Time these men provide is no gimmick, wow! Came back in 10 day holiday Monday night to discover the bath flooded with sewage. Found Drain Solutions Plus through Yelp after RotoRooter told me (after saying they were coming within two weeks ) they might come only the morning after. Where the difficulty was, 10 minutes later got a response, and less than an hour afterwards, by 1:00'm two technicians came in analyzed, and another 45 minutes later the problem was repaired, quickly and economically. Thank you guys!
I made an appointment this past Wednesday, Oct 16th to get an estimate - therefore not some small plumbing issue just like a blocked drain. I called and left a msg in addition to contacted them via yelp messanger with no response. One may say because we did not get serviced by this business however, that this review isn't a valid one, I took off some time from work to have them stop by. Lives that are busy live with programs to abide by. An organization that doesn't have the courtesy to keep their appointments or respond to messages doesn't deserve my business. If you don't want the job, simply be forthright and say NO and don't waste my time. I did not support my area or contacted several businesses that stated they were either booked until a future date that was given.
Bad customer service. Had an appointment set up for an estimate from 2-4. No call, no show, no email. However when I sent an email showed up, I got a response quickly apologizing and saying that somebody may be there within the hour. When I responded back okay, so long as it's within the hour. . I got another response saying they could not guarantee that. They're ALL on emergency occupations. Took my business somewhere else.
Like magic they made all the dirty water that was clogged disappear! Plumbing magicians friendly, fast to respond to issues --they came out an hour after I messaged them. Very happy I found these men! Thank you Dennis for your speedy helpful resourcefulness that is professional thumbs occupation that is amazing up.
As I was using a leak in my shower, messaged them on Saturday night. He arrived out Monday afternoon and fixed it to the price he quoted me. I also had a problem with a toilet. He gave me a few tips I could fix the issue myself As opposed to attempt to sell me on him fixing or replacing it. When the time comes, very satisfied and will surely use again.
Had an emergency leak from the bathroom fill valve on a Saturday night. Gave Drain Solutions a call examined the circumstance, had replacements for the broken pieces, and were done within one hour. Along the way they explained exactly what they do and gave tips. Seemed like guys that were good and knowledgable. For all your plumbing requirements I'd recommend.
Had a clog that is lousy that nobody could fix. Called plumbers before and everybody gave me a temporary fix. I Had to call the pros. These guys are honest professionals using industrial equipment that other guys don't have. Do not waste your time calling anybody else. Amazing service (friendly, speedy and effective )! My bathroom was clogged for two times and I called Dennis at Drain Solutions Plus. He was able to get there within an hour of my call. He looked at my bathroom, made an assessment after which he and his teammate worked and cleared the clog in approximately ten minutes. I highly recommend and would hire! I recieved quotes from other companies and this was undoubtedly the best, particularly.
Dennis came out on the exact same day when my sump pump line to the street was clogged. The last time I called somebody for this they struck on the clog and immediately pulled the snake out.... Go figure needed to call somebody else (Dennis) 3 weeks afterwards cuz the lineup never really got clear. He made sure to send all the way to the snake through to the other end and I really don't anticipate any problems. Fair price and a joy to deal with, thanks Dennis!
Exceptional service ! Our kitchen sink clogged prior to Dennis and Christmas came and fixed the issue. He was very professional and also the cost was fair. He fixed the issue in 30 min came to our home, he gave us a 2 month. Highly suggested! ;)

My upstairs bathtub would not drain correctly. My wife bought a matching tub snake along with liquid Plummer and went out. Somehow after using the Plummer she obtained the snake stuck inside our drain. I phoned Drain Solutions and Dennis came outside rather than eliminated my snake but cleared my clog. The upstairs bathtub draining and is currently running . Because men appreciate your support and all done in 30 mins.
I phoned at and they had a person over here by 9 PM. An espresso cup had gotten stuck in our sink food disposal. The very friendly technician (I think his name was Dennis?) Found the simplest, quickest, and cheapest alternative. I would call these guys to get anything drain related.
Christmas miracle! On Christmas eve our sink backed up along with the garage disposal did not work. I sent a request to Anese (owner) and he responded that night, gave me a quotation and fixed everything on Christmas afternoon!! We had a massive dinner celebration on Christmas and everything was a success! Thank you!
Amazing company!!! We clogged and needed to pass inspection re house buyers, and the full pipe was cracked everywhere. Kitchen was clogged and'd leaking pipes and bathroom as well. After being stood up by a different plumbing company"Drain Doctor" the plumbers from Drain Solutions Plus came to our house same day appointment, not only they were quite knowledgable, respectful and well spoken, but they could fix everything. . Stayed in the house until 9.30 pm. The very best part was when we got the invoice. . Very very fair rates!
So happy I looked them up on yelp. It stated the response time was 10 minutes, however they did one better this morning answered my telephone. Enis was type and also gave me a heads up call to understand when to expect their birth. Both partners were in and out right away, courteous, provided prices and were professional.
