I phoned David on a weekday evening because my pipe was clogged. David arrived punctually and responded. I appreciate he did that even that he had to scramble items around to help me with this crisis and had other appointments.
His support was outstanding and all in all Dave has an impeccable work ethic, I recommend him to anybody having a plumbing issue.
His work was outstanding, and he walked me through the procedure which helped me appreciate and understand his attempt.

Finally I had a significant back up on a Saturday, the plumbers' busiest day! He closed his company temporarily although I tried phoning David. I called around and I got estimates for dates/times I couldn't accommodate. I figured at this rate, I would wait for David on Monday. I sent him a text trusting my sewer system would not move totally kaputz. To my relief he called back saying that he can come to the rescue monday morning! He climbed onto my roof to clear via the port line and 1.5 hours later he fixed our issues and we've got peace of mind. Hereally knows his stuff out of his experience and's honest.
I had the pleasure of working with David twice. The very first time he came by my house to check out my shower drainage issue's cause. He climbed to my roof and we ran water. I couldn't recreate the problem. He made me feel so at ease and explained the procedure, how the piping was configured in the house, and his speculations. He made sure I knew he was located nearby and available at any time that and did not charge me a dime.

David arrived this weekend to give us a second opinion to get a plumbing issue we had been having (our upstair neighbor's water was filling up our bathtubs and the water would not drain). They did a couple of things but could not get it repaired and We'd called a different company and told us that they need in order to continue our shower to demolish. He is determined to repair the issue for a very reasonable price and has a fantastic attitude. He managed to repair our issue in less than 1 hour afterward cleaned both tubs for us. Needless to say I will now be calling him firs and will allow our friends and family know about him.

With impending guests along with also a backed up sewer line and NO wash out, David and Jose got pit dug, cleanout installed and pipe cleaner out fast, correctly, politely, on estimate (under actually) and they had been both a pleasure to deal with. David got us operational for the night and came over at 7pm to investigate the situation. He did the permitting sorted out diagnostics for the very next morning, was very kind to my mother who has memory difficulties, was VERY respectful of her possessions and made it work with zero hindrance to us or our guests. He was educated clarified exactly what was being done and overall was the most professional and professional person we have had work on the home. We've lived in the home. It makes us depressed that he did a fantastic job, since that ensures we won't have to see him ever again!

Responsive, professional and a problem solver. Dave gave outstanding customer service and solved a furnace drainage problem that it was not clear how to solve. He needed to run a plastic casing line to some place in the furnace at our loft where it could drain out of the house and he needed to make certain so it would continue to drain, it was running. He stayed with it before the problem was solved by him. He has become my"go to" plumber.

David was able to come same day to get a non emergency issue. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within 30 minutes. Super friendly and professional, will definitely call for future demands.

It is not an advertising motto that is empty when Dave says he's enthusiastic about plumbing! When we had a toilet on a Sat, he obligingly came over on a busy Sunday. He fixed the cloghe showed me the way to do it and recommended me the sensible snake tool from Home Depot, then amusingly tortured me by making me practice it once myself:-RRB- that I could have the ability to fix a clogged toilet the second time, but I'm going to use him for my second water heat/garbage disposal/instant hot water setup requirements!

Somehow when I reach out to David, I explained . He asked me couple of questions regarding the. Then he explained the estimation in addition to the coverage support. We known as Dave and had a leaky drain in our yard. He arrived away, and also on a Saturday too! He was began working straight away and professional. It turns out that I had a drainage point that is diminished, and he had to consult someone else to fix it. Then the price to me gets marked up Once tasks are outsourced. I recommend Dave for plumbing requirements and rooter, but likely not for such as fixing a diminished drainage line, issues. So I do think he provides great customer service He's responsive and prompt however.

Found a leak at the bottom of my toilet. Seal broken. Dave managed to come within an hour that day. He fixed the issue, reasonable price, wore shoe cleaned up afterwards and covers. He was a recommendation from another plumber that is fantastic.

Dave is the guy! We had a pipe backup and Dave showed up over 20 minutes of my call. He is professional, hard working, and charges rates that are reasonable. Would recommend!

Dave found the problem with our toilets and was really helpful. He did all of the due diligence as required and cleaned up. We Will Need to get a new bathroom and are going to phone him again

I called Dave within my drain having a difficulty. It was clogged. Dave is very professional and show up on time. A site inspection was conducted by him and immediately identified the root cause and repaired the issue. He given 90 days of guarantee to cover his work and more importantly is reasonably priced. He confident in his ability to do the job and understands very well what he is currently performing. I highly recommend Dave for job or any plumbing problem.

I asked Mr Diaz to repair my shower escape since my ceiling was being ruined by it, fortunately it was a small leak and it had been captured in time. David came in and had the situation under control I would have had to do the ceiling . Okay was done by job for my own satisfaction.

Dave came to our house today at another plumber who does not service our area's recommendation. He was fast, clean, and his cost was reasonable for clearing a drain.

I called Dave with a problem. It was. Repair it and he agreed to come back later in the evening the same day. He diagnosed the problem correctly, arrived at the period that was agreed and fixed it. He knows what he is doing. Throughout the process, he had been pleasant to manage. I would call him back again, and highly recommend him.
