Our first encounter was just as excellent as our second. We would call them again for sure.
The response was over the hour of calling both the times. Now we had Douglas as our service individual. Very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem, worked up a quotation for the more easy fix and another quotation for a problem that was complicated. We were lucky and only needed the fix that is more easy. We liked that he before we agreed to have 24/7 spelled all scenarios out perform the work.
We've used 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing now. The very first for our water heater and now.

This place was a complete rip off. Christian arrived and told me that the bathroom was old and corroded, he made it flow more and donned the parts more. I got a second opinion and they said my bathroom was 100% nice only needed the bolts to be sprayed onto the tank.
He definitely tried to get me to buy. He said it would happen and we needed a new bathroom for parts or 1100 bucks for 700. I would not recommend this place, they are dishonest and tried to take advantage of me.

Called to create an appt was leaking. They said they had a same-day window between 2:30-4:30. I said I might be there at 3.
I had decided that I went to give my money to respond to my inquiry on yelp, so I was ready to give whatever cost/estimate they'd produce to them. (I had denied the other timely questions for my business) but now...I am so disappointed that I am taking my business elsewhere.
Later, at 4:20 when I had not received a text update about the tech's status/location, they said that we'd booked the appointment for 3:30-5:30. I recounted the conversation with whom I had had the dialog that was first. She started arguing with me, saying that her notes said I had the 3:30-5:30 slot. She said they recorded all discussions - to which a playback invited, since I knew I had been right. But, I only wanted to move forward and receive my water heater repaired, and she got hostile with me, so I said, nice, I will stick with the 5:30 slot.
She called back to and left a voice message to apologize, saying that I was slotted for 3-4:30, as I had indicated, and she did make the booking error. But, when I called back she informed me that (now) the technician was stuck at another job, and they would need to reschedule me.

The news that is good. They are polite, professional, fast and accountable. The bad news. They charge about double what everyone else charges.
If you have an emergency job and flood is imminent on a Sunday morning, you may find out (like me) that plumbers are scarce. These individuals will do the task 24/7. But only have them do the minimum to get you. Save a good deal of money and call up a standard plumber, if need be, to complete on a weekday what has to be done.

For a pressing sewer cleanout on a Saturday afternoon, 24/7 Rooter was there in just two hours (when another company that's synonymous with the service could not even schedule a visit for two days). "Professional" and"poop" don't typically coexist, but that is a great exception. The booking call centre followed up with both a callback, as well as a text verification and a text once the technician was dispatched, and was cheerful and efficient. That text even included a photograph of the technician, so I could be confident that the stranger ringing my doorbell was he said (although the branded truck towing a big hose reel has been a very good clue). The tech was very courteous and efficient, and ended within a half hour of coming. Payment was quick and easy with credit card, with an invoice emailed immediately afterward along with a satisfaction survey. The price was about as expensive as I would expect of an emergency telephone, but the speedy response and pleasant and thorough communication made it well.

Excellent and speedy support! Called in Tuesday morning using a water heater issue and they could assist me! It was just in time for that I hosted that night. Thank you guys for your efficient, professional and immediate help with my water heater that is busted!

I'm a homeowner, and currently rent to her kids and mum out my home. Recently she informed me that the house drains gave a strong sewage smell off and it was becoming intolerable. I called 24/7 Rooter and plumbing on Thursday morning and had an appointment for the next morning. They kept me updated as to if the service technician would be coming and gave me a 2 hour window, and even sent a photograph of the technician! The plumber was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable as to how to solve our problem. He gave me 3 options as to the way to mend and never once made me feel like he was trying to get the most money out of me. He stopped completing a rather large repair in 2.5-3 hours, and all happened in precisely the exact same moment. They will be my first call, if ever in need of a plumbing service again.

Mike has been productive and very professional and came out to help with my overflowing kitchen sink. I would certainly give them a call again and would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service!

Very prompt answer. Douglas Fisher did an exceptional job. Needed to take out the toilet seat to attain the plumbing. Opened the clog, reinstalled the seat up, and washed up. He is a fantastic asset to his or her company, and surely a true gentleman.

Awesome service -- quite quick! Had a problem with my sink and called! They got back to me and over 30 minutes the plumber showed up. The issue has been fixed. The follow up and the support was solid and I would totally use them again and recommend this fantastic company .
