Tony's was awesome, and not of this Yelp scam, therefore that I highly recommend.
Four sellers had been contacted by me through Yelp's Quote Request. They each, after getting all the very same details by walking throughout the multiple inquiries, all just tried to scam me to get a consultation and support fee. If none of the companies use it for more than a technique that is bait/switch like have the quote system?
Called Tony's using a specified and diagnosed problem. They came out free of charge, and Isaac confirmed what I'd asked for. The service charge was reasonable, and the components were on par with cost.

I phoned on Sunday to fix a running toilet. Cameron told me it's a half for Sunday. . I approved after finishing another customer, and he came. He said there wouldn't be a service fee, he'll only charge for what needs to be carried out. He looked in my problem (took less than one minute to diagnose) and needed to go to Lowes to get a rubber gasket. He returned and substituted this $2.00 gasket in both my bathrooms. Total time spent was 5 minutes.... Then he gave me the bill for $205.50!!!!!

They Have Been on time, but like I fretted I had to go under they're professional but I Still don't have extra Cash to pay their services they are good for That Which I Have ta do, company thank Tony plumbing

I have tried getting quotations from here twice and both times they've been overpriced. Last time it was so awful that I had to tell the man, but he just kept trying to warrant the large cost by saying"That is what we bill" although I'd already done most of the work.

Found this business on Yelp. Fantastic customer service & quick response time. They were pretty much available the next day to do repairs on our shower. Desired build up & complete valve replacement! The Technician was out in no time and he explained to me afterwards he had been finished. He cleaned up after himself, which do not seem to do. Price was very reasonable in comparison to other businesses all components were included by &. If necessary, Can recommend them to other people & use them later on!

I wouldn't recommend Tony's pipes. I hired them for work. I paid $20,000 and quality workmanship. I went with them because of the great yelp reviews and used Yelp to find Tony's pipes. I had problems with their job and needed to call them back a few times to perform corrections. I have attached photos of one. This really is a petrol line. These should never be bent to a 90 degree because they break that's exactly what happened. Gas has been filling the inside of my wall. The gas line was installed by tony's pipes and rather than employing a fitting they bent the line. I would avoid hiring them to do work.

I would be ashamed to charge someone $190 for 20 minutes of work and the parts were provided by them. He arrived was professional and left to find the tool. When he returned he was taken less than 15 minutes by it. I wonder if he understand my entire job was 20 minutes when he offered me 190. My fault for not asking questions that are better.

We had a backed up sink in the kitchen and room. I called the pipes of Tony . I had been told that someone could be here in under one hour. They charged exactly what I left and had been quoted no mess. Ant was friendly and productive. Tony's is strongly recommended by me for all of your plumbing needs.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Tony's Plumbing who came out for a leaky shower water heater pilot light issue.  For calls and that I had been impressed with his friendly attitude, grant was the technician.  I am weary about who I let in to our home & Grant with Tony's Plumbing has been nothing but professional & trustworthy.  I am very particular & have high standards & are very pleased with the service we have received.

Following the management firm called to complain they didn't verify that the job has been finished before departing, the owner came back to give attitude to me. Apparently he did not need to be certain the job was completed prior to leaving since he"knew" it had been. That's some real customer service that is great. It is always a good idea to attempt to romantic with the folks keeping you in business.
Called out to plumb units in an apartment building. Without verifying the job had been finished plumber did you unit prior to packing up and departing. This has happened over a dozen occasions within the last 12 weeks (old, poorly designed system). This really is the plumbing support my management provider is prepared because they're cheap to use. Pay cheap prices, get support.
Owner does not know proper phone etiquette. He hangs up when he is done speaking. Glad to know you believe your time is much more important than being polite.

I had a flow that needed immediate attention.
Willing to work with me if I could not get the money that day. Non problem.
Very professional. Figuring out to look within that afternoon and the next day had someone out to the house prepared to do the repairs. Gave me a few options and also had the repair done by the end of the day.

Great support! The leak was in a location that it took working through the escapes to find that the small leak from the drain line had gotten really poor. Thanks Art!

A gentleman by the name of Robin showed up, who had been understanding and really pleasant. He used the snake to clean out the pipe but it did not work. The option was explained by him together with the cost involved. He advised me that if this choice didn't work, what the option would include.
I chose to phone Tony's Plumbing, after reading nearly all the testimonials and was greeted by a really female who asked for the all the specifics.
He went to it and arrived back with another machine. I am glad to say he was able to reach the water line. The cost was reasonable and not as awful as I thought it would be.
I have owned my house since'83, and you can envision the built up of dirt.

I called for a septic tank difficulty and Timothy was out here within in an hour. He was polite tidy and very professional. I have no thought about the system and I acknowledge my hubby and Timothy went running and working together with builders to get everything up.

Couldn't be happier . Water heater in one of my properties quit working - they came out - really clean, prepared, professional and courteous. After discussing options or updating to a pre and describing the issue - we opted for an upgraded tank that was professional. They had the job and were a team. Fair pricing and comprehensive. Would recommend to anybody. Have used before in my home in addition to my rentals and undoubtedly would use again. If there was a negative whatsoever ( not even a drawback ) is that he did not have his sticker with him to install the new water heater and will be bringing it back .

Weeks have gone by and my toilet, which supposedly had to be totally replaced for a $400 one, is working perfectly. A toilet that I fixed myself with $5 CLR. Why wasn't I given the exact same quality service as these clients who gave 5-star evaluations? And what is the justification for the $125 I paid? The plumber understood what was wrong and knew what he was doing would not be helpful. A refund will be in order.

I have been using them for decades now and they are consistently terrific. Fast and capable. I have not ever had troubles with their job. And they are pleasant - it does not matter who actually comes out to do your job. Our very last repair person was Robin and he was wonderful. Fixed couldn't be fixed. Hum?!

I called them under the kitchen sink they came out immediately. He had to cut a 12 inch piece of valve and pipe off. He charged. I had him come to put in a RO system, he stated it would be $250 to do this, a little costly, but at least I didn't need to take action. So while he had been there, I asked him to replace the 12 inch piece of pipe that was elastic, because the pipe he placed on the other one, gave us much better water pressure. He said he would, with no mention of how much it would cost. When the bill came due, he charged me $200 for the pipe replacement, because that is what he charged me the very first time. In my opinion, the very first time insert in a service call, this time he was already there and likely he had to come outside , so to charge $200 for a 12 inch flexible pipe is absurd. While I really do love coming and fixing the leak, I don't enjoy being taken advantage of by charging such an outrageous amount. I am a senior on a fixed income and that I will not be calling them .

I got Art and called Tony's Plumbing. It was on July 3, and I was calling about a leak. Nobody managed to come with the holiday and plumbing parts shops closed, but Art was nice. Parts Art came back and were ordered and fixed everything , very quickly!! Art is fantastic!! A plumber and a kind man. He's got great customer service and you would be blessed to have him come to fix your plumbing issues!
The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is that a experienced plumber came out and spent!

Called this am, got a quote and was able to be on site within 4 hours. Duane showed up and pumped my water heater install in no time flat. Replaced my shut off valves and feeder lines and strain relief line without any charge. Courteous, professional and efficient, what more could you ask for really? I would recommend Tony. Thanks a ton guys!
