Chandlers put on a rental home in a new hot water heater for me we had available and then piled a hot water heater. A few professionals came and determined the furnace in the basement could not be strapped and initially one of the plumbers at Chandler said the same thing but I whined the buyers insisted and they moved straight out and got the job done. I will use them again and love that.

These guys are great! I've used them today for multiple jobs for repairs in my home and bathroom jobs that were extensive at properties. They are reliable, pros and ethical in superior support and their pricing. I've got them in my phone contact list.

Spent a lot of money to get my drainage disposal substituted at chandlers plumbing recommendation. Got jammed in a couple of months. They maintained it is only a 30 day guarantee ended up being rather convenient for them. Other plumbers do installations. Never using these guys.

I'm very frustrated and mad with this corporation. I called this morning and also their dispatcher and schedule an appointment for the day which she said would be from 4:00pm.

I was quite happy with the service I received from Chandler. The work was completed in time and he took responsibility for it if a piece of tile inadvertently broke. He allowed a tile man to come and redo my bathroom floor, when they could not find a piece of tile to match. That service with ethics.

Professional and support. If you want plumbing 11, I suggest Miguel and Evan. They're professional, friendly and funny. My home has gas leak, and they came to fix it then everything in my home is fine. Miguel told me if PG&E do not turn the gas outside my property, simply phone him (PG&E guys have to do this but they did not do). And Miguel is a 1 way call. He and Evan were prepared to be back to my home and double checked and flip it.

Function - performance. It was done correctly the first time.
Call - got the quote and they came. This review is on Evan, Because they discharged Evan to do the task.
The job was supposed to change the shower capsule, which triggered a leakage in the shower. The components were bought by me in advance and he fixed it right on the spot. The only disappointment was the fact that I wasn't able to utilize the coupon code that is WEB20 which I found on their website. Either way, I'm really satisfied with their service and will highly suggest Evan from Chandler's Plumbing in need of plumbing service for anybody. If any plumbing is necessary I will certainly refer them. So that you are able to trust my opinions for writing this review I did not get a discount.

Chandler's was in the middle, but seemed to provide more value although I phoned half a dozen plumbers to bid on water heater setup. Evan showed up on time and was thorough in establishing plumbing. When the heater was prepared to be set up, it was faulty (manufacturer's issue, not Chandler's). So I did the groundwork to replace it had been purchased by me and Chandler sent a different plumber to finish. Rather than upselling like many others and two Ray's who all seem to want to satisfy the customer and do jobs, I have now worked with Evan and owner.

After he found that the sink that he installed it the same day.
I cannot recommend them if you will need plumbing completed, request out of Chandler Plumbing for Evan.
Needed to fix a broken sink. The sink that needed to be replaced was hard to discover. He spent the excess time to look for this (which happened to be in Sunnyvale!) .

The situation was assessed by evan and appeared focused on locating the simplest. He explained what has to be performed in the long run to prevent problems.

Don't recommend based on my experience with their bad communication and customer services. Desired a sewer line repair and called for a quote. They were prompt in answering the phone and sending out someone. Were great to send an email confirming quote was scheduled. We had been told they would email a quote after scrutinizing the undertaking.
Following a phone follow up and an email follow up, I have heard nothing for a week from them. Follow up or given lack of communication, it would seem they are not interested in performing a 5k+ project.

Called to correct a water heater issue. They came out fast and Ray fixed the problem . Fantastic customer services. Can keep them.

Chandlers Plumbing along with his expert workers, Alberto and Gilberto did a good job installing my shower / toilet. Experience and careful work of Chandlers' guys contributed to possess a shower bathroom. We've hired Chandlers Plumbing previously to replace all of the old fashioned / leaking pipes in our home, including the underground pipes. Chandlers' guys did a good job. They are men and women that are considerate. I therefore, highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone needing excellent plumbers.

Good and tidy job! I got a very reasonable quote for water heater installation. I asked them if I could buy my own heater, they consented and picked it up at the store, hauled the old one off. Would recommend this service.

I then asked Chandler send a different plumber in the day at 6pm or to come himself. He agreed in writing and we settled on a price. I texted Chandler since nobody showed up at 6pm. To my shock, he stated they won't come! What? Did you dedicate to me? You should have told me so that I could have looked for a different plumber if you weren't inclined to come then.
I had a terrible experience with Chandler's Plumbing. These guys aren't professionals and don't care about client requirements. They mislead the clients and are constantly late to see the house. I asked Chandler to do the job and had to find some plumbing work . He delivered an inexperienced man who was late by 30mins and then kept calling Chandler (his boss) to look for guidance. Why did my morning, Chandler send an inexperienced dude and waste?
I will NEVER hire Chandlers Plumbing and guidance other clients to look for additional plumbing companies on the market.
