I am very delighted with promptness and their professionalism and needless to say happy with work they've done to my home and the installation of this water heater.
Would employ them but that really sucks considering I spent tens of thousands of dollars to get my water heater system and was very expensive to get it installed by DeHart.
Update 11/15/2018: today it looks as though no harm occurred and They also contacted type carpenter and an extremely professional to correct the harm to the island.
2 stars is because I am left with those screws dangling out. I understand how they screwed up.
Sadly although very professional and have hired them a few times they screwed through the surface of my kitchen island under the sink.

I am writing this specific review 3 summers afterwards. Our A/C started blowing hot air. Dehart came out the next day to take a look. The man was up on the roof for maybe 3 minutes that he came and told me we would want to replace it and that the entire unit was shot. I had been so upset. My husband and I like to get opinions and we had a plumber come out and take a look. Our unit had. After we place the breaker on the unit continues to be blowing freezing air the past 3 summers and ran perfect more. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are currently trying to rip off you.

Neil Erwin from DeHart set up the Nuvo H20 system and came to my home. It features a water filter and purifier assembly for the home to eliminate in addition to filter out the water. I was really pleased. He's a cool guy and clarifies everything he matches. He informs me why he's currently fixing or enhancing something in my home. He used all copper piping and set up quater turn ball valves that are much more easy to shut off. Once I have to change out the filters, he also set up a hose bibb. I strongly recommend Neil for your repairs if they're complex. He knows how to complete the work with quality components that are great. Thanks again!

We are having furnace installed , new A/C unit and a whole house fan. Thus far, everyone involved was considerate, friendly and helpful, that includes office employees, Deon our rep, along with the crew in our house. More information later.

I am a Love Program customer, so I had my AC check now. Carlos kept me informed on what he was doing and asked questions until he began. I loved that he was very conscientious about covering his toes as he came in and out of the home. My filter was also replaced by him took his time to check the unit. I appreciated his knowledge and personable attitude!

I wish I could give a zero for stars- they did not call to inform me and didn't show up to their appointment.
Scheduled a plumbing appointment from. Took off from Waited and work to call and ask why they weren't there yet. The receptionist took my info and said someone would return to me. Waited until 6:15 and called back. The told me that they might get someone to come out now but it could be a emergency service using an extra fee since it was beyond regular service hours... Because they missed the appointment. I declined and told them that I would not pay the fee since it was. I had been told that they would leave a message about the missed appointment 21, and someone would call me. Terrible support! No respect for people's time, they don't want or need clients, use.

Our AC did break down . We called DeHart again, even after they"couldn't find our home" that the 1st time . ($289, together with all the diagnostic fee) The window was 5pm-8pm, therefore I was not confident they'd even have the ability to fix it that day. We could become out Velting Heating & Air to us early afternoon. NO EMERGENCY service fee with Jeff Velting! He was able to fit us in to his program, so he was not going to rip us off . He discovered the problem straight away, went and got the replacement components came back. Breath of fresh air (pun intended!) In comparison to our experience with DeHart. Avoid DeHart. They lost our business, and it's a shame, because we plan to completely replace our 30 year-old unit in another 6 weeks or so.

Called first thing on a Sunday in the morning for emergency air conditioner support. Was connected with Alex who stated I was his final call it would be between 5-7pm. I said that is fine I want because I work all week and my house is hot, it fixed. With him sent text message asking if he was coming sat here all day left one message. He lied and text back, said he said that he could come if there had been a cancellation. This is 100 percent not true I'd have contacted someone else. I am so upset I will NEVER use them again and have used occasions that were DeHart. The technician was very inconsiderate of my time. When you're sitting it is a huge thing!

I only wish to thank the technicians at DeHart for their customer support. We have had problems using our heater. They've spent hours trying to repair our heater. I am pretty sure when installing the device, that the builders of our development did a job. Dehart has spent hours and changing different parts to get things right and making it work. The technicians explain what the problem is and what they're doing to fix the problem each step along the way and are extremely honest with you. Once the part is ordered and find by them they program your appt as soon As they can. They are great at permitting you to know about their birth and if they'll be late. I am crossing my fingers that you guys got it this moment. We will continue to do our care through you. Thank you!

I'd DeHart outside in December 2018 to substitute my thermostat and now, 5/3/2019, to possess my. Both techs I've dealt with have been educated, very professional, and just plain nice. Very pleased customer here.

I phoned out DeHart for a water heater issue that we couldn't fix on our own. The tech was prompt and knowledgeable. He explained his procedure and even gave us a heads up of items we wish to start preparing for later on... ahem... brand new water heater. DeHart would be highly recommended by me.

Came to my house for a second opinion on my furnace. A prior company(Honeys) said my furnace was cracked and that I needed an entire new unit. De Hart came out and inspected the unit, the thermostat, found that the offender was a tag made on from first purchase and etc. Thankful for folks that are fair, and De Hart didn't charge and were totally professional, where I had been charged for a diagnostic. Thank you Jason.

So had the Technician have a look at my heater and emerge and he told me I had a new board. The quoted me two cost one was the other $600 and $800 when I signed up for their upkeep program. He came out reset the unit and called another guy and it's been working ever since.

Stephen made sure to link me with Becky who advised me. (Spoke for her tues afternoon, and my appointment was thurs morning.) That is exactly what running a business is all about. Making situations. . Stephen did only this. . Thanks So Much!!
After my review. . I'm pleased to say after Rodney replied to my review, Stephen called me and awakened. Not only did he call to deal with way things were managed, he made everything right. He sent Jesse out to my mother's house . And , Jesse was beyond amazing. I'm a Dehart's customer for life. They're gonna be sick of hearing from me by the end of April. This is the most crucial repair for the moment, and I still have 3 or 4 repairs to be performed on her house... And I'll be utilizing Dehart to execute the needed repairs.

Modesto, CADeHart installed Air system and a Bryant Heat back in March. They were competitive with their estimate. Everything went well and the setup crew were great, while also keeping the house clean. They additionally reinforced 2 ceiling receptacles for lovers and installed insulation in the loft. The air conditioner was working fine until about a week ago. It was constantly stopping and starting during the evening and early mornings. Jason C. came out to inspect it found that a coolant leak from a weld in the unit. He was very professional and explained what he found and how he fixed it. Fantastic representative of De Hart! I had been disappointed I had to call for fix soon after it installed. It would have been earlier, so used the heater but the weather was light. The weld has been made during setup not the fault of the device. The device will not have a compressor that is noisy, and Jason is ordering a blower blanket to help quiet down it. As our 30 year old one has been, It's not near as silent. It is silent on the exterior but louder. So, if I'd buy a Bryant again I would hire DeHart back, but not sure.

We had a AC & Heater roof bracket unit and duct work that DeHart came to replace. Jordan was knowledgable, friendly, and hardworking. He checked everything to make sure it was functioning before he left, checking every area. For the first time since we moved in 9 years back, our daughter actually has a bedroom that received sufficient air in the vents and each room is the same temperature.
