He is amazing and very honest I felt like he was part of the family and was impressed. Surely recommending him to anyone that wants work done and will probably be using him. he's definitely in the circle of confidence, plus my puppy Zeus is crazy about him.
We got his number from a buddy who spoke highly of him and has completed work. We hired him he did so we had him do an addition an additional toilet upstairs that came out great.

Preliminary review. Nicoli was quickly responsive to do a quote. He was very considerate of the fact that we were seriously disappointed by another person in our home renovation projects. Other contractors were reluctant to fix work. This morning, we had an estimate Thursday, accepted the reasonable labor cost, and DSA is already sending out someone to begin work! I am very impressed up to now. I'll update on the quality of work as the job advances. Very responsive, fast, and professional.

Because I was seeking top rated Yelp reviews for a 18, I went on a whim. Most didn't have interest in the project as it was included but not a remodel and then many businesses were booked outside. I gave up after several months and waited about 1 year to hunt again and decided to try once again on yelp and just Sergey of DSA Construction responded immediately to my queries over yelp, I was impressed by the response and professionalism, and was surprised to learn he does quite a lot of work here in the neighborhood; is very popular with locals. A person, easy to approach, honest, and plays his work with ethics, and he didn't double book me so the work was completed timely. The project did involve more work than we scoped out and that I gladly paid him the amount for his labor. He was reluctant because it was agreed, to bill but I was impressed with his work ethic which it was justified. It guaranteed minimal dust was kept by his work, and was surprised by quite his work was, making certain he was unobtrusive, kindly laid to cover the carpets. Described the steps he would take, and it removed with me first, when he saw any potential issues. Overall a very impressive task and I'd say from the 5 remodel projects that are distinct that I've gone through Sergey is tops!

I hired vine seller to be built by DSA in my house, it was unbelievable! Perfectly and quite professionally done with artistic touch. Reasonable price, always on time, very responsible. Highly recommend and you will be happy like me. Thank you DSA !
