all possible the concrete fixed some kinda way.
I am curious if they would have discovered this escape before ruining my stamped coloured concrete. .
A second plumber told me something.
