Great service! Very friendly. Nice and sensible advice. Highly recommend.
The service call was made by the owner and came early. It was a very simple fix, and so he did not feel the necessity to charge me. During his visit, he gave advice, checked out possible triggers, and noticed that our water pressure into the kitchen sink was reduced. When I asked about how our water is slow to heat upstairs, he did the same. I'd certainly utilize Dr. Drain again should plumbing in my house go awry.

The organization (Ryan) came to examine the problem without charging a fee. I appreciated that he took the time to describe possible solutions for my problem even after he discovered it was a repair. That he would spend some time providing advice after he knew he was not likely to be hired for the job indicates he has interest in a good outcome for people and he doesn't take shortcuts when is hired for a job.
(My particular issue was related as a result of a trench drain).

When making phone calls, I made it a point to reach out to smaller businesses rather than the new names - generally, I simply feel that the proprietors of those businesses strive harder than those of large household-name companies to provide exemplary service to their clients.
Ted, the proprietor, was the one to appear at our house. He had been well-mannered, punctual, answered our questions, and didn't attempt to sell us any unnecessary repairs. I would definitely recommend these individuals, and I'd call them again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Dr. Drain Plumbing blew my expectations away by doing Great Work, staying connected and do it in record time (even in the middle of a winter snow event). I totally have no reservations about giving them my highest recommendation and will not hesitate to call them at the long run for my plumbing requirements.

We utilized Dr. Drain because we've got an AHS home warranty. I filed the AHS petition at 9am, and Dr. Drain called me soon after to schedule them coming outside. They needed to make three trips to my house over a period.
Ryan was very considerate, down-to-earth, and useful with our clogged drain. He even taught me how to extend our cleanout that it will appear above floor for future use.
I have nothing but decent stuff to say about Dr. Drain, particularly Ryan.
Highly recommend these men, if only because they're the only service company I've used lately which calls me.

We were really happy with Dr. Drain! Called them for a quote, they were the only people that didn't bill to appear and give us one (we predicted about 15 other places). The tech (Ryan) was very professional and considerate and assessed what was wrong right away. We had a leak under our kitchen sink due to the fact that the very last technicians did a shoddy job (we knew this already and were just waiting until the leak difficulty got bad enough to need to get someone else come repair it). The quote we received to fix it was fair and we asked if they can repair it right away, Ryan reported that he could and that we should call the office. We phoned the office, they gave the move and the tech said he'd be back after his task. He showed up at around 6PM and was at our house until about 9PM fixing the issue (he had to cut into a good cast iron pipe which took nearly 30 minutes alone! He basically re-plumbed our kitchen sink, dishwasher and disposal, and cleaned up the litter and the issue is repaired, no leaks! We're very satisfied with the service and we would certainly call for our pipes requirements.

Ryan was able to come back out the exact same afternoon (calling me first to confirm and provide an arrival time quote ). When he came but he gave us his guess as to the cause, the odor wasn't present : didn't want to make an unnecessary fix he was wrong. He gave my tenant about how best to record when and in which the odor recurred so he could explore instructions.
I was very happy with all aspects of Dr Drain Plumbers. I put about a mould or sewer odor coming from a toilet. The lady who answered the phone was helpful and polite.
He was prompt, kind, and enlightening and I appreciate that he didn't jump at making repairs that are potentially expensive when he wasn't 100% sure of the cause! An additional bonus was that he gave us a quote and didn't charge us for the service call. We have your number when the cause is localized.

Came on a warranty call in Cary. Sold my spouse an"upgraded" garbage disposal for a $90 charge. Garbage disposal cost $80. They still charged the warranty company for the replacement becoming paid. Dishonest support. Will tell.

We've used Dr. Drain on several occasions. (We have an old house which needs a lot of attention.) Ted is very professional. He's quick to react and very effective. He's honest: when a fix isn't worthwhile, he's advised me, and he is explained how to do a few little repairs. I'm quite satisfied, and I'm a repeat customer.

We Have taken by Dr. Drain. We had a scheduled appointment from 10-12pm and so were in the whole time. At 12pm I called them and they said the appointment was missed by me as the plumber knocked and nobody else was home! They would need to charge us to reschedule and also explained we cancel our 60 appointment fee. No way! It's a shake , and the appointment coordinator was very rude once I called. BE VERY WARY OF USING THEM FOR HOME WARRANTY WORK THAT IS PREPAID!!!
