Rush Plumbing and Rooter

Rush Plumbing was phoned by me and was pleasantly surprised to receive a live man. Cheryl took care of me and answered the telephone immediately. In a few minutes I had an appointment set with Bill.
As I just bought a new (used) home I wanted Bill to have a walk thru with me to check all of the pipes. I was very impressed with Bill prices.

I find you get your business name because you are in a RUSH to run people over, in a RUSH to do a job and in a RUSH to rip customers off (according to a previous review!) Happy Holidays to you and yours. . .Wishing you more empathy in the brand new year!
Since the OWNER says that he does not care, I'm leaving this review. I'm walking in the parking lot at Target on Clinton Keith and I almost get hit while he yells from a parking stall (P.S.. You have no functioning inverse lights, jerk!!) . As I stand there and wait (perhaps your passenger should have guided your oversized business van out because you are apparently visually impaired). . You've never heard that pedestrians have the right of way. I tell you"No, but you should probably look before reversing" which you retort in return that I SHOULD LOOK WHERE I'M GOING! Hahahaha, how do you believe I'm not in the hospital right now?? Count your lucky stars because if I had been struck by you, you'd be in the incorrect! As I take my phone from my bag you tell me"Go ahead, I'm the owner!" So laughable that you run lack of respect you've got for human beings and a business with all the zero integrity.

I concentrate on testimonials that are positive, and frequently do not lightly place a review. Rush Plumbing and Rooter completed work on our house and left the area at a mess. They never returned to remove the framing for the concrete pour, then left a heap of concrete that was spilled in the yard area among other products. The work was completed and we have not had any recurring problems. I called the company to request the tech to contact me about the rest of the work to be completed (and told them one tech left a private headset). I never received a call . I would certainly not recommend this company.

Had a leaking pipe on a Sunday afternoon and had no clue who to phone. I am so glad I called Rooter & Rush Plumbing. I called and talked to a live person immediately instead of leaving a message and hoping somebody calls me back. He took my information and said he'd have somebody at my home in 1 hr. Joe showed up and was thorough and very professional. He took good care of the leak and even gave us a quotation for some other issues. Certainly conserving their amount for plumbing problems.

Hurry Plumbing is a great company, they fix my plumbing problem to get a price that was good and also showed up ahead of schedule.

Definitely have to recommend Rush Plumbing and Rooter for any pipes needs you have in the Murrieta/Temecula area!
Called Bill Zaiss, with all our sink to get an air gap problem. That he was personable and really polite when he came out. Instantly he was able to figure the issue out, and had the exact issue fixed in moments!
Cannot recommend his services !!! You won't wish to call another plumber.
He even took the opportunity to show me talk me and how to stop the issue in the future.

I will be referring everyone to Hurry Pipes. I had another fantastic experience with Garett and Bill installing my bathroom bathtub and redoing some plumbing..Friendly, knowledgable and fantastic workmanship. You will not be let down by picking Rush plumbing.

Bill came out and began work on a new (used) home we'd just purchased. . .toilets, leaky faucets,filtration system and on and on....Bill educated me every step of the way and didn't leave me at the dark like many plumbers....very very impressed....will be speaking Bill and using him ...
