I am grateful that Percy managed to come out on a Sunday day following my pfister shower valve had busted all of a sudden. After only texting a picture percy identified the problem immediately. He has been exceptionally diligent with his work and was professional. We were satisfied and will contact E-Z Plumbing.

UPDATE AGAIN, However they did not show up this morning, and did not answer a few of my phone calls or text messages.
This will be my final time. I was not being rude to them, I said after they called me, Is that being impolite, I want to cancel the appointment?
I called to book a consultation. And we both agreed on the appointment .

I am a realtor so town engineer can be needed to be rescheduled and this inspection is required by the town. What do I need to do to bring clients to their company???
I am attaching screenshots of phone call history, this text massage and email verification here. Like I mentioned before, email and text messages was delivered by me after I spoke to them. They never mentioned I shall expect a confirmation number BTW.
I called them sent email to them, and delivered text message for them to affirm the appointment. I still don't know what else I could do if that is not enough. Especially when there's city engineer involved, they ought to demonstrate a little bit more respect for other's time and efforts. I showed up on time, wind up working with a different neighborhood sewer business, which is ideal, and deliver everything needed for the inspection, and the town engineer/ inspector found it easy and pleasant to work with also.
Thing is, they deleted the comment of my review after I post the first UPDATE below. The three pictures weren't included by my first review, therefore that I left fake review on their page, and in their first comment they stated they have never been contacted by me and they're going to utilize weapon against me. But I did not take screenshot of their comment that is impolite. BE AWEAR, you'd love to keep every record possible if you will deal with them.

Their comment was deleted by them after my UPDATE review together with those because they know I have proof of our phone call conversations, messages and email that I sent to them. They cannot say I am lying. So they post this comment that is new here.
I shared my own personal experience . I don't want to hurt their standing if they provide support that is professional and reasonable. Look at the other"bad" reviews also. All I want to say is that this experience did occur to me, and how they manage it isn't professional also.

I can not think what happened just today. I sent them several text messages to the appointment this morning and called them a few times, and they never got back to me. I texted him my address and that I wanted to call him to confirm if he got my text. 5 calls and more text afterwards. No reply. This was the good part. My messages seemed "READ" on my phone and still no response.

Just like with almost any contractors, make sure you call around to receive quotes and see who can find the job finished. I called being 1 of these. A guy picked up the phone which number is recorded on yelp. I told him my issue about toilet and laundry water. He said he could do it for about $250. Awesome! He said he could come by around 6PM.
I sent and called message to him.
I gave him my info and this business is"text" friendly. They. . .are not.

I have house and a company and Percy from EZ plumbing hasn't disappointed me. He has always came when called to get any job little or big done. He came on a holiday once and had reasonable costs to resolve the two toilets and drains. Percy I've been using their services is strongly recommended by me.

Percy did a trenchless sewer lateral replacement in Palo Alto for me and I would have discovered any work had been done, if I hadn't seen the images! This trenchless technology is amazing. Saved me thousands on excavation and landscaping costs others quoted and it was done in a couple of days. Percy repaired a toilet issue with some replacement components which other plumbers said required an entirely new toilet - for being a fair professional thank you. Cost was totally reasonable for the job. I'd recommend having Percy estimate any plumbing needs even if just for another opinion.
