TO ANYONE SEARCHING FOR HELP. My husband and I feel extremely blessed to have found TLC and we need not look any further for help once we experience plumbing problems. These guys are the real deal and have great pride in their work. They're easy to speak to and take time to answer my queries. They deliver services with type demeanor and the friendliest. No matter who reveals in TLC, they're great caliber all. Due to all of you that have helped with our different projects, notably Kevin and Danny (who are full of plenty of knowledge and exceptional skills to handle our plumbing challenges ) with this previous trip... and Ruth Ann with scheduling.
These men should be in the very top of your list if not the ONLY ones in your list. Not enough good can be said about them. First and foremost for a few, TLC prices for their services. That is pretty important being as a woman, I find that other businesses (not all but quite a few) will often provide higher estimates for that reason alone. I felt as if I ought to question their quotes or have never experienced price gouging in TLC from Thad and his team. I feel this is a core of the work integrity, in part.
Nevertheless, we've used them a number of times for problems with our old plumbing. It's not until today that I realized it needed to be informed of how well they have done and continue to do. I can't say enough words of praise of!
The next point and something that I find especially important. We have brought to assist in plumbing projects during our 50 year old home. Not until thIs group of men, have I personally felt such an extent of confidence in what they do, I don't need to inspect their work become of concern when they have left that something may not function properly. That's how much I believe in their own skills and they have completed a project done in my house it is as if they worked on their home. Another quality I feel speaks.
Not to mention, the job was crap. We needed to employ another firm to fix they work.
This can be a warning to everyone, don't use this company. They are a scam!!!
They stated they would send 4-5 men and have the job. Not true! They showed up with 2 men for 1 day!! The rest of the job they pawed off to 1 guy and the guy needed to do the entire job by himself that took him nearly a month!
Support and horrible work!!! They men over promise and DON'T deliver. We hired this firm to do some new storm drains in our home which wasn't cheap (nearly 15k)
They would argue with us and alter the plans of this job. It was a reveal!
Our hot water heater broke at night and TLC not just responded but addressed our emergency needs promptly. Their staff came out the morning after. Our plumber was kind and quite knowledgable throughout the procedure. We were so impressed we requested them to take a look that we had had two firms assess and give us predictions on perviously. Both firms left us more confused about what had to be fixed once they left. TLC Plumbing. Since they abandoned, knew exactly what to do, fixed it economically, communicated prices and their approach throughout the procedure and I can say it has been all functioning perfect. We'll be calling them in the future and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.
The plumber, larry, came over during Christmas Eve and he was extremely professional and courteous. I expected someone but I was completely wrong.
Larry created a bad situation into a pleasant experience. He went above and beyond, he was conscientious as he travelled along as he was cleaning. The service I received from Larry was amazing and I would wholeheartedly recommend TLC plumbing. From now on they are my number one choice.
I have and will continue to be delighted to reccomend TLC for your plumbing requirements. Hope I dont want them but when I do I will give them a call
Amazing is exactly what I can say, my water heater blew making a mess. Immediately Thad sent plumbers and I called and even tho there was a rain storm, they came and remedied the issue and were educated. The team was amazing and washed up and were kind and helpful and attentive and they also had great sense of humor. I felt comfortable and confident in my home with them.
We had a main drain straight up, Dave showed up over half an hour called me back right away and had stuck over the hour. Service, price quoted was price kept us informed throughout process and charged. Thank you.
We feel they are not reputable and won't ever use them or recommend them.
We requested they come to fix a handle on toilet they did the handle replaced everything else inside tank. Today - in which looks is mechanics and a cheap inner valves, 7 months after, the valve valve is not functioning. $185 to get a flap valve. . .they had just installed 7 months earlier.
Great job. Answered phone at midnight. Came to my home at 0730. Analyzed the Issue. Cleaned my primary drain. And advocated a solution that I agreed with. Great guy.
