I delivered a mesage to them about 11:00 PM after our hot water heater expired. Eric was straight back to me. He called about 9:00 to inform of his men was ill to me and he was concerned about being able to get into our appointment that day. But since he knew we had no hot water, we were told by him exactly what we ought to expect to pay, broken down by line item, and also the way to select another plumber.

About getting a tankless water heater 14, spoke from EC on Monday with Jason. This is a upgrade that I had been about estimate for $3200. Adequate price as it takes venting and modifications from a water heater.
Now it is Wednesday, 50 minutes after the scheduled time. I called upward Jason and they had nothing in their calendar without a technician dispatched to my house. It's 1 matter just not mark it down on a calendar and provide a courtesy phone, but to verbally schedule something and to become? Yeah...I'll let someone more trustworthy work on hazardous gas appliances when they can not even find out how calendars work.

My expertise with EC Plumbing was great. I had been quoted a price tag, they adhered to it and everything was simple. I'll be calling to schedule maintenance.

I hired EC Plumbing since Eric was instant to contact me and advised the job to be finished within my timeframe. Chris showed up as scheduled and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I am quite content with the standard of water heater that he installed (50 Gal. Bradford White - Made in USA) and believe that it was done right for a reasonable price. Thank you Eric & Chris!

Nobody showed up into the estimate. After about a half hour waiting past the time whether they came, I called to see would find out where my plumber get back to me was. A guy called me to let me know he hadn't even made it into the office yethe still had to go get a service van drive to my own location. Very disappointing as the other reviews here seem to be positive.
In need of a water heater that is new. Spoke with Melissa on the phone, she was polite and knowledgeable, and gave me a range of considerations to consider before any estimate. Went ahead and scheduled a quote.

They came during off hours with a positive mindset and the tools required to find the task done. A previous plumber came out with no long snake that was enough to correctly clean my clog. All he did was push out the clog . EC Plumbing came with a $5000 snake that reached out over 80' rather than only broke the clog but retrieved the congestion so there would not be issues.
EC Plumbing is a company with customer care!

We called EC Plumbing to unclog our sink. They arrived early, came out first thing the next day, and if they had been not able to make the fix, did not charge us anything and gave us tips on what measures to take next. Fantastic customer support!

Good solid plumbers who won't attempt to rob you. I'd estimates that were more than double for a water heater set up. These men do good work .

These guys were awesome. We had an outside faucet start leaking on Christmas day. I contacted them and fixed it in no time and they came out the next morning. They were very professional and gave some advice to me about the upkeep of the faucet. Thanks to the men at EC, they are awesome!
