Highly recommend! Our main line was backed up- we initially had John's Drains come out but the man didn't feel comfortable handling the project due to an to remove water from an old mop sink. I called around & obtained either high quotes &/or people who were confused about what was needed prior to calling those men.
Wayne's Drains sent Eric over- he had been here in half an hour of my call, was professional, personable, explained what needed to be achieved, gave guidance on next steps, kept everything as clean/contained as potential & was up for quite the challenge whilst staying positive. He got everything running back to normal for a very reasonable charge!
Wayne's Drains has been great when I want them. Someone came early day out to fix the issue. The technician fixed the issue, cleaned up, then explained what he had done. He wrote it all on the invoice, circled their contact number in case I had any queries and the 30 day guarantee. Always wonderful! I would strongly recommend them.
As we have we have used them a few times. You call and they answer right away, same day services many times I'm offered. They attempt to provide. When they arrive the technician is respectful of our home. He's given me tips on the small I can do to assist my washer issue. 1 tech even checked with me and corrected something decorative on the sink that has been installed wrong that made it more stable.
After a rough beginning with the communicating over the phone... the men who showed up and performed the pumping were wonderful! Personable and service even. Definitely improved the experience. Quick and clean operation.
Well, I am glad I did! The answering service was prompt and over 2 hrs. "Small" Wayne was at my building. He was personable, quite polite, and knowledgeable. He helped me understand measures as well as that the matter I might take to prevent drain build ups. No one wishes to manage drain issues but"Small" Wayne made it the best experience it could be and his positive attitude about the entire thing made it less stressful!
I had some water backing up which I suspected was out of water use in my own neighbors unit and live in a condo. I called the company who does plumbing work and described the issue. They said it was a drain issue and suggested I call Wayne's Drains.
NEVER EVER!!! I called on behalf of a church that has two schools operating during the week.
Because they did not contact me, I called them. They called me back and that I had the rudest experience. He told me that they had heard the toilet was clogged for a couple of days. I told him yes. He said that we can wait until next week. I advised him that we had just two schools in here and that the town won't allow us not to have bathrooms functioning. He essentially told me I could go. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.
Steve came out and supported my suspicion that roots were blocking main drain. Snaked out it in what felt like no time, and was completed. Did a nice job of earning sure when he removed the wash out to minimize any water. Very personable and professional. I strongly suggest them.
We had a funny smell coming from the area so we called and they sent someone. PJ was right on time and nice. He gave us our options explained everything to us, and in the end solved our problem. He had been in and out within an hour, however, we did not mind, he was good to talk to! We highly recommend this firm, and PJ!
Will employ their support.
The two times they showed up at my house within hours of calling! Reasonable and acceptable cost...I believed we were going to get handed an ugly invoice instead it was close to what I anticipated.
2 pleasant service techs came to the house and made us feel that the problem will be repaired quicklly.
This is the 2nd time Wayne's service has been used by me. Another firm has been used by us and we will call Wayne rather! Another firm never checked the cleanout to ensure everything was functioning correctly. We attempted to flush the toilet and nothing. Really frustrating.
While we had been away on holiday, we learned that we had a copy of sewage in our bathtub that was downstairs. We contacted Wayne's Drains on a referral from Villandrey Contracting and arranged for them to come first thing once we return. They arrived as intended, and solved our problem efficiently and quickly. Regrettably, in the process of bringing the gear into the downstairs bathroom that was narrow, the technician caused some wall and door damage. We took photos and known as the office, and they offered a refund, and we eventually negotiated a partial payment to cover the repairs. They took accountability without prompting and mailed us a check. Kudos on all fronts.
Crisis diverted! It's Saturday afternoon and I am cleaning the house as we're hosting Easter Sunday the day. Long story short, a friend recommended Wayne's Drains. Called and within 1-1/2 hours Hank showed up! Fixed my drain! We are all set for Easter! Thank you Hank for being really professional!
I called Wayne's Drains this afternoon. I asked them to call me whenever they were in their way because I was in the office and I would meet them at home. The technician called as promised just 5 minutes after and arrived at my place literally 30 minutes. So great service concerning how quickly it all happened. The technology James was super nice, super quick, and resolved my toilet clog problem within 20 minutes. I'd spent a lot of time attempting to fix itself so it n't simply used an auger - he needed to pull up the toilet and snake the line. They are not cheap - once the hourly rate rate is calculated by me it is a good deal - but it was just what they quoted me so no surprises there. Overall I am happy with the service - quick, professional and my annoying problem resolved.
After being told that I had to wait until Tuesday to get any support and calling Roto Router Sunday night I then telephoned these men before 8 AM on a Monday morning because my sink was clogged after a dinner celebration. They picked up immediately, told me someone would be there that morning. They were awesome and showed up about 10:30! Fixed the problem although you would expect, but did a fantastic look round the home to be certain there weren't any issues and left the job all washed up. It just goes to show you always go with someone. Better support each time!
We had a crazy clog in our main pipe from the house to the street, so my routine plumber could not reach it with his gear (60 foot snake). Jim came out pronto and with a crazy industrial snake (100 foot) got rid of this clog. It was years of roots within our clay pipes. He took a movie for us but we were not able to get it to show (so enjoy a 3 on that). Although the work is cluttered, Mr. Jim did a very clean job of fixing the circumstance. Rates are extremely reasonable given the nature of the work.
Called on a Saturday for a plumber b/c my dishwasher stuffed up with dish soap against the garbage disposal (since I was working the sink in the exact same time). The nice person who telephoned me back said that it's most likely my dishwasher along with my garbage disposal have a partial link into the exact same drain (or something to this effect) and basically, I can't run both at the exact same time and he should not come out and waste my money.
Nice people!
Take a look at the reviews , more then one mention exactly the identical type of treatment.
Total cost $250 for about $250 worth of damage - a Sunday special from Wayne's Drains.
Got an email and telephone from the owners wife and emailed the business, she left a voicemail. I was never able to speak on the telephone to her but I left a voicemail. Yes, I'd like someone to come out and fix the damage your technician caused to my pipes. Never heard back.
Took a Sunday morning shower in my basement toilet, sewage began backing up, maybe not a fantastic way to start. Called town DPW, they jet rodded the street sewer line and told me it had been a house/service lineup issue.
It was a paper clog at the service and he managed to clear it.
I recommend you find somebody else to your sewer remediation needs.
The cherry on top of the hack job was then he pounded a new cast iron cap in place (ruining it) and completely ruining the threaded fitting - oh, which is $50 to get a brand new cap btw.
The technician showed up in a fair amount of time. Asked me the last time I answered about ten decades, he responded with'oh'. Showed him at which the out was, he went back outside to his truck, I went out to work in my motorcycle, he went back in to the basement. He had been pounding on the cap with mason chisel and a 5lb hammer when I joined him. 'Hey what are you doing? Can you even try to use a wrench to turn off it', '' I said,'No', he answered,'they never come off', '' he said. 'you did not even attempt?' , I stated. He not only broke the cast iron cap but he broke that the fitting it threaded into.
No greater individuals in the business. Super knowledgeable ready with whatever they want for the work already on the vehicle when they arrive, and as a bonus they are fast and very fairly priced.
The serviceman called me when he was on his way and arrived. He snaked/roto suspended my primary drain and eliminated a sizable root ball. Price was very competitive with another service that I used in the past. Then the drain backed up , although everything worked fine for a couple of days. I called Wayne's drains back and they were quite receptive. They came back out ASAP and snaked again, no cost. Things are flowing good now.
The issue that is most important is if they leave it's empty and that when they arrive your tank is full. Work could be used by other trivial aspects of their company. Woman on the phone is friendly and helpful, man on phone not too much, me"can I get a $ quote for x ray?" Guy:"it's exactly what it is, the driver will let u know" - not so beneficial. I am just asking ball park, $5 or $50,000? They also did not bother to call and allow me to know they could not make it because it was too chilly - in equity they warned me this could happen but come on I'm just asking for a phone call guys so that I can go about my daily life. The drivers/drain techs are always guys that are good.
My bathtub drain was clogged so I phoned Wayne's Drains. The answering service took my info and said I'd be called back in 15 mins. I was called back in two minutes, and was told that I could get serviced today (Sunday) and I'd get a call 30 mins prior to the service. Within one hour my doorbell rang and it was Young Wayne himself. The drain scenario was examined by them and used a power snake to fix the problem in 15 minutes. Fantastic company, much appreciated.
