Highly recommend. Professional and comprehensive. When it was 95, our AC expired on Sunday afternoon. They were though 24/7 is advertised as by the businesses. We had taken bids from them along with a few other companies to get a new AC unit which we understood was only a matter of time. We bought a carrier unit which was moderately priced with the other businesses. Following the tech who responded night got it operating on band aids, thank god it was in the 90's after sunset, he costed our unit. The company sent out a team Monday morning and installed new unit in 4 hours. Their new go to AC company. Plus they have A+ BBB evaluations. Refreshing to see there is some customer responsive AC companies-out there. Like obtaining service from school car lot salesmen concerned about selling than mending the rest are. We were quite happy with Easy AC.
* During a"tune-up/inspection," a cable came loose and caused only heat to come from unit
Based on our expertise, we wouldn't recommend Easy A/C to anybody. The quality of service we received from the technician in addition to direction was horrible. We predicted Easy A/C to do tune-up & a test of our AC & air handlers once we purchased our house. We have 2 air handlers for our big house & two AC units. The technician spent (in hindsight) a suspiciously much longer quantity of time on a single unit than the other. He then tried difficult to sell us after telling us that our equipment functioned properly. He informed us that our atmosphere filters dissuaded us against cleaning and did not need changing for another couple of months. Two days after, the air handler (that was worked on considerably longer) would just push hot air. A distinct technician came out and his gear pointed to some malfunctioning reversing valve that was deep from the AC unit that couldn't have been touched during the first appointment. We were notified that they'd want a $1000 part and that oldest it could be installed was the following week. He left with no instructions and the heat running about how best to stop it.
To Summarize:
I predicted Easy A/C asking to speak to some manager/owner after getting this feedback from the second company. The secretary rudely told us that our anger was unfounded and that the supervisor was unreachable. We were told that the owner was on vacation and didn't need to be bothered after informing her that we will be informing the BBB. With the secretary, we settled that once the proprietor was back in the office, when we received a call in 2 days, we'd wait to inform the BBB. It has now been two weeks and I've yet to receive a call back. As promised, I'm writing a review of the experience that is dreadful from Easy A/C and will submit a report of fraud into the BBB.
* Direction didn't care for a customer getting service from their company.
We are happy we did and chose to call another company. The company came out after ten minutes of testing, he had mastered any gear malfunctioning. How could the heat be coming out? He guessed maybe it was only bad wiring (rodents or something). Our air handler opened up the cable responsible for switching the unit dropped from a coupling. It only slid out and was. It had evidence of being properly twisted in the coupling in precisely the exact same pattern as its other wires but it had been definitely disconnected from its brothers. Easy A/C had seemed to loosen/disconnect that cable in the air handler (the device that required the most quantity of time) during that first service. Once the cables were properly twisted straight 14, the problem was fixed. The company informed us that since the device was still under manufacture warranty when the valve was bad, the component should not have cost $1000. We were told that it was time to substitute our atmosphere filters and he just did not need to complete that part of the service we paid.
* Technician refused to test if they had to be replaced, each of air filters to Find out
* Another company fixed the issue and came out. This other company mentioned something seems VERY shady here especially since the device was still under MFG warranty (Possible Fraud?) As well as the technical was out 2 days before
* New technology was dispatched, I had been informed that it was a product malfunction and that I had to pay $1000 to them fix the unit and to purchase a part that was new.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
* Individual answering the telephone said that"due to it raining the technician was not able to fully support the root cause of the issue," but admitted that the technician must have identified a loose cable inside the air handler, when it is situated within the home.
When our unit expired, the organization was there for my loved ones. Your staff took care of us. My issue we had a four hour window, pre arranged the details for what and contacts laid out with agent. Nevertheless you call my mobile left two messages that I was not able to obtain until after my shift. You stated that the technician came not at two. No one stated they will not come it had been 630pm when he called and if it rains and raining. He said we would have to reschedule? We will not and I won't ever call your business. My husband's whole day waiting for no one was wasted by you. For this is the reason why I give you star....RUDE!
Had an $11 k 3.0 Carrier unit put in my 2500 sq feet home.
My home can not be cooled by this unit and it's much loader than my neighbors 10+ yr old unit.
This was April'18... told it was very quiet and productive.
Be warned this has been a horrible experience!!
I attempted on a Saturday and they did not have anyone available to come out and look at our A.C. called again Monday and set an appointment for Wednesday. They called the next day to cancel it. I gave up on them. They do as they advertise NOT offer you service.
We moved to the region that was westchase over two years back, the very first month that our atmosphere went out luckily the unit was under warranty, and David Charret, our support person, was to the rescue. David, is considerate, thoughtful, on-time, for all of us!!! and goes beyond the call of support David, continues to be our support person since, and We are Cool, and so happy.

They sent out among the techs and he was able to find out the matter. Apparently, a hose was knocked loose. From the yard man. It wasn't allowing Freon through the system to cool my house off. He called a repair man out to get him check the issue out and repair it. All of this after hours.
I had yet another AC problem recently. I noticed the AC unit seemed like it had been transferred the other day after my yard man left. It was sitting at a 45 degree angle. That night, my thermostat was set at the usual temperature, 74, however, it felt hotter. I checked the thermostat and it had been at 80 and that I couldn't understand why. I could hear it had been on and blowing air out. I have had plenty of problems and each time it looks like it gets more and more expensive and nothing gets fixed. I tried to do a look for after hours AC fix, but literally have used the first few who came up (dont ask, as I said, my AC was a problem since we built the house) anyhow, I discovered Easy AC and gave them a go.
Luckily, the invoice was cheap. I wasn't gauged by them and that I don't have to suffer in the warmth. My house is finally cool. :)
I have been using Easy AC because 4/14. I have renewed with their service plan 2 times, this April are my renewal. That unit needed as it was 1 year and 9 months old, a capacitor neglect. It was under warranty, so no charge for those components, but $125 for the call - that I did not complain about and compensated. Though come forth! Nothing must break on a unit - ! However, I did, and did not complain. I paid $350 to get a UV bulb replacement at November 2015. I paid $800 at June 2016 for escape repair and recharge of freon. This is on top of my $288 annual Plan fee. I was requesting to not pay $125 to get a 5 minute service call...
(Read my few other reviews, I am not a big complainer. In fact I write a review to praise a fantastic business or company. But in this scenario, I only think folks should have info before they sign on with a business...)
And charged me $125!
I've Easy AC's yearly service plan. Because my heat tried to proceed on the night, I called them, but I saw the fan was not moving. A technician came into inform me that a twig had gotten caught in the fan, and came out this morning, was here 5 minutes, literally, he started the unit and removed its fine, the twig.
*sigh*...
I didn't bother arguing with all the technician, after to explain what the trip was for, and asked if they could refund me something, because $125 is simply silly, he is simply doing his job , but did call the office. The girl said it was the minimum charge open the unit and to come out, and that she would check. I didn't let her know that if they were going to charge $125 for come my renewal. She called back and was advised to offer me $75 back on my next renewal - so forcing me to step with them, not seeing any financial benefit until about a year from today, then it would technically be a $50 service call... Really? That is simply not good company! I expected they'd say how about pay a service call, maybe $50 - however that is still a lot for a TWIG along with 5 minutes! I am surprised. . .and upset.
I would first like to thank Michelle at Easy AC to be easy to talk to and her broad knowledge of exactly what she does. I needed to replace the device and they informed me it would be carried out in a day, however they ran into a little trouble once the new unit was taller the old one that imply they needed to cut and rebuild the region which the device is. In the conclusion they did an amazing job, the AC is working like a charm and you could not tell they had to rebuild the region where the unit rest.

After having Easy AC just install our apparatus I could not be happier. One of the repair guys, casey was very honest and professional and came out two times having to replace our apparatus. Even though my unit was hold a fresh one did try and sell me. A part was repaired by him and had the air running in minutes. Regrettably following our repair due to another issue we chose to replace rather than putting money into something on its last 25, our apparatus completely. Brad and had it installed in under 5 hrs!!! and another installer came out to replace the unit Talk about professionals. I had my review was perfect!! Would certainly recommend them to anyone. Quick turn around, professional repair men/installers and no hassle. What more could you ask for?!
Easy AC of Tampa Florida Told my family a few times so we made them an appointment to come out and repair it that our ac is under warranty. A day prior to that appointment they rescheduled and called for now. Now they're saying they made an appointment and they will not honor the"10 year warranty" 5 yeas to it and won't work with us. Avoid this company in Any Respect costs total crooks
We've had service by Easy A/C! Professional fast and also a high degree of customer service are their hallmarks. We installed a in 2012 and are maintaining it under their continuing maintenance program. Now Dave Charret was outside technician for care. He was thorough and helpful in describing some details of the A/C unit and everything he did. We suggest Easy A/C for heating and air conditioning .
Not recommended. Always attempt to upsell or outright lie about problems with our a/c. After the last one - major problem, they said, would need to replace something which trane doesn't make anymore, so would need to buy entirely new (this is a six year-old unit they're saying they can not order replacement parts for...) - got 2nd view out, guy said NO problem, but that someone had done something to our freon lineup, all we wanted was freon.
Finally after 2 years cancelled our service contract in writing may and wised up, received confirmation. Billed in July, tried to cancel again, received confirmation AGAIN. Billed in September and August. At this point, we provide up - trying to wise other people up through social media (and look at my testimonials, I am not a complainer!) ... Complaints filed with BBB and our credit card business... However it ought not be this hard.
Sunday morning called them they had been done by noon and out. Got our AC running, but because of age of apparatus and severe freon leak, we purchased whole unit. Not inexpensive, but totally worth it. The following day the installation required 6 hours. 1 tip to office: please have your techs CALL at first until they come by with no appt time. A number people have large pets we need to lock up . This happened 3 times now and no phone calls, even though I was told otherwise. Annoying. But their workers are knowledgable, friendly, polite and efficient.
Happy with the entire Encounter with Easy AC. They gave a great deal to me up front. Extra work that was required was priced fair I obtained. Machelle explained everything which went to be done. The install crew (Doyle, Brad, and Frank) showed up in time. They shook my hands and introduced themselves. All of the work was completed as promised with no extra surprises. Everything was installed neatly and work area swept up. AC works that it did if we built the home. I would definitely recommend Easy AC.
I would highly recommend this firm for many of your AC issues or issues. Called this morningthey began working on replacing our upstairs AC system, also fixing the errors made from another AC firm, and were out within the hour. They gave us a cost for your work/system. They have staff and service personnel and great customer care. They have our business for sure.
We had a heat pump installed around the 17th we are still experiencing problems on 11 / / 16 and duct work that is new. Granted, the workers are all polite etc. but that does not get the system fixed properly. The thermostat went clean last night. This and no heat is the first time it was used by us. We had two preceding service calls with problems. Hope they can solved our problems.
Went with Easy because it had a good number of reviews on both the Yelp and Google, tech came out said the component will probably be around $1500. Spent another 30 minutes trying to sell me a new unit. Went for a second opinion with a different company... component came out to be around $700. Guess that I went with? System up and running today. Proceed with ripping off your clients Easy AC.
Our air conditioner went out to a Sunday night. Thank goodness I remembered the gingle and gave Easy Ac a phone call. They came out the evening and did not even charge extra night for coming out to a weekend! The repairman was excellent and gave us choices for air conditioners along with payment plans. Easy AC has been great with answering all our questions and coming out if a problem arises. I would definitley recommend Easy AC for any air conditioner issues.
