I have an older home that's been through many renovations, some of which led to difficulties later and were not done correctly. After my telephone was not answered by plumbing firms or failed to show up, my non-urgent issue was taken by Strongheart's owner right away. Turns out we had worse moving behind the walls, and when a problem became urgent, someone was there for us immediately, for example an additional urgent fix on a weekend out of business hours.

Hands down the greatest and most responsive plumber in the region.

The jacuzzi was fixed by great service that I called. Professional and quite easy to work with.

We live in Point Loma. Tyler is
1 morning we woke up to zero sexy water. Called and spoke to Tyler who identified the problem showed up on time and replaced the heater professionally and quickly.

I was unwilling to contact after seeing the previous reviews of this no-call no display difficulty, nevertheless they had been recommended by a friend, and I found they'd said in May that a new system was getting put in place so as to have this situation occur again. I guess it has failed or it was not implemented.
Two stars because he was courteous although not doing whatever is simply no way.
It seems I'm the reviewer who had a no-call no display issue.

Plumbers quoted me astronomical rates but finally discovered Strongheart Plumbing. My experience with Strongheart was awesome. Tyler's prices were extremely honest, he did the job and came on time. I recommend Strongheart Plumbing to anybody searching for professional work and a rates.
We had an emergency using a leaking water heater and seeking to discover a fantastic local plumber was harder than I thought it would be!

He got the job its a 2 to 3 day occupation and a half when men said. Im hoping I found one, although hard to find a good and honest plumber!

On the lookout for a plumber to re path lines to get a water heater into a new one in a new location. All the bids were so high, I finally found tyler at SP. . .called him a couple of times, asked him 50 questions, and that he was PDP (pretty dam patient!!) He looked at the occupation and came out, and quoted me a couple of days after. I was planning to go with another company but wished to give him a shot since he was patient on the telephone and onsite. His price was very good and it feels like the work he and his helper did was up to par. Its just been a few days, but I think he did a fantastic job and I'll refer him business when I can.

He could have done work I didn't need and billed me - . But, he didn't. I would not hesitate to use him again and was very pleased with the service. It's always great to find someone honest you could put your trust in to do good work. Thank you!!
I seldom write reviews, but undoubtedly wanted to compose for Strongheart Plumbing. I had a problem with my son toilet overflowing and also his shower. Despite my plunging attempts, I couldn't mend it and known as strongheart plumbing. Of course, as luck would have it from the time he came out the problem had fixed itself. Tyler was really helpful and gave me guidance.

Tyler called to see how my bathtub has been exercising 2 weeks. What great customer service. I can not recommend him enough.
Eventually I was referred by a friend to Tyler in Strongheart Plumbing and I thought so I gave him a call. He had been so amazingly friendly on the phone and gave me a quote that undercut plus I. He came out and accessed the situation. The pipes in the walls leaked causing all of my problems. He said that he could get to work straight away and he wanted to get some parts. It had been but my bathtub is like brand new! He gave me a great deal on replacing the tile work and repairing the wall. I can not thank him enough. I can take a shower!
Basically it was a tragedy. All were simply not in my budget and I was nervous to go for the business and get jerked around, although I had called around to places for quotes.

I made an appointment for Tyler to come back and look at a job at my new residence and called. He never showed up, never called, never nothing. I wasted a lot of time and waited .

Have used them a few times to repair a brand new ice box sinks and then install behind the refrigerator. Prices in contrast to other areas and they were able to come out within a day or 2.

The third time...I tried calling on three occasions to set up a quote for a tankless water heater installation and they never got me back.
The next time I used them, they showed up hours late due to a different plumbing crisis elsewhere.
Strongheart Plumbing has helped me on 2 occasions.
While I was not home the very first time I used them showed up on time, did the work, and emailed me a statement.
I would recommend them for jobs and emergency fixes that are quick. . .but I can not really say I would recommend them for jobs. . .because they never gave me a opportunity.
Both time was come to my house by tyler. His work is great, he's friendly and clean, and his prices are reasonable.
The main reason for this 3 star review: They are 1/3 on timeliness or follow up.

Same day service to replace water heater. The entire price was less than half of the other bids. Tyler did everything he said and that is all I can ask! They will be the ones I call for plumbing needs. Don't hesitate to call Tyler!

Note: They do jobs now. No residential. Used them. Tyler was specialist and got the work. Only got the information about his change and called Tyler for another job.

Thank you yelp!! I was looking for an affordable plumber in Point Loma so that I gave them a try, and strong heart plumbing had reviews. So glad I did:-RRB-)) The owner came out the exact same day that I called and mended my sink promptly without any hassles. Def will use later on and will refer all of my family and friends I will not need them to shortly!

I had a good, no hassle, encounter with Strongheart. I had Tyler and a minute faucet fix was able to schedule me the following day. They coordinated with the HOA for water shutoff and took care of my faucet in less than an hour. I'll be using them again.

Yelp is fantastic. After having a negative inspection, Strongheart responded to my post, offering to amend situation. And they did. I'm delighted with the total work the Strongheart supplied employed to unclog a bathtub drain. I am extremely pleased with the company's attempts, while I was initially frustrated with a gap in communication.

Strongheart plumbing is awesome. I was able to generate an appointment to have what looked like a flow. Tyler indicated it was the faucet and the water. I bought a faucet that was installed promptly.
I am having water heaters is installed by company . I will not contact any other company for bids.
I contacted Strongheart for a flow in my own water heater that just needed a part tightened. Company was referred by me into a co-worker who had any plumbing work done immediately since he sold his home. My co-worker was happy with customer and price services.

When one of my customers advocated Strongheart Plumbing she simply said: worry and hassle free + expect them to work out a payment program or an affordable budget. Perfect!

As I knew I couldn't be at home the majority of the time that they worked at the house and well as a home owner and living I was a bit hesitant to hire just anybody off the internet for my remodel task. . .most of my buddies had experiences with unreliable plumbers who screwed up the occupation wasting everybody's time or typically wouldn't show up.
It's been 3 months since the job was done, the proprietor Tyler was on the job every day making sure things go as planned.

What I obtained from Tyler, as compared to plenty of other well reviewed technicians here on Yelp, was a reasonable and an instant response for my repairs that are needed & fair quote.
My wife and I purchased a condo. As we had been renovating the inside, I decided to move the fridge (to be able to enhance paint the kitchen). Being conscientious (and generally risk adverse) I thought it was a fantastic idea to turn off the water shut off valve that fed the ice maker. Apparentlythis valve had never been touched from the ten years since the building was built, because instead of shutting off any water leak water began to pour through the handle. I wanted a plumber to come out whenever possible to replace valve, although I was able to fiddle with the manage to acquire the water flow down to a drip. Inspecting the water valves in my condo's rest, I discovered they were all of a similar fashion.
I was really happy and I will certainly be using Strongheart again.

I began to call the plumbers all on Yelp here with reviews, searching to substitute a total of 6 closed off valves using a ball valve.
Significantly, as this unit shares its water source the water shut-off needed to be coordinated together with my HOA - meaning there was a window inside that I wanted a plumber. Kyle came exactly on time, quickly replaced the valve, along with all the other valves I was concerned about.

My friend recommended Strongheart Plumbing to me and they are undoubtedly the best plumbing firm I have used since moving into my condo 3 decades ago. My kitchen faucet was leaking off and on and no other firm could work out the source of the leak. They made me feel comfortable that they would stand behind their work and had been available to satisfy my schedule, mend my faucet. I would recommend them to family and my friends if needing a plumbing firm.
