Chris was extremely considerate, professional and thorough. The issue was explained by him, and gave us a few choices. One was not but could save us dough. The other was a fix but would've been tough for us this time. We went together with the option, and he made sure it worked. He explained exactly what he did, and it resolved our issue. He did bring some items that we might want to consider later on. No pressure in any way. He cleaned up after himself, thanked us for calling & he had been on his way.
Death, having to call a plumber at the worst possible time and taxes. I moved on Yelp, tried one man. I expect he's knee deep in sewage. So seemed a little more & discovered these people. They had been set to come , I had the day off. A hour or so before they callled & stated they wouldn't be able to be there till afterwards due to a mad day with emergencies. I let them know I had child care concerns and informed them I had a window that is restricted. They worked together with me, when I informed them I'd be back, and their plumber arrived.
I believe the real measure of a service supplier that is trustworthy is disclosing all of the options . It is clear to us that Chris & East Coast Plumbing do business the ideal way. And for this reason, we will place them at the top of the list. But I trust we don't need to phone them again.
Cannot say enough good things about crew Don and solutions. Efficient, thorough and professional even after being given bad advice by me! They had been there when they stated they ready and would be. Thanks guys!
To call I've only owned for 2 decades - these guys! Extremely professional and friendly. I was advised by them but got all working and running for a minimal fee on a day with lots of requests.

Been using them.for over 10 years from. Simple plumbing issues into having a new bathtub set up they had been great staff, to having all my plumbing shifted was owner was about the website that the techs were all friendly and knowledgeable Location
Called them on Friday, they said they would come the first thing in Monday at 7:30am. I waited until 10:00am, no one showed up. I called them and was told someone will arrive in the hours. I phone calls, no one showed up and waited until 3:00 pm. I called a different plumbing firm, they arrived in an hour I would wasted my entire day off. Until now when I'm writing, there is no phone calls from this company. I wouldn't use any of the services from the future! The one star rating is a must to conserve this review, otherwise I would give them a zero star rating.
They're the plumbers around! They came super fast to get a emergency out. They were upfront about pricing and never charged extra and the task was done super fast. I recommend them to everybody
I don't have a regular plumber in our area, and so I went through facebook, google and online to find one in Milford and stumbled upon East Coast Plumbing - they Attempted to come out Another day but could Not so they came on a Saturday to review the Problems and Also give us a quote, they came Monday morning on time and did the job Fast and stuck into the original quote which was Fine - I highly recommend them though Expect we won't Want a plumber Everywhere soon, glad we found a Good one - The Gorens
