5 star review for these guys... the past Plummer's I predicted didn't repair the issue.... It is tough to locate a fantastic plumber. These guys were honest, fair and did the job right. That is all I ask... it required three plumbers to finally do the job right. The other two Plummer's I called had 5 star reviews on yelp and they had been rip artists off. The marketing was great but also the results-bad. They wanted to

2) DHP wants to maintain my plumber who built my home voided the warranty for installing 2 water pressure regulators; the plumber didn't touch any irrigation lines since he doesn't need to; everything was above ground and they do not do sprinklers anyhow. I contracted DHP to fix my plumbing never touchs. I paid my bills since I wasted enough time / frustration and ALSO NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND.
4) for every critical review on yelp, DHP attempts to do damage control and shift the blame to the customer rather than acknowledging their mistakes. This is another example of the arrogance and refusal to admit their mistakes.
4) tech couldn't diagnose the problem and wanted to come back for more added appts/ cost while still being unprofessional.
1) the area that was repaired by Diamond Head Plumbing was work they finished with"new thicker pvc"it cracked after 2 utilizes @ the joint at which I could observe the brand new piping sku number. The 2nd crack happened where a origin perforated the piping they claimed was new. Photographs not and where they just cut around root remove it so damage can occur at a later date.
Incompetent, arrogant, rude, unprofessional, untrustworthy and pricey ($140.00/hr) to fix irrigation system. Technician blamed everybody but himself" I've been doing this for 40 yrs"
3)my irrigation is 14 yrs old; if water pressure was an issue it might have burst pipes yrs past; ordinary wear and tear is to be anticipated so quit using water stress as a justification.
Did not honor warranty on repair done a couple weeks before; charged me again and wanted to do more costly / unnecessary work which I declined afterward had the guts to tell me he did not like me going around his spine when my plumber repaired it @ a portion of the price /time .They would like to make big jobs from small ones. Before I used them should have read preceding yelp reviews.

Is general Concerning the contract and there can be a lot. You did need to approve additional things to be covered inside the contract. But when installing recessed lighting includes painting within the fixture (cluttered painting) and visible dirty handprints on the ceiling. I believe a dialog with management is required.
This type of difference from the renovation team!
Update: plumber you personally are dispatched to by them or I would love to say that your expertise with DH plumbing is dependent on the team. We had an issue with the installed bathtub that stopped draining. The plumber who has been dispatched to fix the problem was courteous and educated us.

7k for 2 days of work hardly seems sensible or fair. Got two quotes. Ridiculous. Never call here individuals. Save your time. Only call someone else

Incompetent, rude, and totally unprofessional. They came out to camera scope the sewer line to the home; they eliminated the bathroom within the house when they couldn't locate a sewer clean out in the back of the home to do. It was, since this is uncommon to do I tell them it was fine to do as long as they left the house. A professional. Once they tried to fasten it back down and removed the bathroom, they told me its own since the flange that was utilized was an erroneous part for that bathroom and that the bolt has broken. They said because it may flow that they won't turn back the water for the bathroom. I requested them to repair although they broke but today say they can't do since it wasn't to code and they would happily repair it. I told Tyler that this was wrong and before they came into the house the bathroom worked with out no broken pieces and leaking. He began to raise his voice , at which point I informed him he should not speak to me that way and began getting excited. He told me in a huff that he couldn't"perform" this anymore and also to telephone his office to speak to his boss. I asked him to get his boss's name and number and he told me to google them. He finally gave me their principal office number and I called to speak to Mariella, her response wasn't better at all; during my conversation with her explaining what had happened, she cut me off and said he previously told me mam, and you're not listening to us. So we are unable to put it back, the bathroom is not to code. I told her that it wasn't broken before it touched, the bathroom has been in use before they decided to remove it as it had been for many years. The line went silent and after several minutes of hello? I realized that they had hung me up. I called them back and they had switched their telephone lines to state that they were now closed.... Who does that? Completely unprofessional and impolite. How do they announce that they are"professionals" and act like that?

Just completed renovating my moms toilet, Joel (Vice-President) Diamond Plumbing & Bath stated it was going to take 9 days to finish a full recovery, shower was a Fudo style bathtub, change sink, toilet, floors, add recessed lighting and change the window!
Sad because subcontractors for Diamond Head Plumbing & Bath do come whenever they feel like working! A number of them are employees that are good, others just offer them a bad name, would not employ these folks again! Lol
Job required to finish, employees took out a sheet of aluminum from shower, Mother told employees we will continue to keep the large sheet of aluminum, however somebody took the sheet of aluminum and likely sold it to get cash!

Drivers are hazardous. You don't want these people driving through your neighborhood.

I utilized Diamond Head Plumbing to renovate a bathroom about 20 decades back and because it had been a relatively painless procedure I chose to use them again. Called for a quote replace it with a shower, fix a flow and to remove my bathtub. I wanted basic; cultured marble (I dislike grout and tile and natural stone because of the maintenance). Joe arrived to quantify and give options to me. The next day, the quotation came. I had expected it to be pricey (as this bathroom was leaky and old ) but it had been reasonable so I signed the contract, paid the bill and the remodel began the next Monday. Glen and his team arrived and after removing the walls discovered a flow. Glen worked together with her plumber and Glen ended up not just fixing her leak but renovating her bathroom too. A couple of things did not go. A normal rain texture glass has been set up rather I had arranged. However, I had them leave it all in and really like it. When I took my first shower, no water came out of the shower head. It had been discovered that the valves were not turned on behind the wall. Glen cut a hole in the rear of the bathroom returned and flipped it on. Rather than sealing the hole with drywall, he put a plastic cap over it which could be removed should problems happen (and it does happen a little because specific space shares the pipe space with two other units). There was an issue with the water draining so I phoned Diamond Head Plumbing again and they shipped. He asked Glen to return to confirm the shower head which he did and found no issues and checked to ensure that everything was A-OK. All in all it was a great experience. Although there were difficulties, Diamond Head Plumbing resolved them. Additionally, they were extremely clean. They put away everything each day and swept and mopped the floor. I could sleep in the unit. Id use Diamond Head Plumbing ! Mahalo to Joe, the DHP office team and into Glen, a meticulous plumber and really nice man (my neighbors loved him too).

Thank you John for being a while repairing our security system that is main. Diamond Head Plumbing handled our request promptly and advised us concerning the plan for repairs. Would definitely use DH. Satisfied, really!

Elevator at them with my dogs and swore and then the 1 guy called an asshole. How do people like this do business in Honolulu. Both of these needs to be fired!
Two service technicians were in our garage was in a stall thankfully not in mine and the other sat in his truck parked in the road blocking the entrance on his mobile phone. The one on the phone from the van struck a man in a Kia not too much damage but not very apologetic. I asked if they were functioning in our apartment building and both guys came marching up to me very threatening and asked my name so I asked them their names and they began getting all heated up so then I asked them if they were functioning in the construction. They began so I got in the acting frightening

I had a major sewer line blockage that choked water from flowing through the sewer line. My All toilets and drains where clogged and may not be utilized until the plumbers from Diamond Head Plumbing worked to find the source of the problem below the house. The two plumbers and the proprietor (!) Helped to fix this huge plumbing problem, and I would definitely recommend them to people in a similar circumstance. Really appreciate their professionalism!

Use Diamond Head Plumbing the previous few years and are very happy with how professional they operate their business. The reviews are around. However, this is the first class operation and people need that so there's a problem understand. You came casually seemed @ the job n saw for yourself what a job it had been, although it wasn't under Adele P, it was my Uncle's home. We waited far too much time to whine (nearly 3 yrs.) Even though a different firm has fixed the leak, I was intrigued that I hadn't ever received a call. I really don't understand about this"if you can view Diamond Head telephone us" support like I reside across of Diamond Head.
I predicted Diamond Head Plumbing around the 27th of December 2017 because we had discovered that we had a water leak under our slab. No one replied but I left a message in an effort to reach them. We lost 6,000 gallons of water every 10 days according to the Board of Water Supply.

We understand time is money, our business isn't necessarily needed for them, but they seem to be the most inflexible regarding estimates.

To be clear, we haven't had much dealing with them besides a phone call to request a quotation but we all figured we share our experience.
Whoever picked up the phone was respectful and nice, but the main reason for those 3-stars is due to their policy of not coming out to give quotes beyond 2pm, and sometimes days. My spouse and I perform fulltime jobs, and now can't take days off.

I recommend Diamond head Plumbing to everybody!!!!
I had problems with my water heater, they came out the following day. Repairman billed me for the service call and fixed the issue.

I've used them for many years and continue to do so. The majority were personable. Several have been really cool. When they stated would and got the work done, Constantly showed up. OK OK... they aren't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

I had been on matching the components accurate. These components were things not customer friendly when paying $125 a hour, although I don't begrudge them making a profit on inventory.
The job was completed alright, but $250? I started checking the prices for the Specific components he utilized and here are 2 (of 4) examples prices with free shipping from Amazon:
$26 but I had been billed $93
$117 had been billed
I had a toilet escape in a fitting. The plumber had been earnest as I paid for the hour anyway while he had been here, and I okayed replacing components in the restroom.

Ok who said these men was I strongly dont think so! They scheduled to fix my shower in my apt monday 8am they didnt appear until 10:00 considering I was late for work that they demo the shower that they didnt pay for anything with vinyl cover so dust wont put on whatever there was dust everywhere and with acute asthma im worried! I went in after they'd left 2:50 it was so dirty and dusty in my apt I had been They didnt appear and im so they can take the day of renting an apt yesterday? Hellllo complete the job its so get with I will have to hire someone to clean couch, carpets, bed and whatever else!
