This company found the pipes problem and solved the problem although 5 others pipes attempted, but failed. Highly recommend them. John Merritt is my hero!

Ya, call me whatever, I am totally incompetent at fixing plumbing issues.
Then again. . Mine was an itsy bitsy dilemma...
Anyhow, this young guy came out in the time and hardly took 3-4 mins to fix my issue. Service that is great why 4 stars? Because even though I'd placed my call before the after hours began, me charged for after hours. They are on the side price wise, however, the service was good.

Fixed one problem after I explained that I had bouts outside faucets fixed. More expensive but did a good job.

So grateful to have such a company! Dean was fantastic and fixed our leaking shower!

So pleased with this provider. I called and spoke to someone who scheduled me. Got a call from the tech (Logan) a half an hour prior to coming. I got a text providing me info about the person coming to focus. He had everything working and pricing was reasonable. I'll be phoning them next time I've plumbing issues.

They were very quick to come on location to check out the issue, after a diagnosis, we were told they'd return in a few days with a few quotations for the occupation.... Never heard back from them.

That is now my go to pipes company. Showed up as oon time even with my crazy schedule that they left it work. Kyle K. the expert plumber who came into my new home to fix two toilets was nothing but the very best. He'll be my go by petition for future demands when I call Dauenhauer Plumbing. He was perfect although nothing in caring for me as the client. The charges are fair. Highly recommended company.

We had a problem with the shower taps leaking. The very first plumbing company said they would need to cut a hole in the wall behind the shower to fix it. So we called Dauenhauer for another opinion. They came out and, after driving from Winchester straight back to Lexington for a part repaired the matter. They're my new move to pipes!

Last night my hot water heater burst and that I had a fast fix. I phoned at 7:30 and they came out at 12:30. The plumber was professional and very educated. A brand new unit was installed by him and brought everything up to code. He set up a shut off valve that was brand new. Wonderful work!

Literally the Finest. After they completed their work , they cleaned up after themselves.
Mark arrived and gave me courteous. My 56 year-old plumbing finally chose to clog up and Mark wasn't able to clear all the gunk out . But, he came back with his Zach and they busted their humps until they got the work done.
Because they needed to come out two plus, they gave me a discount. I will DEFINITELY be using them.

Everything care of in 1 day! Others where days and weeks out to come give a quote. The one quotation we did get, was double the price.

Called for them to come out on Saturday May 20th between 8 am and 1 pm to organize. At they didn't even show that we enabled them to come out and had called. We fixed our difficulties and needed to obtain another plumber that has been dependable. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Oh man, professional from begin to finish. I had a water pipe bust under my residence. I had five pipes businesses give estimates to me and come out and tell me exactly what the difficulties were. They were in the bottom three as far and it fluctuated by $200 both ways. I felt as though I got . They gave me the run down from begin to finish and I knew that this was! It is a dirty job but someone has to do it! They have done an superb job and have kept me informed the whole moment. It was a one day task, although we had to wait three days to the line folks (the people who determine which lines are ) to test for lines located beneath the ground.

I called for the Saturday, 1/14/17 on Monday, 1/9/17 for a scheduled appointment, to possess my sink and sink following having fresh countertops installed, attached. The individual I talked with over the telephone was very considerate, made notice of what I needed, and advised me for 1/14/17 between 12-5 p.m.
That's where the professionalism stopped. I received a call from Chris who made it clear on the telephone he had no interest in coming to my house. He questioned me about the fact I had scheduled the appointment ahead of time and said there had been more urgent plumbing issues he had to attend to, and said he would likely be unable to get the work done even when he did come have a peek at it. After making it obvious that I would like him to have a look and had indeed scheduled in advance, he came by. He spoke me down, was rude in man, and questioned me about why I had my countertops installed on a Friday, that was totally immaterial to the issue in hand. After coping with his rude and condescending after it became clear that he had no intention of getting the task done and tone, I said I would call somebody else. He said"okay" and walked outside.
If I'd known I would be left hanging by Dauenhauer Plumbing after scheduling in advance, I certainly would have called somebody else. Disappointing and I will be sure to share my expertise.

I can not comment on the whole business or others have stated, but I will share my expertise with Donivan H.... First, I had another plumber come to check out my ceiling escape, he estimated it would conduct me several GRAND to go up there and also learn more about the root. I had a Dauenhauer appointment later that afternoon and decided to keep it just in case. My window was 5pm-10pm, Donivan gets here at 5, but of course I am stuck at work. I get out at 630, that he returns my call, is nice and super courteous, provides to come by around 715. Awesome. I apologize multiple occasions but he's comprehension that is super. He spends a couple hours looking, running taps, etc, he find the origin. He has one thought and finds the offender . Here's the kicker... he realizes afterwards he does not actually possess some caulk, so this dude goes into Lowes, buys it, spends 30 minutes caulking up it like freakin Van Gogh (badly, my toilet somehow looks nicer than it did before) and leaves me with the can. Everything you could ever desire... not only experienced and good at his job, however HONEST, also with MIND BLOWING customer services. I will refer him.

One plumber told me my sewer line had a $15,000 repair. Not Dauenhauer. They explained that I should take a look at what needs to be done, get several estimates from Dauenhauer in addition to different companies, and select on someone to do it them. It was the scare was for nothing. There are extra L joints in my line that made my line seem rough. I had them cam the line and come out. They ensured me that the line was fine. Excellent guidance and support. Dauenhauer is our plumber from today on.

I had a terrific encounter with Dauenhauer Plumbing to clean out roots between the tie and our cleanout in with the city. Unfortunately the job was not done correctly and I had a poor experience with a different company, the plumbing was backed up again. The men came out on New Years day, within an hour of talking to us, in the day. They were nice to deal with even though it was a vacation. They had to operate 4 times to on the rotor router, then went and picked up their larger tool to complete the job since it had been blocked by roots. They tested each time they rotor suspended - put toilet paper down and conducted toilets, showers, and the sinks. They spent 2 hours just to make sure it was done properly. Beyond that, they billed HALF the price the plumber quoted us to repair their particular job. Glad I would definitely recommend them and called them quite thorough work.

I phoned in the morning and had an appointment for the same day, perfection. My reason for its four stars is that the window was 2-7, which is enormous!! The men showed up at 6:30they called at 5:30 and said they were 45 minutes away as opposed to they got turned around, our speech isn't on GPS so I do not blame them at all. They were quite friendly and were readily able to repair our issue. What I is he took the time to show and explain how it was installed correctly to start with! It was literally a two minute repair. I will def be calling them for our needs!
