Massey Plumbing & Heating

Full disclosure - we did not utilize Massey - but simply because they did not supply.
They'd supply if there first customer service is a sample of this service - these men must be great.
We had a plumbing emergency (all plumbing problems are crises ). We called a few places including Massey. We had to leave messages. ONLY Massey called back and quick. They determined they weren't equipped to handle our emergency, after they asked me a few questions. Next, a few different plumbers that could handle our needs were supplied by them.
Fantastic customer service - even thou.

I was very pleased with the support I obtained from Massey Plumbing. They came out originally a month to attempt to repair a leak in the bathtub. Due to the rust, they were unable to do this without damaging the fixtures and making the bathtub unusable. They did not charge for this service but came from to put in fixtures in 2 baths. They were honest, courteous, and told me up front what my costs would be and also the total amount of time it would have to do the job. They gave me a recommendation for a handy man for another fix I had that wasn't within their realm. They are fantastic!

He came out a few days later repair the water heater. He was on time, really friendly and fixed the matter immediately. I was so pleased to cover a $170 repair rather than a 1600 hot water heater. I was totally work with Massey Plumbing and Heating again
To that he responded a few hours later I called Matt and left a voicemail. He was helpful on the phone considering how to repair my water heater. The issue I experienced was low water pressure

I can't sing their praises Hire these guys! We had Brothers out and needed to cover a quote, and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Massey was amazing! They were earlier than anticipated, super professional, very nice, did the work quickly and did it correctly, and to top it all off they gave us some tips and tricks for different problems around the area and repaired the latch onto our screen door just because they are that friendly. We will hire them for every plumbing job we have. Thank you to Matt and his daddy for being trusted and upstanding businessmen that actually are seeking to help people instead of just for the $$.

Matt and his dad came by to alter my 27 year-old water heater. They had been fast and were on time. They had an immense amount of knowledge and experience to have the ability to get us the water heater. For labour and components they were fair. I suggest Massey Plumbing. They won't let you down.

We had a new water heater so that we flew around for contractors that were key. Massey was chosen by us based on other customer recommendations and were not disappointed. They were quite professional, installed the new tank in under 2 hrs and the price was fair. We're pleased to support a local contractor that does outstanding work.

A friend referred me to Massey Plumbing once I had a leak from plumbing. That firm refused to come back and look at the leak. Hoping I might find a referral, although Massey understanding that I had been out of the support area was called by me. The exact same day I got a call back. I was so glad that they actually returned my phone, I didn't catch this gentleman's entire name, but I am aware that it's a father and son operation. I spoke. He actually spent a fantastic half hour with me diagnosing where the leak would be coming out of and then isolated the leak and told me the way to fix it! I feel like I got a Christmas miracle. The fix was simple enough for me to perform and cost very little to boot for the supplies. Massey billed me nothing. Free advice. Those of you who reside on the west side of the town, well, here is the business for you. Knowledgeable, professional and kind to somebody who calls for fixtures thingies. Best notch!! Right on time, went right to work. Fixed my faucet for a price that was reasonable. Can't recommend more highly. I'll not call anybody again.

We started using Massey Plumbing a month or two ago. Matt installed a gas line and we were so happy with his work we replaced our outdoor spigot and had him for a few toilet sink and toilet fixes out a second time. Matt gave us a price and that's what we paid when the job was completed. No hidden charges or fees quality work at a fair price. We would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call Massey Plumbing for any occupation.

My grandma highly advocated that the Massey's to us. We were pleased both times and have had them out twice. They are trusted on time, do work that is outstanding for a reasonable price and always clean up afterwards. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Finally--a company I trust! I have tried the big name firms and found them (for the most part) more interested in up-selling me about additional providers. Called an plumber and he wished to sell and install a disposal for $500. (Sent him packing after paying a excursion and diagnostic charge.) They have been out two to fix issues (leaky faucet, a busted disposal and a dying faucet). Their prices are reasonable, they arrived on time, and they have been extremely professional, fine --and neat. With the arrival of cold weather, now I know who to call to do a furnace test. These guys deserve the 5 stars, although I really don't write reviews. You won't be sorry if you use them. I'm sorry I did not find them.

They deserve the best review possible. I have had a lot of work and have worked together with many plumbing businesses in the past- both large and small. Other businesses tried to cover up their mistakes and have made my pipes problems worse and Massey pipes has come in or spoke about the phone to be sure I wasn't getting taken advantage of other companies. Other plumbing firms mistakes have been corrected by pipes reliably and honestly. I have had the unfortunate experience of working with plumbing firms in crisis situations that have lent me ridiculous prices. After I got in touch with Massey pipes they became my entire life line. Even when I want work out the reach of what Massey Plumbing and Heat supplies they have gone so far as to talk through on the phone to help me understand what it is I want to know in order to not be cared for by other businesses. I have been saved literal tens of thousands of dollars by simply taking a few minutes out of their day to be sure I don't get cared for by them. There is no greater service than that. The work that Massey Plumbing & Heating has done for me has been top notch each and every time. They are knowledgable and have been doing this for decades. I trust them implicitly. His father and matt Massey are the most honest and dependable men in the business. Just one example of that is an emergency situation I'd late in the afternoon when my sewer line backed up. I called a large corporate business to cable my lineup last minute and they wanted to charge $12,000 to correct the matter. I called Matt Massey immediately to inquire about this as this job especially wasn't something that he does but something he's knowledgable about. He not only took the time to get back to me and advise me to not pay that amount for the problem but he put me in touch. My sewer line problem ended up costing me $325 as opposed to $12,000! I was shocked at just how taken advantage I had been before finding Massey Plumbing & Heating. That is but one of several cases of Massey Plumbing & Heating helping me indirectly in addition to their own fair and dependable work. Do not use anybody else. They are wonderful.

I have been utilizing the Massey's for ten years and my wife's family was using them for at least that long before us. Their prices have always been reasonable and they take care of the issue. I have referred them to a range of friends throughout the years with no problems.

My mum got a quote of $100 on the telephone to install closed off valves at the kitchen and toilet. My boyfriend had to work so I was home when they showed up. He said he couldnt install closed off valves after looking around. So I said to fix it, our faucet in the shower was leaking. His helper put a washer on the deal and charged me $125! I am wondering how much he would have charged me if he did install the shut off valves? Get a quote.
