Victor was great. Not only did he return my call he gave me a very reasonable cost and also convinced my warranty company to cover the costs. He had been on fast, professional, and time.
I had trouble finding a plumber that was willing to repair this kind of device and have been having issues with my tank water heater. I have a warranty policy and they were not even able to find someone in my area that was prepared to service tank.

I have morning, Rinnai tankless water heater that only stopped working now. I called Drunk Plumbers and they set time for 2 hours later because it was a crisis. They have been diagnosed the issue and fix it. Other firms asked for $575.

Victor is strongly recommended by me. My water system shut down for no reason. He resolved the problem over the phone and returned my phone. Nonetheless, I asked him to make a home visit to perform a comprehensive investigation and support my system. He arranged a time that predicted before arrival and was convenient. He even insisted on taking his shoes off before going into the home. Rather than promote repairs, he also insisted on conducting just inexpensive and minor maintenance to flush out the system and safeguard the pipes. He charged lower rates than any other repair individual and spent nearly 3 hours I have hired. I will definitely contact him .

Do not let the name fool you! I phoned Drunk Plumbers for maintenance on our Rinnai tankless water heater. Victor was exceptionally responsive, easy to schedule an appointment, arrived on time, was thorough and productive. Victor was educated and quite friendly.

Viktor is the guy when it comes to tankless water heaters. I've contacted many of the regional plumbers in the area, but Viktor specializes in tankless and was able to diagnose and fix fast. I recommend Drunk Plumbers in case you will need anything tankless water heater!

Really great experience with Victor. He came to support our Noritz tankless water heater which had not been touched since it was installed. Cleaned up it and made sure everything was working smoothly - Victor was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient while in our residence. He also discovered something which had not been correctly installed when the unit was originally put in place, and then he summoned that (additional a drainage hose).
We look coming back for what will be an annual servicing of the unit from here onwards.

Reminder, get a number of quotes. Locate someone like Victor who is honest, experienced, and not looking to make a fast buck cause they think everyone with a home in LA is able to cover up. Victor highly recommended by us and certainly is on our move to record.
The previous day I had a more recognized and well reviewed neighborhood participant (also on yelp) send their tankless professional come by to have a look. They arrived by, spent 10 minutes looking at our tankless, and then offered us three options to fix it - $1800 for a rebuild, or $6000 or 12000 (the latter using a softener) for a brand new tankless + installation!
Victor called us and requested, through telephone call, for us to conduct. He wished to ensure that he didn't come a waste our time & money with a $175 support telephone. He was educated and well versed in the product and ascertained that this could be a something that he can likely fix with a single visit.
Victor in Drunk Plumbers instead cleaned out the unit, replaced the igniter (that the control panel signaled could be the problem) and did the whole job for $200 even.

I had a problem with my heater. Gave them a call and they showed up punctually. They completed the work I had been charged solely for the support call, nothing added that was kinda cool since they put some new parts.
