The technician arrived and was really friendly knowledgable and I felt comfortable asking him questions. He explained to me mold looks and how the testing functions, but answered questions I had regarding the structure of both the roof this house and damage. I wish I would have hired them to do my initial Four Point Home Inspection. They're less expensive, approachable and I could have learned about the house throughout the process. Their Mold Inspection Report arrived 2 days later and was comprehensive, easy to comprehend and had lots of photos of the areas of concern. Definitely would urge Dade Home Inspections into a friend.
Recently had an inspection ( four point and reduction ) performed for our insurance after we repaired our roof to reduce our rates. They came out same day along with the inspector Amado was very helpful and explained to us what besides fixing the roof we could do in order to get a much better discount on our insurance and the way the inspections work.
