Kevin did a great job getting our kitchen sink draining again! He predicted when he had been on his way, coated the work place thoroughly to stop anything from getting filthy, ran the rooter all the way from the primary (not just around the sink area) to prevent future difficulties, and proposed having a biodegradable degreaser in the pipes monthly to help clean out any sludge left (and protect against future plumber bills)! )

Chris wanted to moved my pipes about. (My device is at the garage.) The home has been built by a programmer of high-end houses. However, he wanted to move around my pipes, put in an extra flow device (which does absolutely nothing but provide psychological reassurance to those not in the know and I already have a seismic shutoff value), add a brace in addition to this earthquake straps (which I didn't require a brace and hadn't ever used one), etc..
I suspect this company has friends members and family writing these positive reviews. I chose to cover off and got the quotation. On the other hand, the rep stated (approximately four times) that the plumber may find additional work that needs to be performed when he arrives. Red flag!!!
Nevertheless, the price of replacing water heaters and plumbing generally has gotten out of hand. Plumbers are commanding attorney's fees!
Chris did not wish to provide a range of work/cost to me. So, I took a photo of his scribbled notes I could share it with Lowe's. They have this position that if you do not do the job they listthey won't do the job. Obviously I cancelled the job. They ended up costing about the same as the latter was a little more expensive (compared to the big box store), but they weren't proposing unnecessary work--possibly doing further harm.
I asked that the plumber create a trip to check. I really don't like surprises--not a celebration. Chris came out and, like others he came up with another $440 worth of work. That seems to be his number that is magic. Needless to say, I'd done my homework and understood that the job that was stated had nothing.

Economy Rooter is your best. This is actually the second time they have been used by me. The drain clogging.
They showed up on time and Kevin was wonderful. Cleaned out a couple of pounds of roots that were nasty. Explained what he left and did the work area emasculate.

We bought a kitchen faucet at Lowe's with installation. They deal with Economy Rooters who came out and did the job. We had been in a bit of a hurry as the faucet gave trouble to us and they could accommodate our request. Robert the installer, is a nice person who understood the work. He cleaned up the place and laid out sheets to prevent any water damage. Overall very pleased with knowledge and the professionalism of Economy rooter and I'd use them again if the need arise.

I had this company install a water softener and come out years ago which I purchased through Lowes. Michael was quite pleasant and did a wonderful job. When my water heater started squirting water at 0800 I called them. I was provided a 1-4pm window which somebody would be in my property. At 3:45pm I called and was told the guy was running late. Ok they are still coming. At 5:30pm George arrived and we discussed that a new water heater. George said he needed to telephone the office to get a quotation and this visit was to get a quotation, the heater wouldn't be put in until Monday. Really? He quoted me $750. Install the cost of this heater. I wanted the same I'd, 50 gallon and 40,000 BTU. $500. For the heater. Why couldn't the office tell me when I called in 0900? I waited 9 hours to find a quote but might have to wait for 3 days for the install. Frustrating! I looked on YELP and Nextdoor and created several calls. I had 3 distinct companies call me back and were able to install on a Friday evening at the identical cost, 1 company even less! SO when dealing with this particular company I was ask before proceeding with them if they are supplying a quote or service.

Kevin showed up on time. He did a job and explained all of my questions. Look at his job thumbs up although I am a really picky person. Under soaking warm weather the setup went well and took him about 3 hours. After that, a bit even cleaned up my garage, what's currently looking awesome.
Def recommended. Bought a water softener and Economy Rooter is their sub contractor.

George did a great job installing water softener and a tankless water heater a day and was very helpful.

Robert came on time and has been incredibly efficient and kind. I felt at ease in my home doing this work with him. A couple of weeks later this was a problem and I called Economy Rooter to ask them to come back. Sevdet the girl who answered the telephone was accommodating! When George arrived to find out what the problem was that he fixed it immediately, and though the problem was unrelated to the work they'd done George didn't charge me for the visit and made the repair. I cannot express how this provider is doing their job and treating their clients as people.

I knew how much is it going to cost me where every is being spent . .
George is affable and very efficient. He explained Codes and Permit jobs necessary to install heater and was upfront and honest.
Fantastic customer support and I'd recommend them. .

They installed my water heater on 8/10/17. Their installation FAILED to pass INSPECTION Now. I need to miss another day of work, and spend additional cash to have the city inspector return a 2nd time once Economy Rooter returns to fix what they did not do correctly. I'm miserable with Lowes's support (another review) and very disappointed with Economy Rooter. Am considering carrying them to Small Claims Court. If you want good products and the job don't let Economy Rooter perform the work and don't purchase from Lowes.

George is awesome man! Definitely helpful and very pleasant and expert! He received our water heater repaired timely!

Had a great experience from ECONOMY ROOTER. Vincent put in my faucet. Quick, Reliable and Clean

They're super professional and seasoned! We had filtration system set up water heaters, and water pipe redone. I had three separate appointment and every time they showed up on time and finished the job. Cost is reasonable. Thank you Kevin Robert.

Excellent Service. Had a vanity shirt and toilet installed and service was superb. Had no problems, appeared cleaned up after himself and knowledgable, quick. Very courteous. They were contracted by lowe's serviced my home in Cupertino.

Whether you would like to do business together (then Lowes), it's all up to your own judgment. I received a quote through Lowes; Lowes subcontracts their water heater setup to Economy Rooter. A gentleman came to set up the new water heatersaid the water heater touching the petrol pipe is a issue and he wouldn't do the setup. And he gave me a lot of extra services and reasons totaling $485. He said that I need to get in touch with the office. For another 2 weeks, I tried to get both Lowes and Economy Rooter for a breakdown of parts and labor, so that I can assess the fairness of the fees, to no avail. Economy Rooter told me the one person who knows since his daughter was ill the details was in Brazil, and he wouldn't return for another month . Eventually I gave in and decided to go through the ceremony. The contractor came, using the water heater, although installed the water heater touching the gas pipe. I told him the contractor from his firm said it was a problem. He explained it wouldn't be a issue. Following the setup, I called Economy Rooter's office to ask in the end component of the reason for the additional fees was no more valid with the water heater touching the gas pipe and why they had messages. There was no follow up even though they promised. Now, it is clear that those were excuses hoping that the customers wouldn't go back to inquire on marginally ethical practice and the fees. The fact is, it works on most people who have a complete time occupation. It's possible to run a company with these practices. Future customers, beware!

He began his job and laid a mat onto the ground out. He was meticulous. After he left there wasn't one speck of dirt or place. I was very impressed.

If you order any type of plumbing work to be done through Lowe's, make sure you allow the install department understand you want Economy Rooter as the company to perform the job. I really don't think you'll be sorry.
I would, if I could give this company 10. I wanted to switch one of my bathrooms out to the newer style. Not knowing who to call to put in it, I decided to phone Lowe's, purchase an in-stock quality bathroom, have Lowe's set up it, pay for it on the telephone, and set up an installation date.
I was impressed from the time I opened the door. He instantly put on paper booties to keep from getting the carpet or floors dirty.

I purchased a water heater and Economy Rooter installed it now! Marco did a wonderful job in the installation.
Marco explained what he was planning to do because my install was 17 decades back, to deliver up my installation for my City Code.
Thank you Marco for the Excellent JOB!!!
Marco took time to clean up the place!
I will use Economy Rooter !

Bottom line: If you like dealing with those who will provide you the run-around, yell at you and refuse to help you, Economy Rooter is the kind of company.
I purchased a water heater and Economy Rooter has been dispatched to do the installation. I'd give Kevin and his five stars for installing the water heater : They were courteous, respectful, and on-time.
She agreed to send one of her techs, George, after that day to diagnose what went on. George was terse; took a peek at the faucet; announced,"Your water pressure is low"; then said there was nothing he can do. When I inquired if he could look under the sink at the hook-up done by his own colleague to find out whether anything was amiss, he looked annoyed. Nothing else, although he glanced at the water heater. When I inquired what else can be done, raise his voice and he proceeded to have a tone as Sevdet did.
As Kevin said it might in the next few days, I saw my water stress . So, as he suggested, I phoned up Economy Rooter to have somebody come have a peek at it. I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday morning. I gave them a telephone and waited well past the window that was scheduled. They didn't have my contact information to let me know that they weren't likely to have the ability to make it and said they'd installed new computers. I do it. Things happen. We rescheduled to the following Wednesday morning. Same thing happened: They had been no-shows. I asked to talk to the manager, and called again.
She proceeded to yell at me, interrupting. She said something about how my paperwork was so she had no method of contacting me, when she blamed a computer glitch. When I mentioned a solution (replicate the paperwork to maintain home base before you ship out your repair people), she yelled back that she cannot be responsible for these things.
He left in a huff, saying I needed to call the office to make an appointment for Kevin to return and look at it. I called. They said that Sevdet would have to approve the appointment, but that she was out of the office. The next day, I called and was advised she was out. I called again only to be told she was on vacation. I called back on her presumed return date. She understood that she would not be sending out anyone and said that she had and who I was.
I called Lowe's to report all of this. They sent out a different firm (All Valley). Samm took a peek at things, back flushed the faucet, and it's working just fine today.
Everything went downhill from that point.

Very happy with their service, they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin was really helpful in describing our problem had happened and how it could be prevented by us later on. Would recommend again.

Very happy to your faucet installation recently. Thank you George. I recommend George.Really great to George.
