He reacted to my quotation request within Yelps estimate; as I managed to give a list of fixes.
His charges were itemized by eddie for each task and the materials. Provided this customer with common sense, plain english, explanations and options when and where proper, and managed to gauge how long each task would require.
I will call Drain & Heating Solutions for almost any plumbing problem I have later on. When I re-model my kitchens and baths, as Eddie is the Professional, I intend to contract them for plumbing work.

I ask you, what Drain or Plumber Company is currently going to do that!
Eddie has done 5 plumbing/drain tasks for me today. I keep going back to him because he's such a master of his craft, he's clear, very responsive, and beautiful, and his rates are economical.
I hadn't understood that egg shells are strictly banned because they behave like nice sand and refuse to budge and continue down the drain, so regardless of what product that was Drano-like you try to flush it away.
Eddie educated me arrived quickly cleared the drain, and billed me nothing. He explained that his job had been guaranteed for 6 weeks when the Customer, I, am at fault.
RecentlyI did something stupid, and that I needed my house to clear my kitchen drain more to be returned to by Eddie. I had had Eddie come only 5 weeks before to clear the drain, by putting egg shells down 30, but that I goofed this time up.

Eddie was responsive and mended our toilet leak easily and quickly. Thank you!

This inspection is in being composed, a little late but wanted to make sure I gave my greatest recommendation for his fast communication and assistance to Eddie. I discovered that the bathroom toilet wasn't flushing so looked for someone to come out fast to the Cambridge region and had family visiting the next day. Eddie cleared whatever clogged up the bathroom and came out early the next morning. He was clean and quick and productive. He is also a nice guy. Highly recommend.

I called him. I was able to get an appointment within the first 3 months. He had been running late for for his appointment, and he notified me of this in advance (Frankly in my previous experience I did not find this trait from builders, and I think this behaviour matters a good deal!)
He spent 1.5 hours in my house. He tried clearing the jolt, he went extensively at his investigation, describing how he thought about it. In the end, the end was that I needed to cut on down a pipe, that is of course price. It was consented to by me. He remembered he sadly did not have using this instrument is a much better choice in my circumstance, and then continued appearing before cutting the pipe. He referred me to a plumber that was different, and did not charge me anything. On top of that I know a good deal more about plumbing.
Also, Eddy took time to actually clean up.

Eddie is a man. Competent ethical. As a first-time homeowner, it's been. Eddie was dedicated and saw it through to completion, although our job took a little longer because of a faucet that was tricky. We really appreciated his devotion.
He's easy to talk to, easy to work with, and I am so relieved to have discovered him.

I re connecting a new gas dryer and heired them for disconnecting an gas dryer that is old. I had been quoted a cost. Most places I called lent me $250-$300. I was able to get an appoinment within 1 week of calling them. He did come due to a mistake with my address I was given a discount by him and apologized several occasions. He emphisized that quality service and making their customers happy is their objective. I felt this was very accurate, they work hard to make matters right. I was very satisfied with the service I recived and would recommend them to anyone searching for a plumber.

Absolutely loved respectful and friendly Eddie was. He was clearly very experienced and understood what he do. He also fixed the present problem and left the place clean as previously. I am certainly going to hire his services with the upgrade projects for my bathrooms. Would highly recommend him.

Called Eddie to repair a drain valve. He answered and gave me an appointment a few hours later. Eddie was extremely great to deal with and fixed the valve right away. I've found myself a go to plumber. Thank you Eddie!

I've had an leaky bathroom for a few decades now. It would randomly have a small pool of water around the foundation for a few weeks, & we would clean up it... sometimes it would go away on it's own. But it always came back - perhaps a month later, perhaps a week or two later....Last Sept it remained more than most, so that I yelped plumbers in my area (Andover) I got several fast emails. Several hinted at a very'expensive' fix but they would want to see it others pulled estimates in the $250 to $500 range out - however could be more. Eddie estimated roughly $150 and stated that day, he can do it. I went with Eddie.
Don't get ripped off - called Eddie. Great job at a price that is fair. He's not looking to twist people - which is much more than I can say for many others.
He came out, spent a few hours on it he guessed a few minor problems - and - replaced a few parts corrected the difficulty and a few things has NEVER returned. Everything in layman's terms. Cleaned up and left the bathroom spotless - it has been a few months and it has never pooled again. FIXED! HIGHLY recommend. He is a true professional who knows when he does a very fantastic job at a fair 20, that everybody wins.
I've used 2 other plumbers. One (Milltown) billed about $800 to stop a shower drip (which came back within a year) and twist the hot water knob - the other (Shawn) abruptly cancelled the appointment - before coming out to give me a quote - once I told him that I wouldn't let him tear out the current water heater - STILL under warranty - so he would replace it with a MUCH more expensive unit. He claimed he'recognized' the problem once I gave him the make and model number....he stated mine was a"piece of sh*t" and when he could not replace it (it would cost thousands) he was not coming out. . (I called Rannai a week who had me turn a turn drop down the water temp the occasional problem along with 5-degrees went away). "Shawn" had something similar to 31 5-star reviews - many from state (??? - must have relatives and friends there).

I recommend Eddie the plumber. He came to our house to wash two drains. He recognized that one drain was not done correctly (the kitchen compactor drain piipe was too high for its disposal) therefore he had been abe to squeeze in a few days afterwards on a national holiday to basically redo the whole kitchen sink pipes for a reasonable price.
The basement pipes had issues - he attracted up the pipes to code and gave us options on how to take care of the sink. He did not try to sell the option to us - he gave us options, the pros/cons of every option and let us pick.
He is trustworthy, we were considering replacing a toilet sink in an outdated bathroom and he gave the advice that when we simply replaced a sink within an outdated bathroom it would not assist the toilet that much which saved us from needing to replace the kitchen sink.

Eddie was wonderful! He was understanding with the landlord of our situation and within the exact same day of our petition was with our landlord along with us to make sure our problem was solved! He's a honest and great man who provides solutions for prices! It has easily become! Guy that is amazing and great business! 100% would recommend!!!

Eddie did a good job to clean our drain. He went to a hardware shop to buy some components. I recommend him highly.

Ihave been satisfied both times and've called Eddie twice. This weekend we had an issue with our garbage disposal and could not figure out it. I called Eddie and he came right out so we would not be stuck without our kitchen sink. He's knowledgeable, professional, so considerate, and his prices are extremely reasonable.
