I will;t say enough good things about Ken. I said the plumber was excellent so I called and got Ken's number and recalled a friend had got some work done.
Ken managed to come out the exact same day. He advised me to make sure that I turn the water off to the home to prevent any additional damage. Ken showed up on time and managed to take care of my issue. It was a fix but he didn't attempt to get me things I didn't need. His costs was fair and he had all of the components on his own truck.
I will be keeping his advice.

I am writing this update since it has been about 4 years I have a plumbing problem, and I use these guys. The came out to clean a drain and fix the trap. They did it same day and also a great job. In no hassle, and out, fair pricing. Thanks DIF!

We decided to get everything ourself because I wanted to look at myself to the prices. He's prices. He wasn't attempting to gauge us at all.
For our plumbing requirements, We'd definitely be using him.
Ken moved to work on replacing all our bathroom taps. They worked and he brought one man with him to perform the work and cleaned up after themselves.
He answered any and all questions we had and that he function was impeccable. Our toilet looks better. It is amazing what updating fixtures can perform. We are saved 1000's of bucks by ken.
He arrived on time and was able to itemize the work. He explained exactly what we had to buy but gave a price for those items to us should we need him to do it for us. He's prices were reasonable. We called him back set a date and also for him to show up and he arrived punctually.
We were worried because builders have a tendency to kidney or use scare tactics and control and arm leg. We decided to have him do an estimate on the work and found Ken.
As a home owner there is a time when you might require a plumber. I have an old home and the hubs and that I wished to updated the baths without ripping everything out.

DIF Plumbing has rescued times to us! Whether it is a backed up a leak or kitchen sink into the garage, these guys are fast, responsive, and helpful. We know we can call anytime and we'll get help from good people.

I needed some small plumbing problems fixed. I utilized DIF Plumbing and was very satisfied.
Their rates are fair, their work is excellent, they clean up after themselves and they are professional and courteous.
I'd suggest them for your plumbing problems.
The plumber has been able to come the same day that I called out. He had. He fixed a problem with the bathtub faucet and the bathroom sink stopper. I believed I would need to buy a new faucet area but he advised me to test with Kohler. Even though the faucet was 10 years old they sent me a part free.

Fabulous! After a midnight crisis telephone with Roto-Rooter once the bathtub drain overflowed to the living space, we were told that the roots of the shrub in the yard supposed that the sewer pipes to the road needed replacing the tune of $6800. RR was fine for the midnight crisis telephone as we didn't know who to call. But two weeks after, when the exact same drains clogged we began to believe the RR guys about the origins. However, who can afford $6800! That he came out with his camera and we found Ken and also did some scoping and watched the origins but indicated a more cost effective fix. His bill was $1800 for carrying out origin the pipe and repipe. Trustworthy and invoices for what has to be carried out.

So long as Ken in DFI Plumbing is around, I won't ever call another plumbing pro for any work needed to my Long Beach dwelling.
It started with Home Depot informing me that they couldn't install it as my house's gas valve needed replacement and providing a newly purchased gas clothes dryer. I known as based on reviews that were amazing, also found DFI on Angie's List. Ken answered my call and came to give a quotation to me. I asked for a quotation about replacing/repairing a few odds and ends which I was putting off while he was here. The next thing you know he can arrive the following day, Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend, to replace the gas valve and set up the new drier. I didn't ask, nor would have ever expected him to return so quickly and on a holiday weekend, but he said he did not need me to need to go to the laundromat as I had done since my old drier bit the dust a week earlier. We scheduled the remaining part of the work to be performed.
Ken explained what needed to be achieved without talking down to me or over my mind (I did not even know exactly what a gas valve looked like prior to our interaction), gave me a good quote for the work, was extremely professional, and I felt very comfortable hiring his expertise almost immediately. It was probably one of the smaller jobs but he did not treat it or me such. He and his coworker showed up ten minutes. Hello!!! I don't live in a home, but they treated it as though I did, keeping everything. I don't be concerned about the gas feed to the drier, my faucets are either fixed or replaced, and I am moved enough from this very positive experience to write a review.

So, if this wasnt enough damage, their big machine /snake leaked petroleum, staining stones on our walkway and was set on our flagstone patio. We did not notice right away and have been trying to clean acrylic stained flagstones (set in concrete). Likely damage that is permanent.
Be careful with these men. Watch question everything and their gear.
Drain was removed - we thought all was fine,....EXCEPT___ After a few months we cleaned the tub and detected several quite thin hairline stress fractures in the porcelain tub from the vibration/pressure of this snake.

Switched outside my (dumb ) electric water heater to get a gas one. Did a wonderful job for a excellent price, and I am saving much money in my electric bill today!!

Good people. Honest. Whenever they say they will show up. There up alongside you and have managed at least 3 support calls in our property. They give you exactly what you need and more than you need. Highly recommend!

Stelios and ken finished within budget and ahead of schedule. They were professional and courteous and left their work place clean. I look forward to doing business with them - though I hope I don't have anymore pipes difficulties, however if I do... I know that I will call.

I Discovered DIF Plumbing at 2011 through Angie's List. Ken thought before beginning work through all of the issues and explained the procedure. Once he got going, the work was finished in a timely fashion and he even went outside and over, without charging me additional, fixing some problems that were unexpected.
I phoned DIF to snake a drain and there was a pipes relationship born! Since that little repair 5 decades ago, I've called on them several times for jobs both small and large.
I'm planning a significant patio renovation which will entail and I needed to be sure they were at the best possible condition.
His assistant Stelly and ken just finished a complete update of all pipes - like drainage - flowing to and from laundry space, water heater along with my house .
Besides being dependable, educated and responsive, Ken is a great man! And, with the help of his assistant, DIF Plumbing makes for a great experience.
I have utter confidence that the work will last decades!

The guys have come and gone, kitchen sink back to normal.
Ken and stelios were informative and friendly. They even gave us hints on how best to prevent problems in the future and also a one month warranty on their job.

Had a big challenge with my own water heater the"other plumber" made much worse. Ken was very communicative and mended it. He is aggressive and honest. Will definitely use him again (this is my 2nd time).

I completely recommend them - they're also fair. He wasn't bothered by my own inquiries, my 4 year old and took the opportunity to check at pipes and figure out stuff.
Give them a phone, you will not be sorry!
I have called these men at least twice. Both times they were very nice, reasonable and patient.

Only had DIF plumbing appear and fix our difficulty for an inexpensive rate. He was knowledgable and fine and did the job quickly and honestly. He didn't try to scam us take advantage of my lack of experience. I would use him again! Thank you DIF!
