Nonetheless, it's the time that actually sealed it for me personally. We had been outside of country and our hot water heater burst. We had yet another plumber install a brand new water heater. We were on a Saturday night and we needed to get warm water in our place by noon to get a family that rent our location. We got yet another hot water heater Henry was there to pull on the hot water heater and replace it. He saved our bacon! He replaced it and also discovered the gas valve was leaking. Then the company did not charge us !! They took pity on us having to install 2 heaters:)
I've used them twice and both times they've been amazing. Prompt, courteous, honest and professional. The first time they found a leaking pipe in the exterior wall of our condo complex. I really don't know how they did it, however, they discovered it did ONE exploratory search, zeroing in on the leak.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I'm a designer so get to meet many companies. When a flow under the slab was detected A couple of months ago while working with a client on a whole renovation we had a setup. After consulting with two or three plumbers since this was not the initial flow, the choice was made to update all the pipes from the home. Pacific Plumbing gave us the best price and were efficient and prompt. The job was done nicely in a timely way.

Excellent customer service and very professional business. I worry that I am being taken advantage of when I want plumbing work done. Pacific Coast Plumbing mended a sink and three bathrooms at price and came out I called.

EXCELLENT customer service-from Noelle, the girl answering the telephone, to Jessie, the man fixing my plumbing. Pacific Coast Plumbing made a scenario. I'd certainly use them again!

Full disclosure: I did not possess Pacific Coast come out for a project -- they charge simply to send someone out to provide an estimate. All other solutions in my field were prepared to come out to inspect free of charge. It's the principal that concerned me although understandably any fee could be boiled to a service speed. Without knowing what extent and the diagnosis is do I commit? 3 stars since I expected a customer experience that is much better up front.

Simple to make appointment. Plumber showed up on time. Not able to replace crap disposal (a fairly normal item) He'd used the previous 2 . This is a rental. I do some repairs for tenant. He said master sink leaked. Took it apart but did not have. He said not to worry it'd last and he'd order part. 5 minutes after that he left my tenant turned to the water and the handle broke (things happen, I understand). I called him would he please return and mend. Sorry busy!!! I would need to wait 5 days for him to return and look at! Called asked to talk to manager. He never called me back. He relayed message through the individual that answers the telephone it would be at least a week. The part had to be special. The morning after called a different plumber came out. I waited to write review to make sure last plumber was right and is working nicely. Yes, all is working nicely.

I'd had Pacific Coast Plumbing out in the past to support my water heater so I called again when I had a problem. On Friday (before the Monday) at 4:00pm that they called to inform me that they had to reschedule and could not fit me in before the next Friday.... SERIOUSLY! I explain that I had waited 10 days but the lady didn't seem to care. I would need to go somewhere else she said when I informed her. . "OK have a nice day!" And set the phone down. This is not good customer support and certainly not any way. I did move somewhere else.

My wife & I came here from Canada 3 days ago to spend time with our son. He is just settling into a new house when I found water coming from the ceilings in areas on the floor & happened to be out of town. Not knowing anybody here we achieved to the real estate agent my son bought his house from. Her expertise is just another story. I called Nick who set me in touch with his office, I spoke. Within a half an hour Marco showed up at the house, did his job like a professional & abandoned. Fantastic job, great people & on top of a great cost.

Good Service!I phoned their office viewing trouble I had been having with my tankless water heater on a Saturday afternoon. Nick responded to my phone within about 5 minutes and has been really helpful to me personally. I would like to commend him on his fast and friendly service!

Unbelievable experience and service even on Sunday and a Saturday! The gas company closed the gas off leaving my spouse and kids with no hot water over the weekend and discovered a leak. We called Nick to discuss the problem and he was able to have Marco come outside to assist us. Marco stayed here for seven hours on Super Bowl Sunday to obtain a problem.
I will advocate Pacific to any of my buddies and they have a customer for life.

Excellent support! I got an appointment within the week, along with the plumber came 5 minutes before the scheduled time. My problem was. The plumber got the water flowing over 55 minutes, maintaining down my service bill to 1 hour worth. I would definitely call them again.

We hired Pacific Coast Plumbing to set up a new rainwater drain pipe which required an anchor which they drilled to the garage ceiling of our 18 unit underground garage complicated. Regrettably they drilled through our fire alarm conduit. Nick reacted to our claim for repair to the shorted fire alarm wires by saying it was an unforeseen illness, not an oversight on their role and so they do not feel that they were negligent in their work since the fire alarm was concealed in the cement. We won't be using their services and disagree. Something to be aware of before hiring them.

They came right away to repair my gasoline leak. Professional, good to deal with, and comprehensive. Plus followed .

Wow! They arrived in and unclogged the kitchen sink and following day it was clogged again. I called them and the told me that they don't offer warranty on such service. Since the plumber clearly did not did a good work, that is so bad. I o pay again $100 and to get repaired and have to call an organization that may fix my problem correctly and paid a plus. If you have a kitchen sink don't call this company. Perhaps which are great although not with clogged pipes. Horrible policy !!!!!!

This would have been more believable hadn't Noelle called me on the day.
Called to see about getting someone come by to take a look at our sump pumps. Noelle initially offered to schedule a visit for next week; I asked if we might be able to do it sooner and we agreed afternoon, between 4 and 2. Well, back rolled with no visit and no phone call, so I left a message and called their. A few minutes ago, my wife got a call asserting that they"were running late and had the wrong phone number," thus their inability to fulfill their commitment.
Suggest you try someone else. Not showing up - and then not bothering to explain why (and giving a questionable explanation when called for it) is really bad form rather than deserving of my enterprise. Ever. Period.

I believe they are the very best plumbers...!!
I phoned Pacific Coast Plumbing to install all plumbing components and a master bedroom vanity. Support during and the Client service was incredible.

I can't say enough good things about Nick, Marco, and Pacific Coast Plumbing. We had a gas leak in our home due to faulty work done by a different plumber that is contracted. Nick did everything he could to accommodate our needs as quickly as possible. Marco spent hours of his Sunday turned back on. There were no short cuts. No BS. I would highly recommend this firm.

Fantastic reasonable rates and service! My 30 year-old water heater began leaking this morning - I phoned Pacific Coast Plumbing at 9:30am and that they had a plumber at my place by Noon. Edwin provided onsite company that was great, he had the old water heater out and the new one ordered from the day's close. Quotes were supplied by the office staff immediately and helped me schedule the setup. Very fantastic service! I'll definitely call them .

Noelle called to ask if she could proceed one hour to the time when the previous job appeared to be running long. No problem!
I had a semi-emergency, with a drain. Now if they could get someone out, I inquired Noelle. She stated she would check and call me right back. Almost apologetically, she stated they might have someone outside between 11 and 12:00. Great!
I am adding a review of my second experience. Noelle mans their telephone and she's as good as her word. You can count on it, if she says she'll call you back within five minutes.

Pacific Coast Plumbing has a handy place on PCH across the 24HR fitness. They have a great team - reliable and competent.
I phoned Pacific Coast Plumbing to re-route a cold water pipe due to a slab escape. They could install the pipe quickly and economically. The ceremony was incredibly professional, so I asked if they could go a ejector - another job. They completed that job and I'm thrilled to finally do this.
