Flush & Flow Plumbing and Leak Detection

Each of their 5 star reviews found Flush and Flow Plumbing on Yelp and amazed me. I called them on a Friday and they came out that day within 1-2 hrs. To perform a leak detection. Not only was the cost for the leak detection with them, however they were willing to apply it as charge when they did the job. They said they could start the job the next moment and even quoted a price that was very fair to do the slab leak repairs. On Saturday morning, the crew showed up ready to do the job! When they'd be finished, I asked and they said anywhere between 3 and 4. Exactly where they said it was, the slab escape was. They worked through it professionally and very neatly and were performed by 3:30. My hubby and I are glad we found that an honest organization to get through this ordeal with. Definitely our go-to plumbing company from here on out! Thank you Flush and Flow Plumbing crew!
We needed someone to find a leak. We knew it wasn't a faucet bathroom or sink escape so we explained it wasn't a leak that has been visible and desired detection and called a business. This business had leak detection tools. They came out and they couldn't find it. They didn't possess the tools said we had leak sensors that are professional and advertised! Why waste your time and mine? They called us to somebody who could do the leak detection job. The company, located in El Cajon was called by me, and they charge over $200 to detect the leak. When I inquired if they could apply this fee as credit when they ended up performing the essential work they said"no more" and I said"no thanks", and continued on with my search.

A family member refered to Flow and Flush me and could not be happier with their service. They arrived somewhat earlier than our appt that's always a plus and he called his appt and was kind enough to adapt and fix my toilet on the spot when he realized that my toilet dilemma went to last. Marcos and his assistant were efficient and amazing, I would highly recommend them.

I typically have to get our unclogged after because I shed just like a husky losing its winter jacket, and we are living in an older home. Marcos and his partner came over and cared for 3 drains for me. Flush & Flow Plumbing are professional and affordable! Their response time compared to other companies I have used is what will make us a client for life. We will definitely use them again and we will refer this provider.

We knew we had a leak once we saw water leaking from the eves of the 100 year old Pt. Loma home. Called Marcos Talevera and he came out. After he inspected the scope of the job to be performed, '' he suggested we wait till Tuesday the next week so we would not be without water over the weekend when the job was more complicated- I mean what can fail with 100 year old pipes right? The point is, Flow Flush & came on time and at 5 hours located and repaired the leak. Have to mention Marcos and his assistant were thorough knowledgable, professional and courteous. Flow & flush is currently my number one go to plumber. We enjoy supporting small business owners.

Marcos made and located the screw quickly steps to correct the problem. At all times he took photos and was in contact to make sure we were taken care of.
I would recommend them for any type of plumbing job, emergency or otherwise. It is rare these days to find individuals that doesn't only love and respect their own profession but also pride themselves on establishing lasting relationships with their customers. They're the best in the area hands down.

I called Marcos to come see about a flow. He checked our plumbing and found it had lots of work. Marcos showed up on time was pleasant and was very knowledgeable.

Marcos is great to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented. He made certain we were quickly taken care of when we discovered a slab leak. I had been imagining they would rip up our new glue-down wood floors to drill through the slab to repair it. At explaining options he quickly set me. Actually, he had his buddy (other business ) come out to the leak detection since he could not get into our home as fast. He then had been here the next day to cap the pipe below the slab and re-route the pipes. Work was done and they were quite clean. He made sure to wear shoe covers in the home. I highly recommend him!

Marcos and Jesus where capable to go out of their way to accomodate my crisis situation. Marcos went the extra mile by requesting permission of his appointment that was next to post pone in order to accommodate us that we where very grateful for. These guys are the real deal with professionalism, knowledge, and utmost respect of their clients needs.

Their professional demeanor showed from the time they entered my property to immediately containing debris and trash, to laying down plastic covers within the work area as they completed their work til the end. Being in the leasing industry Iam confident to highly suggest Marcos for honest work ethic and his expertise and've dealt with a great deal of different plumbing companies.

Due to Marcos not calling and explaining why he did not bother to appear, or even call for that matter. We had to postpone our trip, which cost us HUNDREDS of dollars in car change prices and flight shift fees.

So another day comes and it's 2:30 pm, and so I called to be sure that he was still coming. The telephone went directly to voicemail. I called at 3:15 and again the telephone went into voicemail. I began to fear because we were departing the following day and we had no water to the house.
We called our insurance carrier and they said they could not have somebody outside until the following day.
We had a leak in our house somewhere near our master bath. Of course we left in a few days for holiday and we had to get it fixed ASAP. We started looking at Yelp for a few 5 star plumbers and turned the water off, I read the reviews and decided to go with Flush and Flow. I called Marcos and he explained that he could come the following day between 1 and 3pm out to fix the issue. We thought great, we can get it repaired, then the following day, leave to our trip. Before he was supposed to come outside to makes sure we were still on, so I called him the day. He promised me he would be there between 1 and 3pm.

Flush and Flow has been among my pipes businesses. They have been known by a friend to me and I've appreciated the work they've done. Fair pricing, work that is superb , personable employees and the proprietor overlooks work and all repairs. Don't be afraid to offer them a phone!

Marcos and his staff are more than consistently trustworthy and specialist. I've used their service for kitchen and my bathroom to which they have preformed notch work. Highly recommend

Marcos is a great and a man. He reacts to our work orders (Advent Real Estate and Property Management) immediately and programs with our clients for almost immediate appointments. He's gone out of his way to make our clients feel great about the plumbing repair. Do not hesitate to call him.

Marcos is a competent, fast and caring plumber! He has been plumber for just two 8-unit apartment buildings at mid sized town San Diego for several years and we're so fortunate to have him. We've had multiple issues throughout the past several years and, together with plumbing, it is obviously an emergency (even though it turns out not to be true ) and often on evenings and weekends. If is a leak everywhere or other disasters which may be lurking with building plumbing, No one wants to wait. We can ALWAYS count on Marcos to react via phone or text, ready to share where he is and if can he arrive, sends photographs, shares information that is instant, what a PRO he is! We're so fortunate to possess Marcos on board.
