1 shower escape and 4 visits later, the shower still leaks. After the very first time, it was supposedly fixed by them, I had the ceiling fixed beneath the leak. Quite disappointed that their inability to correct a water flow has cost me many hundreds of dollars in paying them paying for the damages. The 4th time they have been outside and they finally identify the problem and let me replace the entire shower that's fine, but I'd have liked to know that the very first, or even the next time!

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for a Wednesday at 1pm. They called me to tell me that they needed to reschedule and that 2 plumbers ahd not shown up that afternoon. I rescheduled for the next Tuesday for after 1pm. They predicted a 1:54pm 3 times in a row, but I missed the call. I returned the call and they stated they had sent the plumber to a different residence. So after taking 2 afternoons off of work I am searching for a more specialist firm.

I paid to have them test a smell associated with my guest bathroom, and they could not tell me where it came out.
I also have my new dryer and had a gas valve installed in my laundry room and moved into a house. The valve seems to function fine, so I cannot complain there. On the other hand, the dryer just spun around garments and was not getting hot. The two plumbers could not figure out why the dryer was not heating up and said to find another new dryer. After a month I received my dryer, and the issue happened. A different plumber was called by me, and he managed to diagnose the issue and fix it. The valve from the laundry area to the exterior was painted shut. Super simple fix and super harmful to have a dryer running which was ventilated. So I moved over a month without a dryer because two technicians could not be bothered to check a port.

Two experiences with this business. First visit was to diagnose a flow. They identified the problem which was concealed from sight and suggested a solution for preventing problems in the future. Second visit was to fix the leak and install a brand new joint to wash my pipes. Showed up on time and last price was $150 less than quoted. I replaced together with the way to clean my pipes for preventative maintenance and was shown the busted pipe which was leaking. Upon entering our home each time courteous workers who removed their shoes. Can not say enough positive things about my expertise. It is wonderful to know I have a trustworthy and expert plumbing company for the long run. Fantastic work guys.

Earl's Plumbing (Mike) came out to perform a video inspection for a house I was looking on purchasing. I went from their recommendation that there weren't any breaks in the plumbing line. So I renovated, bought the property and'm now selling into a potential buyer. The buyer had their own testimonials done by a different company who was capable and two fractures were found by them under the slab.

I had the valves in my shower replaced by Earl's on January 12th, 2018. It had been necessary to go into the wall to repipe the manifold, which supposed that tile function would need to get done. The invoice was paid in full following The conclusion of their work. I notified Earl's that the tile work was finished, and called the following Monday morning, the 15th, and wished to get the technicians to reunite and place the kit in. A person would be out Wednesday the 17th, although I had been told that they were occupied. I was called Wednesday morning and advised the guys couldn't come outside, but would be outside Thursday the 18th although that because of road. Got afternoon and was told that they couldn't be out until Thursday because of being busy fixing pipes throughout the city by the 34, the 26th. I said that this was unacceptable, and bullshit. The lady on the phone (Sharon) instantly got hysterical and said that it had been the best they could do. I hung up and called back and asked for the manager. The guy who answered the phone listened to my explanation and said someone would be out that day, Friday the 19th. So I waited until the plumbers and that afternoon came back, but they needed! They believed it had been left with me! They left to visit a plumbing provide to get the kit. I received a call at the workplace who advised me that they didn't have the part, but would get it be here on Monday the 22nd, from Bruce. I was shocked however, had not choice but to state ok. Thus today, Monday the 22nd, I get they will not be back until Thursday the 26th! I had been angry that I said ok. After thinking about it for awhile I asked to speak to the manager, and again called back, irate. I advised him that the 26th was dumb and I wanted it done now and got Bruce. He said someone would be out tomorrow the 23rd. No response from Bruce. I said that I see someone tomorrow morning. We shall see.
Please try to avoid this company at all costs. The workplace is incompetent, and will tell you anything, although the plumbers that really perform the work are fine.

They helped us figure out the issue with an add-on lineup that the original owner installed. There wasn't much they can do about the bellies at the lineup that had grown over time, short of relaying the lineup and digging it up. After per year around the holidays, we have online cleans out. Portion of an older home with lots of trees of the cost.
When we need plumbing work done in the house, we flip to Earl's Plumbing. Having an older house, we need someone who understands their plumbing. Fittings and the cast iron piping present a problem for many plumbers. They are there the day the next day, or at worst, we predict.

Charged me $45 to provide a quote to me. Included in the quote was for bringing my own gasoline vent up to code $400. They stated they could not complete the work for unless the vent was up to code, they were phoned by me. I called 2 more plumbers and told them I would consider it. They tried to charge me $400 to change something that would require the average man 15 minutes and it wasn't actually necessary. They are either incompetent or dishonest. Either way I would not let them back into my property.

They did a great job. Came out and unclogged a water line to my tenants bathroom, also did a little work. Checked out a leak in my bathroom, discovered it was due to a roofing issue. Had the roofing re-done this past year, so the roofers will come fix their mistake.

Anyhow, I have found a respectable firm that advised me. Good luck, Earl's, if that is your attitude towards clients, subsequently, you might not be busy later on.

Called to get estimate on pipes job and was advised that they might give estimate when somebody became accessible and they had no time . Must be nice to have so much business for what might have been a job which you can not schedule quotes.

We Are Living in Metairie near the lake. All everybody in Metairie, Kenner, and New Orleans near the lake will have plumbing pipe difficulties at some point, where beneath slab fixes need to be carried out. We knew we had issues, so we and Cheryl and Erika fulfilled to go over the beginning to end of having plumbing replaced, with an estimate. We had Earl's come to videotape pipes, tunneling, and fix everything under the home. All their workers are professional, considerate, and do not do"shortcuts", etc.. We also have used them for line issues. I'll highly recommend them to anybody in the Greater New Orleans area, who want a top job done efficiently, and up to code.

After suffering from multiple"Rooter" company servicing invoices over many years for continuing home drainage and water distribution problems, we contracted with Earl's Plumbing and Heating to accomplish significant repairs and rerouting. Certainly, the employees in Earl's are stellar. From the initial quote to follow-up and the servicing, we're elated to have had a group of professionals eventually solve our problems.
