Sidney came to install my new gas kitchen equipment for my own restaurant. Stuart services is. I have an old house with a lot of problems and Stuart fixes it right the first time. When they said they will, they show up, and I have not had any problems with their job. I am ready to pay more I agree that they are not the cheapest, but they're great when they say that they will and they show up.

I predicted Stuart Services a week for a few small tasks . A faulty socket was replaced by jimmy and then offered to look at the electric panel for me personally. I'm so glad he did. My panel was full of rust and rust. Somehow rain had leaked into the panel. He presented several options to me and I chose to have the panel etc replaced and scheduled the job to occur in a few weeks. That he was able to rearrange his schedule and well, long story short, I called him and set up the panel etc on Monday. Rather than waiting until the installation date his coworker and jimmy worked together to perform the replacement on Monday. Thanks for Jimmy and everyone in Stuart Services!

I called Stuart Services on Monday afternoon and Mark and Joe were in my home the day. A fast inspection led them to determine that they had to bring in their jetter to clean out the main line. The next morning they were in a short period and back had everything working good again.
Two days before we get home guests for Mardi Gras... and I come to realize that our main sewer line to the street is backing up to the alley. UGH!

My parents called Stuart Services to replace their own water heater. $3,000.00 later they had a new one!!!! What a business model: Use your customers.

MUCH MORE Expensive. I got a call two days later and he awakened the payment and asked for the card numbers again. I've called my regular guys and their charges are much reduced for fixing the issues (Not only adding Freon). GET AND SAVE YOUR TIME guys give you a quote.
Its been 3 weeks and also the freon is going low again (When it had been fixed by previos tech, it lasted for nearly a year) I REGRET moving together for this AC.
I had them come to refill the Freon. If the service is done when called the lady said that $49 service call fee will be waived. By adding Freon the support was performed by technician. However, did not waive the service call fee. He explained its only for additional support when asked. He wasn't interested in fixing the issues, rather kept on selling fresh HVAC system costing over 8k. When I specifically asked for the cost to learn the freon flow in the machine, he quoted $350 only for testing (PS. And kept on selling new AC system. My AC is all about 15 years old and doesn't justify for replacement.

My ac went out following Christmas. I was happy to see Mike he's been to my place. I had an unusual problem of having a mouse in my unit that wasn't pleasant but Mike did an amazing job and rewired and altered several parts and it was good as new. Mike courteous, is great and has great customer service skills. I recommend Stuart Services when necessary.

Before they came, they explained that I must turn off the AC complete morning (87F out ). He explained that he need to charge $250 for diagnosis, Following the technician came. Do not believe their website, they said they only cost $50 for the excursion.
Terrible terrible service! My air conditioner had an issue on Tuesday. Nevertheless, they sent me the technician afternoon. The matter is my AC external unit did not work.
They have the technicians, want you to reinstall the AC system that is entire and just can't fix the issues. Terrible terrible service!
That was not the worst part. He explained that there wasn't any issue with my AC after he checked everything, but he could not provide a warranty unless I pay $ 5,700 to alter the interior unit. My AC worked at that moment. So I thought everything was good. On the other hand, the problem comes. The business said they can do the diagnosis with $450 for diagnosis.

My boyfriend called them, On a Monday, prior to a guest came on a classic claw footed bath, on Wednesday, as we needed a faucet change. He was unable to eliminate it, himself. Employing the faucet that he bought, changing both feeds to the faucet,with brass and galvanized fixtures, less than ten inches worth of pipe along with an hour's labor,along with some mess left behind, $789 billed. This caused unnecessary strife, between myself and my partner. This was an outrageous cost-My suggestion here, is to say you need something done in a hurry-this is a clear example how companies make the most, when there's a time crunch.

Unquestionably among the companies I have yet dealt with. We purchased a whole house air conditioning/heating unit from Stuart Services, and the price will immediately get your attention as anyone will tell you. Attempting to protect our investment we purchased a Maintenance Package consisting of two inspection checks per year. This past Thursday Stuart Services called to inform us they would be unable to make the appointment that was scheduled, which makes this is the scheduled appointment this season, cancelled. We've been attempting to get the Summer care check since April, it is now August. It's clear that convincing customers to buy their own Maintenance Bundle is only a gimmick to take money enriching the company and having on providing the services understood in their Maintenance 37, not intentions.

Called for same day appointment. Appointment confirmed for Noon. Phone call to state they were not capable to send somebody after all. Extremely abandoned me and unprofessional house waiting for service and then having to scramble to receive my problem resolved. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Had an emergency electric scenario, to yet to make the fix they developed a quote. I had to fix it because it was my tenant's apartment. I figured at that price it would be done. Guess what - he never did!

We had a bad kitchen and Stuart Services was the only company prepared to come out that day to provide help. Josh was my service tech, and he could not have been more professional. He worked quickly, cleaned everything up, and has been done in about half an hour. He pointed out gave me a quotation, also stated it would be good for the next year if I made a decision to go forward.
While their pricing sounded a little high, this is a weekend ergency,' and waiting until later in the week was not an option. I paid, in part, for advantage, and I did not have a issue with that. They do work, give you a cost upfront before they therefore are easy to do business with, and begin.

I obviously should have read the reviews but ended up declining their service. New Years eve is a bad day to have problem whenever there's freezing cold. I believe most of the reviews below are probably accurate: some of the employees can be very friendly (especially the scheduler/office staff). As not having A/C around July 4th is an alternative, I have gotten two estimates and utilized them only the very first time. Both instances, the costs were astronomical. After my quotation for service, I found that a Plumber to do what Stuart quoted at $2300 for about $1500. Stuart did not give me some choices regarding size, quantity, or brand for my water heater, and the cost for install and some code requirements was tremendous. Assuming it is never desperate or desperate, I don't think I'll be using them .

Don't trust Stuart Services, especially for AC repair. They offered $349 to get a new fan motor saying we needed another one of the specific model. Another technician installed a generic one.
Don't trust this company and do not pay for any work without getting at least one quote.
Issues were legion. Firstthey did clean the unit, simply idly ran the hose over it.
Secondly, they replaced the capacitor without replacing the fan motor, guaranteeing both would burn out.
The $7,700 quote wasn't necessary according to a different technician and, worse, was a full $4,000 over market value. I have one estimate for two vouchers in the mail for ones for as low as $ 3,500 and $ 3,700 for such a unit.
They treated us fairly in 2012 when we needed a hot water heater replaced, but they charged us $249 clean the unit and then to displace a capacitor, when we called them for an AC fix. They gave a quote for $ 7,700 to replace the unit to us.
Very sad considering I had a fantastic relationship with them.
