THANK YOU! Rob and Oscar are lifesavers and came into help unclog a bathroom AND utilized a camera to double check to be sure the line is apparent. Additionally, the issue was solved by both of these and they cleaned up!
I have used 2 other plumbers in Silicon Valley and can match the ability nor priceafter hours.

Rob fixed my . Friendly and he knew the work. . Finished it in under 20 mins. I would highly recommend him

What they failed to mention was they were sending someone with and that there was an hour charge.
The issue was fixed but in a high price .

Like I had such a good experience, I referred to as drain king and they were pleased to send someone up.

I have unclogged some toilets in my day, but we had. NOT. HAPPENING. I called Drain King and Robert responded. He managed to clear the issue for a reasonable price and quickly. Professional, highly recommend.

Excellent Encounter with Drain King. He found the issue and came and mended it. When it happens later on he is very professional and kind enough to describe how he fixed it, so that I can manage it myself. Strongly recommend Drain King for their prompt support. Will avail his services for plumbing needs in the long run.

Because of this, I can not recommend these folks. Not sure they are aware of what they're doing and do not think they can take responsibility for their own mistakes.
Had was outside of town and drains backing up. Selected Drain King reviews. They quoted a price to come outside and clean our drains out.
Got a call when the job was completed -- without bothering to receive consent, they had charged over $300. They needed to return out the next day as the drain which was backing up at the first place backed up. When I got back to town and could check their work out, the fantastic news was that the drain flowed. The good thing: it was stinky - after looking around, I discovered a floor drain cleanup was opened and the interior plug which seals in these nasty sewer gasses were lost - along with the drain cover was not even screwed in - using several screws missing. Called the Drain King day daily. He said they had come by"after that day" afterward"tomorrow" then finally he said"we did not touch that drain" I know it was there before they gone when they left, and arrived, so you pick.

I wound up giving my company Dollar Rooter Sewer and Drain Service and they were done in a hour! No bs stories were given by them .
I can't rave about the standard of their work. The men that I met seemed nice. I can only praise DK for providing lots of explanations and empty promises.
At the stage the secretary said that the plumbers were busy at other jobs, but would be able to find on Tuesday to help me with my problem. He said to expect them. (I chose DK since they were the only ones that I called who said that they could work on the problem either same day or following. Others didn't have openings before end of week.)
Come Tuesday and no display involving 10-12, so I called their office and they've been occupied with a crisis job. I was really understanding and said no problem. He promised they would be by within a couple of hours. From 2:15 p.m. two men showed up (Rob and Plumber J) and they took a peek at my situation and gave a plan of what they needed to do which involved installing a clean outside. I asked for a timeline on when this could be completed because it got late in the day and that I had to inform my work of my schedule to adapt DK's schedule. They assured me they could do it today (Tuesday). They left to find some supplies and promised Plumber J and a colleague could be back. Rob could not return because of another occupation. This sounded fantastic as well as the cost given to me to get a Yelp review of $650 for your work and a request from them.
How about, although I'm not sure why DK resorted to providing you one excuse say that they could not meet my job today. I'd have stuck with them at least, they would have left quite a good impression so that I can consider them for the future plumbing requirements of my home to me. All they had to do is be upfront in their schedule. Since this is really a sewage problem and I have had no use of my shower or toilet for a couple of days, I had a reliable plumber.
Well, guess what? By 4 p.m., they didn't return. I called and spoke to the receptionist guy and got the excuse that he was just to get supplies and he was on his way over. Alright 5 p.m. came and still no plumber. I called again. Talked to the identical receptionist who contacted Plumber J. Receptionist returned with an upgrade a half hour afterwards stating plumber could be by in the day and asked if he said that to me. I stated Plumber J stated about the day he would return nothing and today. Plus day to me seems and I'd think plumbers don't work in the dark for this type of a job. Reception says"no, plumbers work into the evening " M.. .okay. Sure. Now I knew they were not coming back.
It is Wednesday morning and still no elves in sight. I called several times this morning and kept obtaining the vm of DK. I left you message to ask them not to come.
My experience with The Drain King wasn't favorable. Something was up with my sewer line on tub and toilet and Sunday evening backed up. Not good in any way.
After checking Yelp and also a my local list serv to acquire some recommended plumbers, I called The Drain King about 7 a.m. on Monday morning. The receptionist guy said I'd be contacted with an appointment time and took my advice. No response before I followed up around 3 p.m.

Edgar and I talked together a few time, he was pleasant and sincere. The plumber who came Oscar was very nice. When I have another issue I'd give a call to them.
The drain king did a service in my kitchen about a month ago and came.

Robert is an reply to our prayers - no actually! He watched my husband struggling with all the drains, had been working next door and came over to help. A few hours later and, (for a very reasonable cost ) our bathrooms are no more backing up and we have what we always wanted - a go to plumber!

Showed up on time, snaked our drain in about 15 minutes, didn't leave a mess decent price. Not certain what else I want from a plumber doing a simple unclogging!

Rob wrote back, when I wrote to Get a quote on a Bathroom:I provided a reduction and anticipated it to imply that he quoted normal rates. After the work was done, $200 charged and clarified that he meant that he had quoted the prices using the reduction already included.

I wanted a plumber to snake two drains, which should not require a good deal of time or plumbing talent. After a $600 estimate from Roto Rooter I began calling around. Everybody was expensive and whenever the estimate from Robert at The Drain King was under $200, I felt I found my guy. He came out fixed the problem and I did not feel ripped off!

My main line was backed up again.... Not something I wanted to deal with. My buddy told me to call Drain King and that I had a plumber at my house They have been professional and cleared my line quickly! Before I have been told my line would need to pay thousands and would not clear. I will be calling Drain King for all of my pipes needs!!

Great plumber! Rob within an emergency service call and I met. One of my rental units had a sewer backup (3rd time) so we came out on very short notice and quickly emptied the line. I had just paid over $1,000 to a different plumber to clear, and also install a device to supposedly prevent this from happening again - but it did and when I called them to see whether they'd clearthey wanted $250 to come out. Called Rob and he provided a very low fee. He confirmed that this difficulty could last unless fixed, and there were origins in sewer line and came back with a camera. I even installed a device and did not believe him since a camera ran and cleared the line. Also there weren't trees there concrete driveway.
Rob is very honest and keeps to his word. He does not try to upsell or do. And he redid the job for the other plumber that I paid.

Rob scheduled time for me to view the camera together and sure enough there was signs of origins - and awful seals in those old clay sewer lines. He recommended replacing the segment and provided a bid. This entailed removing about 40 ft of concrete, re-routing pretty much all drain lines for 4 components in the building and even trenched further than needed so I could run conduit for electrical to the detached garage to get future laundry space and even ran new copper pluming at same moment. He installed another device, but this time in the place that was correct. After trenching he not only found rotted pipes, but also about 3 feet of tree roots about 6" in circumference evading pipes.

Great support! I'd phoned several technicians to get my shower drain cleared and was quoted everything to $160 for support out of $95 for service the next day. I eventually discovered the drain King and I'm quite satisfied with the support I received. I called them around 4 and they lent me less than anybody I'd predicted. A plumber came at my house . My shower drain was completely backed up and water was not going . The stoppage was eliminated by him quickly it could not have taken more than 5 minutes. It was a good experience, great pricing and I would suggest them.

Third time we've used them. Fantastic support. Called Robert at 10 AM for a leak around a water line to your toilet. He was outside and completed the repair by 11:30. Very affordable prices. Recommended without reservation.

Sweet. Ten till three, she calls to say he's running behind schedule. I am bummed--gimme my back kitchen! Appreciate the heads up. Rob arrives closer to 4:30 or so, and to be honest, I expected him to be a little defensive, a little exhausted, from a day of work. I am clearly not his final client that day, since he's running about 1.5 hours late. Instead, he comes with a massive smile and a thumbs up (literally). Super nice. He made me feel at ease and was just nice. He isn't somebody who is upset with you for calling him to do everything he does--you come across the kind.
What else? He put you on a schedule to come out annually and drain out and flush out the whole house as preventative care. When it's time to set up an 19, he then calls you and puts it in his calendar. Fantastic detail for a small company like his.
And the bill: he charged me $50. I wrote him a check for $60 and requested him to get himself lunch on me the next moment. That is just how much he was liked by me.
Me: Could he give me a heads up when he's on his way?
I've got a guy who shook my hand and introduced himself, Rob, then went on my drain to town. He had me put it in the drainpipe flush my kitchen sink while the sexy water line of my machine was disconnected by him, and flush which for a few minutes, and then had it repaired in about 20 minutes. The whole time, he's there telling me where the rest of my plumbing is not without having gone inside, and explaining it was not clogging up the rest of the home and where the issue was.
I will say what others said fast, cheap. I predicted about a stopped up drain which would explode throughout the drainpipe for the machine at the garage. I didn't want things fixed that night (nor the customary emergency fee). Set an appointment with his scheduler for your next day at 3pm.

I highly recommend these guys. They arrived within an hour and finished the job in minutes. They will give you. Their price is quite reasonable. We will definitely call them again of need arises.
