The kids and I were getting tired of bailing water along with all the hardware shops had just shut. I called the home warranty people was Darwyn's plumbing.
They were very professional and considerate. Instantly changed out the primary pump and got the pump functioning.
They did not try to sell me things I did not need like any other companies in the area. Surely would use their service again and recommend to friends.
No telephone call, No fix and 2 days and counting without a water heater. A day o of work and oh yeah missed and the component was available everywhere but you chose to purchase it. I will make sure no one that I know personally and no one I know in my line of the remodel and fire restoration business will use your services. Your customer support is outside apathetic and sub-par
I worked together with Darwyn on a commercial plumbing job and that I was rather impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond; meeting with inspectors several occasions etc.. .his cost was great beat 2 other competitors out! Highly recommend!!!
We had an appointment set up for a Friday afternoon between noon - . The office said they ran late and called. They showed up about 3:15. They then went to the restroom in the basement and worked on the principal line. Their equipment broke they packed up and said they'd have their office telephone to schedule a time to complete the job. I waited until about noon for them to phone and they did not so I called them. They rescheduled to return out Tuesday 4-6pm. My spouse took off to make sure she had been there on time. I got a call around 5pm from them stating they wouldn't be out and they'd reschedule. I had been told they'd be Wednesday 4-6, out to complete the job. Unfortunately they have been paid by me I believe I am going to have a difficult time to make them return. Another plumber would be called by me however this is who my home guarantee desired me to utilize.
