As a part of an HOA Board Cass Plumbing was recommended by our home management firm. We decided to attempt Cass Plumbing Because we had bad experiences with the other local plumbing business in the last.
Eric jeff and Kevin were comprehensive and diligent at replacing three of our broken and leaking spigots. Two of spigots were not threaded, but welded on, and all 3 spigots were different dimensions. This can be in Hillcrest, Eric was fantastic about ordering spigots which"lock" to prevent the displaced from continuing to use our spigots. Jeff was knowledgeable and very experienced at eliminating and soldering on the new spigots and replacing the water to the other one, and Kevin (who had been an apprentice) was great about helping them and learning the trade.

We were known as by mike in Cass Plumbing as a follow up from our regular plumber. They replaced a part of our sewer line and dug up. It was a project that became larger than we'd expected. When the pipe has been excavated we found a larger problem. Mike came out on a Saturday to review and discuss our options. The work was performed with excellence Gabe and by Eduardo. They cleaned up and returned the landscaping into the way it was found by them. The bill came as quoted with no surprises. They were there when they had been scheduled and everyone was friendly and courteous. The price was fair. I'll recommend them to anyone for tasks small and large. It was nice to see Eduardo's daddy working for the pride and the company they showed in their work. Great group of workers.

I called Cass Plumbing & Heating for a second opinion to fix my kitchen drain clog. Turns out I had. Mike and Philip was They were super fast, friendly and educated workers! The pipe was replaced and 65 feet of snaking complete within an hour. I'll always call Cass !

What a pleasant experience! Jeremy returned my email query promptly and has been upfront. He offered a plumber to come the following day between 12 - 2pm. Mike showed up early (around 11:30) that was great. He was fast considerate and thorough. He installed the brand new part and explained me his repairs. Our office has employed another plumbing company and had a few unpleasant encounters with both pricing and service. Today's encounter was a breath of fresh air! I really enjoy great customer service and we're going to be calling for each of our future plumbing requirements on the Cass team!

My mattress (floor beneath the kitchen) was drenched and there wasn't any proof that it had been coming out of the fridge. Jose and called Cass came to the rescue. As it had been such a slow but continuous drip on wood flooring it had been unnoticeable - except to Jose. Well long story short he remained from Aztec until the guys showed up but isn't likely to be coming out to reinstall the point - and fix the drains under the sink that got knocked about and loosened by the painter no less. Ug. . Home improvements stink. Unless you use Cass Plumbing:)
My very first experience with Cass was when I had a flood in my bedroom. They came out determined the leak was from under the ground and by breaking concrete instead of turning it to a massive project they suggested running a copper line. Not only was . When does that occur? Yea! Jose! He did such a fantastic job very fast and professionally.

Cass recently replaced. They managed coordination with SDGE the permit along with the two gentlemen who did the job were professional and friendly. Cost was honest and they only did what they had to - not a massive expansion of extent as recommended by another plumber that is well-known. Exceptional experience and I'll definitely call them.

I recommend Cass Plumbing, and notably their plumber Mike. I phoned companies on replacing my gas water heater with a tankless electric model As soon as my water heater failed. Among the firms tried to take advantage of my lack of warm water with an almost laughably quote for the work. Cass Plumbing, on the other hand, managed to schedule a rapid replacement, and gave me a reasonable estimate. Mike's service was amazing; he not installed the unit, but talked me through how to execute the maintenance to remove lime deposits. As part of the work, I'd asked him to install a water pressure regulator for my own home, and he not only performed the setup, but also found and published a rebate form from the town of San Diego to save me money on the part. All around great service!

I will be going to them 15, Should I get a decision in the matter.
Could not be more pleased with this company. As I rent I have little control over who my landlord chooses to send over, but I am glad they picked Cass Plumbing.
Not only did they fix my two supported they went beyond and over with there support. When there was a slight scheduling hick up (my fault, not theirs) they sent someone out from the office instantly. Jeremy was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Do not use this business!
Eventually, after calling a week after, Jeremy (owner or manager) sent me an email basically stating that neither Derek or Mike utilized anything aside from a screwdriver (wow, that screwdriver Mike used certain made some racket) and both men said there's not any way they caused any harms. mind was closed in by case.
I replied to his email, suggesting that asking the employees concerning the harm is probably the least efficient way to get the fact (Mike was the plumber who did the work once the chips were induced ) and that I would be bringing this into the HOA. Pretty remarkable to me that, as a recommended seller for a complicated of units that are 315, no supply to inspect the shower has been made.
We agreed on a return date (Monday) for the capsule to be installed. When a plumber could arrive, I called Cass on Monday to fasten the time. I was told that Derek was off that day, but Mike was available. After that afternoon mike came. He also installed the water controls and the capsule worked well.
I just want to share an unpleasant experience.
I have to call a grout repair business to reseal the areas which are now subject to water absorption (no doubt will be at least $100) and still owe Cass a total of $578.03
Cass Plumbing and Heat sent out derek after my call. He and I met to our 315 unit condo complex. I mentioned that I usually meet workmen because locating my unit is a bit challenging, as we walked into my unit. I should've just sent him on his way in that stage, but figured he didn't realize the finer points of customer services and maybe was young. He opened the walk in shower wall and discovered the"capsule" indoors, which he explained as no longer workable, full of sediment. He called somebody for a part that was brand new. He advised me that the part was costing Cass $245 and that he"didn't know" what Cass will be charging me for it as it was installed another week.
Later in the afternoon, I went in to the shower and noticed flakes of the natural stone. I wrapped them and picked the batter up. Since it seemed to be crap on the vanity my cleaning woman tossed out the tissue.
I had occasion to call a plumbing outfit to fix a shower fixture that controlled the water's temperature.
I called Cass and told them about the issue in a conversation I had with them over the purchase price of the cartridge they were charging me ($382.43) for the part which cost them 245. I talked with a woman who asked for me to send pics of the chips in the stonework. I did that and they're attached to this email. She let me know that Cass was"ignoring" my bill by $39.25 because of the obvious overcharge on the"cartridge"

Our bathroom sink was stopped up. We thought it was from the origins entering the pipes like it had done previously. I'd called Cass Plumbing and was told the person would be there the next morning. So I'd be home I took the day off. Nobody showed up, next day. Cass Plumbing was phoned by me and was told the plumber was granted the message. They couldn't tell me when he'd arrive.
Tired of waiting for Cass Plumbing into show-up, I picked up the phone and called Mr. Rooter. Noe, from Mr. Rooter was in my house in less that two hours. He gave me a few repair choices. I opted with the full replacement. Mr. Rooter did an excellent job. I was so delighted.
As Cass Plumbing it's now for and I haven't heard from them. My recommendation don't waste your time with Cass Plumbing.

We'd Cass come out for some plumbing issues we've had from Day 1 with our residence. Others have attempted to mend them.
The Cass staff fixed them on the first try. This can be our plumbing firm from here on out!

That was cake, although I anticipated that needing to get out a plumber here would be a huge hassle. I can say that they were quick, friendly, and professional, although I have no clue what they charge since our landlord gets charged.
The glory of renting a home is that you don't need to pay for repairs, but in addition, it suggests that you are at the mercy. Our toilet suddenly started leaking all around the ground, so I called our landlord, that got me in touch with Cass Plumbing. He has used them and said they would be able to have things. The lady I talked to at the workplace was amazingly pleasant and helpful. She placed me on hold to call one of her guys out in the field and she was able to get him to my home in under 30 minutes. The plumber, juan, was mended the leak, and prompt, professional.

Excellent service, very considerate. Got the work and were very clean. Plus a super cute worker came to help..kinda wish I had more escapes.

We had and one plumber arrived and could not clear it. He left a big mess. He was also quite rude and negative about the job. Obviously , we allow Cass Plumbing understand about it the following day and they apologized and sent a person. I offer a 5 star rating for Jose'! He unclogged the drain and patiently explained to me what had occurred (eggshells shouldn't go in the disposal) He kindly pointed out a few things which should also be looked at (a water heater air pipe that has been cracked) but didn't place any pressure on or make me feel ignorant. Because kindness, knowledge and of the patience of Jose', I would recommend Cass Plumbing and Heating. The only real reason I can not offer a total of 5 stars is because of the negative experience with the call, though Jose' did everything humanly possible to counteract that. Thank you Jose'

I have utilized Cass Plumbing 3 times. They have always been fast and fair. They mended a faucet I would have believed replacement. . Which would have been a lot more cash for them. I trust these folks. Thank you Cass.

We predicted the direction of our building and we've been having this particular sewage smell problem for weeks and they gave some to call.
After nearly two months we had to call them to check the sewage problem that is , and Oscar was sent to check pipes or the sink where the problem is coming from. And he also check the pipes on the roof to make sure the smell is not coming from pipes. And I was told since the building management doesn't wish to shell out money to address this stinky sewage smell problem, that what they can do would be just temporary. (Nice They will charge our building management and not us)
We scheduled an appointment and predicted CASS Plumbing and it was Jeremy who replied and chose the appointment. I was a bit upset coz of that stinky smell but he was nice and respectful and did not respond with attitude (thank you). He arrived to fix the problem. He did what he can do to solve it and clarified where the problem is coming from. He clarified that there's something that should be done to address the 18, before he left and our building administration will be discussed to by him. I was told that it is not 100% warranty that the smell won't come back.

It is pleasant also to schedule appointment and to talk with them, discuss the problem, they listen and they're very professional. Reliable, Fantastic customer support. They are Highly Recommended by us and can use them again.
