Returns telephone, shows up, does good job, is under budget and on time. Sounds simple right? When our water heater expired, I made 10 calls. 3 called back. 1 was double the price and couldn't do it for a week, the other was 50 percent more and a few days out. John did the job and showed up the following morning and offered the exact same water heater as others. Fantastic experience. Would use him again.

John is wonderful. We appreciate all the work he did on our house that is very old. Helped us develop innovative solutions to issues and can be knowledgable and efficient!

As a tile contractor ( London Tile ) I often need to refer a plumber to my customers for their remodel and repair jobs. John is at the very top of my plumber list because of work, reliability and his prompt response.

John from Element plumbing is top notch. We had a few little tasks to do and he came just 90 minutes later my call (which was not an emergency and I anticipated a day or two wait). The water turned off to replace a valve and instead of standing around waiting for the water to drain from the plumbing, he asked me if there were any tasks to perform.
Then when he was finished he said a terrible hose into my compactor - he'd worked for 40 minutes at this stage and I would have been required to pay for the hour anyway, so that he might have left there and then, but he brought this issue to my attention and fixed the issue in a different ten minutes without extra cost or time.

He asked if he had been good, and I assured him that he was the best! I called John and swiftly a couple of hours after he was walking in tools in hand ready to get to work ( also getting a plumber in San Francisco can be a challenge, and I had been so impressed with his simplicity in coming to us immediately!) John did a re pipe on my old home, His job was excellent and his price was very great. I got quotes from another plumber who was a"friend" and it would have been 30% higher than what John charged me for the exact same job.

Because he got such good reviews I phoned this plumber. My unit had a leak -- the renter thought it came out of the source hose that connects to the toilet. I called John and he sent one of his men out -- he billed $140 to fix it. (He was supposed to deduct $25 for Yelp, but failed to do so.) The following day, the toilet started leaking at the same place. So my renter called John back and he told him there would not be a charge for the service call, unless we had extra components (which seemed fair). But , when his plumber came back out, he billed an additional $166 (including the Yelp discount this time) to devote a new fill valve and flapper. I called to complain, however, John wasn't keen to repay any money. Basically, I paid over $300 for 2 service calls which took 30 minutes combined. I might have had a brand new toilet!

Element Plumbing saved my x-mas...I had been having family over on X-mas, and on X-mas eve, my dishwasher begins leaking anywhere. John ( owner of Element) came out on X-mas Eve, was quite professional, with very reasonable rates and above All, HONEST. Everybody needs a honest and nice plumber and mechanic, and that I now have both! Call him with your plumbing problems!!!!
