Lennard's Plumbing

The come in to replace my RO system since the maker of my problem program of 'd Lennard recommended them to fix the failing system. Lennard's came in and in our petition replaced all the kitchen sink RO system, faucet, garbage disposal and components. Gave me an estimate until they struck the nail and arrived of cost and time. Job well done!

Initial review I have written but think I need to show my admiration for the fantastic job Lennard's failed in responding to my problem. My spouse and I are found out after we arrived that our water heaters were both older and 1 did not work and new to Scottsdale. They put. Brian came out to a Sunday with with Charlie about what had to be carried out, and we agreed. Charlie and his crew were there on Wednesday and finished the next day (they had to cut out one of my tanks).

Had a minor problem with my water heater. The initial two plumbers I called wanted me to purchase an entire new unit (for 2600 dollars or 1900 bucks ) when all I wanted was a repair to my current machine. I phoned Lennard, described the issue, and then he walked me on the telephone through an answer. If it was an issue thereafter he would come out and check the 17, he said. However he"didn't wish to take my money" for a minor issue I could handle on my own. I took his advice and my device is functioning. While I am sure he is not in the company to distribute information to do-it-yourselfers that were mediocre, he earned my company next time that I need'actual' plumbing services.
It is called integrity. And it is pretty rare these days, no??

All of their service people have impressed me as knowledgeable and interested in getting the work done right, fast and for a reasonable price.
I gave them 4 stars because I do not give 5 stars for whatever - at least, not yet.
Lennard's Plumbing helped to build an addition a little more than a year. When I had a problem they fixed the issue and came RIGHT OUT. They have been -- from begin to finish -- professional, kind and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or a buddy for anything plumbing related.

I had a hot water dispenser in my kitchen. Lennards was called by me and worked with Demar. I was expecting him to fix the leak but not really get the dispenser working (I thought that I needed to get someone from the manufacturer to come ).
Demar not only fixed the leak but contacted the company and got my immediate working! He was professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to deliver great customer service.

Pipes is a small business that is BLIND. I had a brand new water heater installed by Lennard 11, Now. They also had to disconnect my water heater. For a song of $1300. - Denard, who was fantastic finished the job. I GREATLY overpaid for the installation of a no name water heater. Lennard's overcharged me double what the charges should have been. Yes, they emailed me an estimate, but that I never looked to see exactly what were the fees - my fault, in addition to their charges. Use!

Lennard's Has an A+++ from us. We have four quotes on a job that were different in scope and approach. Lennard asked the questions and did a bunch of offsite detective work to attempt and get to the root of the problem, along with his quote was reasonable. Charlie then came and knocked out the job in of the time, for approximately half the price. He was so good we had him come back later to fix little plumbing problems. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I had a leak at my own water meter and Lennard clarified to test it. Another morning after checking, he discharged Ricardo and everything was repaired in less than 2 hours. Great price service and support, I couldn't be more happy! Thanks Lennard's Plumbing!

Plumbing service from friendly people. They provided answers to the questions we had about the new water heater in addition to any issues and we needed our water heater replaced we had. They were effective and came on time. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Lennard is wonderful. He answers calls on the weekend. His workers are hard working and answer all queries. While replying them charlie answered all of my questions and worked. His job was done neatly and clean. Carl came to assist Charlie. Again really informative and answered my queries. I highly suggest Lennard's Plumbing. They are exceptional in what they are knowledgeable about the products they install and do. Lennard has some excellent employees. ;-)

Charlie did a fantastic job installing our tankless water heater and relocating a recirculation pump. Very fantastic and professional quality work. Lennard had quite reasonable pricing after receiving a overpriced that is ridiculing bids from different plumbers. Highly recommended!

As soon as they've gotten payed I appreciate this business for doing there best to help and understand the customers point of view and did everything they can do to fix the problem in our restaurant company's won't bother.

Trust, speed and experience. Those would be the things you need when looking for Lennard also a plumber delivered all to them. Lennard gave us a fair and very knowledgeable breakdown of what our plumbing scenario was, was at our door within a couple hours and responded to my call within 20 minutes. The point is, Lennard saved us was a massive help when we dealt with stuff we knew nothing about and TONS of cash. Should you need call this man!

I walked to discover a puddle on the floor and water. A quick overview of the website for my own water heater brand (Rheem) led to discovering Lennard's. I should not have feared, although I was a little concerned when I couldn't find any Yelp testimonials for your own business. I explained my problem and called. Lennard called back a short time later (he'd been on another line once I called). He arranged for pick-up of the heater in time to be at my home substituting the heater by mid-afternoon and decided that my water heater was under guarantee, located a replacement water heater everywhere, and had already contacted the company. He clarified what my guarantee covered (replacement water heater, but not the labour ) and what my extra cost would be in addition to walking me through a few things I could do to speed up the service if I wanted(obtaining the breakers turned away, starting to drain the heater, etc.). An assistant came in early afternoon and Lennard came a while later. They left the repair with the final price below the estimate I had been given. Lennard replaced the pump and returned. He took good care of the small things, coiling the hose that I had attached for both draining and hanging the towels I had placed around the heater. He stuffed our salt reservoir that we'd bought the night before but had not had time to add yet, After Lennard returned the next day. Lennard is knowledgable, professional, and personable. He'll be my first call for any future plumbing requirements. Notehe only accepts money or checks. I like the simplicity of working with a credit cardbut surely understand why a small business operator may not need to take care of the bother of credit card companies.
